Relatioships and Path

There is unique relationship between relatioship bridges and life  path on which we walk.

When you walk on life path you find strong relationship.

When you are in good relationship you find good life path.

Therefore keep walking on life path  and make strong  relationship  bridges.

Happiness is like chandan pasted on forehead.

When who paste chandan on some ones forehead you get smell on  your fingers while the one who gets privilege  of chandan being pasted on forehead also get fragrance. It becomes  a win win situation.

Moral- Never be miser in making. Strong relationship bridges while walking on life path.

Are you in process of making  strong  relationship  bridges if so please  keep moving forward.

Balance What you Have and what you can Do

I am a science teacher in a government school. My student Sanju was very good in Physics. She was always interested in going for higher #studies. But unfortunately, she got second class in her M.Sc degree. Therefore she could not even get # a scholarship to go abroad to study.

She joined a small IT #company in her local town. She was not happy with her #job. She was trying hard to fetch a better job.

She had a younger brother Arjun studying in school. He was taking private #tution to gain good efficiency in maths and physics. Sanju was supporting her brother Arjun for the same by giving her tuition fees every month.

Fortunately in between, Sanju’s parents settled her arranged #marriage. Sanju was very much #disappointed.

I said “Dear Sanju it is okay to feel disappointed. I agree you are unhappy as after marriage you may not be able to support Arjun financially. But remember dear student your #moral support to Arjun is very much needed at this phase of his life.”

I further said” Dear student you are starting a new phase of your life. Do not let this disappointment consume you. Be hopeful in life. It’s natural to #wish for more for your brother Arjun, but not at the cost of your #well-being. Peace comes from finding #balance between what is and what you can do. Please never lose this #balance in life.”

Sanju understood that it is good to focus on what's within my control and use what I already possess to achieve my goals, rather than waiting for ideal conditions.

Sanju accepted my advice and started her married life with hope and #enthusiasm. I as a teacher am so happy to see my student #happily settled in her life.

Moral: The best is to make a balance between What you have and what you can do.

Algebra to Success

I am science teacher in government school. After
 teaching small chemistry conncept,
as home work assignment I ask students
 to read #NCERT BOOK and
write the description of concept in
 their own words.

Reading-Writing-Doing

To write difference between #boiling and #evaporation
some intelligent students draw the #diagrams
and also look into you tube videos if possible
and then write the #difference in two
 above mentioned concepts.
I as teacher always
encourage and appreciate those students who
use internet in #positive way.I also inspire
#other students to follow the same
procedure to get #success in life.
If time permits I make #arrangements
for students and show chemistry
 experiment explaining a particular concept
in lab which I have taught to my students in
theory class. This activity gives them hands
 on experience in life.

Some students do ask me
question"Madam why are you so particular
about our reading and writing habits."

To answer those students about same
 I wrote small article :Reading-Writing-Doing"
for benefit of my students and pasted the same on
notice board of my school.
The same I am listing below for my esteem
readers.

Dear students"I as teacher wish my students to
give good description of any thing or
phenomenon when ever they are asked to do so.
Writing good description of 'any phenomenon
make students learn writing skill.
One should learn this important skill.

Prerequisite of learning this skill is

1.read a lot

2.write a lot

3.never hesitate to get hand on experience
for assigned positive activities in life

There are three relevant questions students
should know about above mentioned prerequisite.
1.how much to read

2.how practice of doing writing will
help one with how to write.

3.how doing experiment in lab/in
life/home front give one, hands on
experience of learning by doing.

Answer to above mentioned questions
if one gets in "yes" format
and forms his/her own limits about 'how much"
one is sure to get success in life.
To conclude -dear students I as teacher try
my best to make my students answer
above mentioned prerequisites of any skill
in 'yes'format with her/his own set limit.
That is goal of my teaching.I hope
now you will appreciate my concerns for you.

Moral-one can learn only by doing
reading, writing or hands on experiences.
One cannot succeed in life unless one read a lot ,
write a lot and do hands on experiment a lot.

Crossings Boundaries in name of kindness

Other day I was talking to my old student Rajesh after attending  academic meeting at my school.

Rajesh said" Madam Setting limits on how much time you spend with someone, while still maintaining a positive and respectful connection is fundamental  equation of life work balance."

I had a student Bhajan. She was my next door neighbour. Bhajan had younger brother Raju.Unfortunately  Bhajan did not have father. Bhajan got #married in good family.

Bhajan's mother gave  her due share in form of #gifts and money in bank balance, what she really deserved.

