Maintain a Postive Outlook

 I am science teacher in government  school. My student Rekha is teaching Mathematics in private school. In 2024 Rekha got married in good family. Her husband works in CPWD.

Other day I met Rekha in school meeting, where we teachers were to discuss different teaching models to help students, who find mathematics #difficult  subject. I found Rekha was no more #bubbling with same energy as she used to be in year 2021.

I asked reason for same. She said “Madam small things matter in life so much.”

She said ” Madam my husband is nice to me, but he never #appreciates  me for anything I do for him/family. Instead of that he believes in #criticising me for everything,  when ever there is opportunity to do so. Criticism is main issue which give me inferiority  #complex .”

I said ” Its ok for peace of family some time one has to for go many things. But please try to ignore the same and keep working  on your #skills “

I further  said ” Some people take #relationships  for granted. In Indian families taking care of house hold chores and #children is wife responsibilty. So woman has to face it boldly, as you can’t  change system prevailing in #family. Best is to accept  the same and do not get unnecessary  #anxious about same. But please do work  on your skills to develop  your personality. I only wish some day your husband will learn importance of #encouragement in life”

I further said “one of my colleague’s wife is very good #cook. When ever we happen  to share his home made food we appreciate  his wife’s skill. But unfortunately he never passes on our #praise worthy words to his wife. Simply because he does not believe in it. He has wrong #mind set. I wish he could know , this will not cost him anything and improves his mind set in right direction. “

I further said" Rekha encouragement helps individuals perseverance through challenges,achieve her/ his goals and maintain positive outlook.Therefore please donotbe miserable in encouraging person x.

Moral-Appreciation and encouragement are very important  skill of personality. It heals sick and #needy people, excels the #talent. It helps #relationships to grow and get better.Enouragement is nothing but positive outlook.

Science Technology and lts Pursuits

 I am a science teacher in a government school. My old student Sita was visiting India. Her mother is my next-door neighbor.

Sita wanted to buy ethnic #silver jewelry from India. Myself and Sita went to Chandni Chowk ( Delhi) where very old shops for silver jewelry are there. The price of silver jewelry in these shops is also reasonable.

In Chandni Chowk lanes there are many narrow lanes. One could hardly walk in those streets with ease. You can find many good shops for silver jewelry. 

Sita was so surprised to see such big changes in the Old Delhi market.

Sita said,” What a big difference, when we were students at Delhi University, that time branded shoes used to be sold in these streets but now you could see big showrooms of shoes in the market and books are being sold in the streets(old books)."

Sita asked me the reason for same. I said “People nowadays are not fond of buying books or studying books. They study from digital links of the internet or sometimes from #social media tools like Tik Toks and Tubes, available on #internet. They prefer reading from helpful books available on the Internet. For the national entrance test also students go to reputed coaching centers and prefer to pay a huge amount of tuition fee rather than doing self-study from books. Some wise students only prefer to take online preparation #classes."

I further said "First hand books are available in big libraries. Hardly anyone reads them. It is not a happy #situation for the reading habits of students in an educational  institute."

Sita said"But this is what reality is about the new book. We alone can’t change this picture. It Is a global # phenomenon nowadays."

I said "Scientists and educationists are worried about the same. But the fact is the corporate sector rules the world and #economy of the world."

 People are happy to run after money. They do not think book knowledge is going to help them much or make any change in their life.

I said “I agree, Sita for you it may look like #reverse trend. Roberts and Artificial  Intelligence are new technology tools in the market. #Litreature pursuits knowledge has taken a back seat compared to the world of science and technology. Watching movies on TV and Netflix is one of the favorite trends among people.”

Sita said” Ideally speaking, growth in science and technology is important, but at the same time growth in literature pursuits is equally important. Literary books and #magazines help in building the social and emotional #culture of present society.

I said” Both types of growth( science technology +literary) complete #global overall growth of the individual. Both are equally important to create #harmony in society and nation.

Sita in her further discussion   said, "Madam Science and technology are fundamental and help in understanding and improving the world, while literary pursuits explore the human experience, creativity, and knowledge through various forms of expression like movies and drama."

I said" Literary pursuits can persuade and entertain. They explore social and ethical issues, while science and technology aim to understand the natural world, solve problems, and advance knowledge. "

Sita said " In the day-to-day life of any society and nation when science, technology, and literary pursuits are intertwined and they go hand in hand with each other then the efforts give the best results as they can mutually inform each other. "

Moral - Literature pursuits explore themes such as human nature, the universe, and ethical dilemmas in the scientific world. Science and   Technology inspire and provide the background for literary pursuits. The intersection of Both contributes to the progress of medical facilities and economic growth in the nation.

Your Own Life

I am a science teacher in a government school. The other day I met my old student Krishna in a school meeting. Krishna looked #stressed out. I asked her the reason for the same. 

 Krishna said “Madam many times I get anxious as my in-law's family is a bit #conservative and sometimes unnecessarily tries to #control my activities. Gradually I am coming to terms with the same, and also accepting the change. #Acceptance is giving me a peaceful life. But sometimes I do get a little annoyed with my actions."

 I said ” Dear Krishna I understand your problems. Acceptance is the best policy in life. But Krishna you must remember It’s about also having a life of your #own. “ 

 Krishna said “Madam I understand #relationship is a part of my life. But it not my entire life.”

 I said” Dear Krishna it is good to respect all members of in-laws' family. Sometimes it is good to change your way of life. But you should also have your own life, #goals, and friends as you had before getting married. “

 Krishna said,” Madam I am trying my best to do so.” 

