Does Walking Routine- Helps me

Its my fortune that I am able to carry out research work with help of my able students.

I was talking to my students after my "research result progress meeting". This meeting

hold every week. After this meeting I told my students okay  students its time for my

evening walk.Every day I take a break from my  work and go for a walk for an hour.

Students told me that they appreciate my evening walk. I told students  that what I

started as a desperate attempt to lose my  weight has now  become a habit that is an

 integral part of my life.

I told my students,it is amazing!. On my way I see

plants, trees, birds, butterflies, dogs, squirrels, the sky,

plants, trees, birds, butterflies, dogs, squirrels, the sky,

clouds, etc. ).

Best part of this walking is Friends no gadgets, no

tracking of distance/time/heart rate etc.

What one need is just a pair of good shoes, comfortable

clothes, a waist pouch to keep my phone so that I walk

 hands-free.

Friends I literally walk through an orchestra  and music

of  nature, presented by the birds and insects!! .I often

pair this with the sight of the glorious sunset, and I make

my day .

Friends everyday, I look forward to that hour, wherein I

observe as much Nature as I can.

I note down the questions I get, and seek answers.

Questions like “What is the connection between butterfly

and monsoon?” “What is the pattern of a honeybug?”

“What happens to trees during cyclones?”  I get back

home and research ,With all this I am able to learn all

about carbon sequestration.I also wrote one poem how

whale contribution in carbon reduction process.

The behavior of birds and insects, why “tree-plantation

drives” don’t even come close to replacing a tree being

cut down, how clouds form patterns everyday, etc.

Sometimes I pause, capture birds chirping, a snail moving

on a leaf, near hedge of tulsi plants, a butterflies flitting.

All this has made my life beautiful and meaningful, of

course I have lost 3 Kg weight. With passage of time I

have many female cute friends who believe in walking,

We often wave at each other while doing eco walk and

exchange our greetings. Everyday I thank all mighty for

giving me strength to do so.

Spectrum, Dimension of life

Life is like a dream. Some time one faces realities in life which correlates with ones dreams. It is possible to keep ones realities of life in one line like spectrum of light..Extreme end of reality of ones life is "very difficult life "best example is life of ones wife.

Other end of spectrum of life is" easy life" best example is life of alcohal drunk person.

Along with spectrum of life one get chance to peep into many dimensions of life. Some of them which I happen to peep into are being listed below.

My friends who is saint ,peeping in his life make me feel that let me donate everything materialistic in life.

My friend who is political leader, peeping in his life make me feel that what ever I have studied so far is useless

My friend who is business man, peeping in his life make me feel that I have earned very less money in my life.

My friend who is scientist, peeing in his life make me feel that  all evils which I do have in life is because I have too less knowledge.

My friend who is army personal, peeping in his life make me feel that I have made too less sacrifices in my life.

My good friend, peeping in his life make me feel I am happiest person in life.

return gift in birthday 😂party justifieffjustifief

For every child birthday celebration is occasion to look forward to. At every age children have something special which they love to eat, example pizza, potato chips, cup cakes are their favourite estables. These eatables have hardly any nutritions in them.

It's ok to give children some special experiences at their birthday party. But over emphasizing on material gift or return gift do not add any new experience to children who have come to party for fun.

Looking back at that landfill of plastic return gifts,- only things that stand out is children play with them for while and those return gifts become garbage

Moral of story is friends for children birthday party is for fun and let us not decrease its fun part by adding return gift.

Is it wrong to do Nine-Five(9-5 ) Job

My friend satish is in 9-5 job. His salary is pretty good. He is happy with his job.

Satish's brother Akash work in MNC company which does not follow 9-5 timings. Akash earns much more than Satish.

Satish has big family to support and he does not want to take risk by changing his job. There are many people like Satish who are trapped in big family problems regarding money etc. So they look for constant income per month and with this philosophy they run their complicated family peacefully.

Akash is unmarried person. He can take risks regarding his earning. Therefore Akash keep hoping his job and try to fetch maximum money as his salary.

Now question arises what's wrong in being an average man and leading a peaceful life with 9-5 job. Some time taking risk to become a big industrialist can put one in odd circumstances.

Problem is not there if one wishes to achieve higher goals. Problem lies if one does not respect persons doing 9-5 job.

One should remember there is possibility one is earning much higher than average man but he is still unhappy. This is situation which one should take care before criticising persons doing 9-5 job and are leading peaceful life.

Moral of story is one should focus on living peaceful happy life, may it is 9-5 job Or other job.

Why in Society people in General are not Happy

Other day I was talking to my senior teacher  Mr. Nandi.

Mr. Nandi is motivational speaker. He told me why people in general seem to be unhappy.

His submissions were following.

In society people don’t believe in simple life.People believe in spending extra money in activities which are not very useful in life. Because of all these activities there is lot of pretension in every ones life. Therefore people are unhappy.Due to mobile phone, there is so much interference in everybody’s life. Therefore people are disappointed.

In India there were never so much money was spent in celebrating birthdays of children. Now along with birthday celebration people spend so much money in gifts also. That creates tension among families.

Because  of science and technology advancement world has become very small. Carona virus  also taught us hoarding money also sometime do not help anyone. But attraction toward money has not decreased in world.

Moral of story is -best is to lead simple life.Be God fearing.Follow your passion to get peaceful life. Please remain away from pump and show in ones life. Enjoy ones life.

Working in Fast Food Joint

My friend Neelam used to work in fast food joint. Many of us may think that this job is easy one.Actually it is not so.I learnt many good lessons from  experience of my friend Neelam  challenging job.I am listing the same below.

.

Working at  fast-food job teaches one how to work under pressure and manage ones time. One  has to deal with busy periods, long lines, unexpected situations, and multiple tasks at once. One  learns how to prioritize, multitask, adapt, and stay calm. One has to follow rules, procedures, and standards in distribution of food and making bills. These are all important skills for this job .

Working at fast-food joint ,teaches one how to appreciate what one has  and what others do for others. One will see first hand how hard these jobs can be, how much effort and energy they require, and how little they pay.

Moral of story is- one realizes how much  workers at fast food joint work hard and therefore they deserve respect and recognition for their work. One  also realize how lucky one is to have other opportunities and choices in life. One can learn from fast food joint workers that how to be grateful and humble. These are all valuable qualities one should learn from workers at fast food joint.

Women are Different

My friend Ankita had arrange marriage. She got married in good joint family. Before marriage Ankita's Husband Bittoo, a nice gentlemen man never discussed any thing about finances. He could never realize finances are  finances for both Ankita and Bittoo. That little mistake in planning of finances made Ankita adjustment to family little difficult

When one get married, one share more than just ones love and ones life with ones partner. One also share ones money and ones debts. And that can be a source of joy or a source of trouble depending on how one handles it.

Money is one of the most common causes of stress and conflict in marriages, especially if one has different financial goals, habits, and values than your partner. That’s why it’s important to talk about money before one get married . How much do one earn? How much one spend? How much do one owe? What are ones financial priorities? What are ones financial dreams? How will one manage ones money as a couple?  How will one deal with unexpected expenses? These are some of the questions that one should discuss with ones partner before one get married and continue to discuss throughout ones marriage.

Friends  please do remember women are not men in skirts. They are different from men in many ways, and that’s what makes them amazing and fascinating.

Women have different needs, different emotions, different ways of thinking and communicating than men. Every one has to learn from women and grow with them. One has to be their partners, not her competitors , not her enemy. All family members have to make effort to make daughter in law comfortable in family.