 I said” Dear Krishna it is always good to work on your #skills along with family responsibilities, but best is to work toward maintaining your own #identity if possible. “

 I further said, "Dear Krishna kindly work on improving your written and verbal skills".

 Krishna said " Yes madam I am trying to come out of my comfort zone. I am learning some computer skills. Word processing and writing emails.

 I said "By consistently working on your skills and staying committed to learning, you can significantly improve your overall abilities and achieve your goals. This will help you to walk toward your goal and make a distinct identity in society."

Time to Distribute With Wisdom

I am a science teacher in a government school.

My friend Sarla is a mathematics teacher in my school.

Sarla is confused about how much of herself(time, energy and money) to give to whom and how to give.

I say” Sarla please do not be confused. You have the power to decide how much #time, #energy and #money you wish to spend on x #personality,  x happenings in society or family. What you choose to let go.”

Sarla’s daughter Radha has grown old and wishes to study abroad. Now Sarla has established her #boundary to safeguard #education of her only daughter. Now she saves more money for her daughter's future higher #education.

Sarla’s in-laws sometimes control her activities. She just chose to let go of her in-law's action.

Sarla has embraced the art of #acceptance by helping her old aunt from her extended in-laws' family, who has nobody to support her.

Sarla has employed one #cook to make lunch and breakfast for the family. That saves her a bit of time and energy which she spends as her own time. Saved time and energy she spends in #voluntary work in social activities of her society.

Sarla has established #boundaries that safeguard her peace and redirect her focus to the things that truly matter.

She has learned to find peace in the #space between what she finds in her personal and professional # relationships and what she could do to improve them. She knows that putting energy and time into relationships is a step to growth and #development in her career as a homemaker and # professional as a good teacher.

Moral: A thoughtful approach to allocating financial resources is very important for leading a peaceful life.Careful distribution  of resources and timings to needy takers brings work-life balance in giver life.

Use of Chemical Weapon 

In my dream I saw a  bird lying flat on ground with #wings wide open sticking the ground.

I asked bird” did you party last night.”

I further asked bird”why are you  lying flat on ground with your wings apart.”

Bird said the reason I will tell you madam very soon. That will definitely make you admire birds and mother nature.

Well, madam what I am doing in scientific language it is called anting.

I asked bird ”what does it mean?”

Bird said” Bird’s wings have feathers and every now and then, parasites and small insects get into the feathers to suck blood and sometimes they do whatever ill they can. This makes we birds uncomfortable.”

Bird further said “but madam we birds are also smart. To get rid of these parasites and insects, we birds first find an ant colony, and then we lie flat on these ants colonies.”

I asked bird, “Are you birds not scared of ants .”

No madam, said bird.But, let me tell you, this is peculiar hapening to where our (birds )beauty lies.

Bird further said”We genius cheeky birds, let the ants enter to our feathers.  I hope you know madam  ants have…. FORMIC ACID. “

I said”Yes, the ant secrete formic acid”

Bird said ” formic acid get inside our feathers, and you will be amazed to know madam that this acid is a very good insecticide.”

Thus, we  birds use an ant’s weapon to get rid of our problem i.e parasites. On top of that, some very intelligent birds, perched on a branch after the anting process, eat the ants still sticking.

I said ” How merciless and selfish is that??”

Bird said “it is your point of view madam, but this mechanism is our(birds) saviour.”

Bird further said”some birds later  spread the formic acid throughout their wings with the help of their beak”

Bird also said”Is not a life amazing???”

I said” how smart you birds are and when will you stop amazing us(humans)?? I think never.”

I soon realised it is time for me to go to school.

Moral-These birds are genius, and  they have a higher IQ than the average person (like me), who stalk them.

Factors Contributing Internal Forces of Personality

 Life is juggling of our thoughts,feelings and imagination.Every one has unique personality and  distinct thoughts.

When I was young I used to share my thoughts with my respected  mother. My mother taught me how with meager money in hand one can lead good and peaceful life. Her thought provoking statements used to impact my thoughts.

Now as teacher I say to my students ” Always keep posutive thoughts in mind. Never let negative thoughts come near you.”

In my journey as teacher many students share with me their thoughts.

One student said” Madam sometimes I get stuck in negativd thoughts because of surrounding in which I live.Then I at once remember  you madam.Your statement  in class that always  keep positive thoughts that save me from negativity  in life”

I said ” Dear students our thoughts have the power to transform us; what we focus on often becomes a part of who we are. “

In my school one of my good students is taking private tutions at home to settle  his lower financial conditions. He teaches so well that whole city has praise for him. This all is possible because his focus is on good teaching. His positive  thoughts, which elevate him and lead to his growth and success. All this has become part of his personality.

Once good students are recognized for good teaching by city, they start attracting good students and eminent citizen of city.They have different  feelings in their heart . Their feelings are equally influencial —they act like magnets, drawing people and situations that align with their emotional state.

Further more their  imagination is the seed of creation.Their imagination allows them to creat possibilities beyond their current circumstances and take the steps necessary to bring those visions to life.

I know one of my student who still does private coaching in Mathematics in my city. He has opened good #library in his house. Many students get benefit from his thought provoking contribution to pool of knowledge.

Friends please do remember there is good  and powerful connection between thought, emotion, and imagination. These connections become  internal #forces of person’s personality .Through those forces person can mold external world 

Moral -It is your life and your choice that how to mold your thoughts, feelings and imagination so that you could contribute to external world.