Sometimes  Bhajan's mother used to cross her #boundaries of her giving capacity, also to #please Bhajan's  in laws.

Bhajan's mother used to say" madam, some how Bhajan's #expectations  are increasing. She is not realising , I have to keep enough money to myself so that I could take care of Raju's #education etc."

She further  said "Bhajan is taking undue advantage  of my #kindness. I can't cross my boundries  in name of my kindness. Madam I am sharing my feelings  with you.I hope you keep it to yourself."

I at once remembered  my friend Ramesh who said "one has to set limit to how much money and time one can spend with person x with whom one wishes to maintain good relationship."

I realized bhajan's mother is in fix about setting  limit to spending money and time at Bhajan in law's place.

Though Bhajan's mother was considerate for Bhajan's #feeling, but some how Bhajan was not able to #appreciate  the same. On the other hand Bhajan was thinking that her mother was lacking  #concern for her needs.

Bhajan was not able to understand that Striking a balance between kindness and #indifference is crucial in life. Her mother is trying to do same. Being nice or kind to daughter does not mean #sacrificing one's own needs or opinions.

Once I met Bhajan at family function I tried to explain same so that she could change her thinking about her mother.

  • I said " dear Bhajan I understand may be sometimes your mother is declining your request that would significantly impact her workload. You understand your mother has to look after your younger brother also, therefore she some times sets her boindaries towards her finance and time. Please understand  her problems and her current commitments."
  • I was happy my student Bhajan understood her mother's boundaries and maintained amicable relationship with her mother.

Moral:Setting boundaries to x problem  in life can reduce stress and anxiety, improving overall mental health.

To save time sometimes one has to say  no to social invitations. This saved time  can help one  recharge and prioritize one's own well-being

Make Your Life Wave Differentt

I Was teaching trigonometry to XI class. I said "Students life is not always linear. It involves peaks and troughs. You can have ups and downs of success."

One student Raju said" Madam we can compare life wave, to sine wave.

I said, "In Sine wave you see a graph where the axis or horizontal axis  represents time illustrating that life progresses sequentially."

Rajesh said, "The vertical axis, or amplitude in the sine curve demonstrates the level of success, happiness, or overall well-being at any given point in time."

Kishan said"Sine curve makes us recognize that every low will eventually be followed by a high. A higher amplitude signifies a greater degree of success or positivity

Arjun said" Madam we understand that cycles of life wave allow us for a more optimistic view of life. If at any time in life we are experiencing a low, we can be assured that a high is on the horizon, and vice versa therefore no need to create panic in life."

I said "Dear students

While life is not always under our control. I request you to take action to minimize the time spent in troughs, maximize the time spent in highs, and ultimately shape the overall trajectory of your life sine curve through your positive attitudes and actions."

I further said "By viewing life through this lens, you can better appreciate the flow of experiences. It teaches us to maintain a positive outlook during challenging times, and actively work to create a more fulfilling and successful journey."

Rakesh further said" Madam when we consider Life is like a wave. It (life)has ups and downs. Every life wave has a spatial character known as wavelength (lambda). Every life wave has time(T) character also."

I said" Dear students

1. If you follow someone's life wave, it is very likely you will drown.

2. If you fight out with other people's life wave, it is very likely your life wave will get tired"

Ramesh said, "Madam both paths mentioned above are not the right path to be followed by our life wave."

Suresh said"Best is to make our life wave with temporal and spatial character. It is very likely our life wave will never get drowned nor we will get tired with our life"

I said, " Students please accept that self-made unique life wave and remain peaceful  in life."

I further said, "By viewing life through this special lens explained by me, you can better appreciate the flow of experiences, maintain a positive outlook during challenging times, and actively work to create a more fulfilling and successful journey."

Make your life wave unique by introducing your special parameters in life that make the amplitude of your life wave high.

When I was studying in school, there were so many wonderful teachers. They made sure that we students learn positive traits in life. They taught us empathy, patience and communication skills.  In short, those teachers used to help us in many ways so that we could move forward in our particular  #endeavor. Somehow there were # limitations with every type of teacher, but they did their best to teach best to students.

If I write about my experience as a student, I can put them in three types.

The Leaf Type of Teacher

These teachers teach students for a short time in life because they are #substitute teachers. Due to the small time available to them, they teach whatever is assigned to them. Students are grateful to them for their efforts as they utilize their time by teaching them assigned #subject matter.

The BranchType of Teachers

These teachers are stronger, but they sometimes have to leave when things are not in their hands. #Administration orders they follow. But they remain good with students for whatever time they get to #interact with Students.

The Root type of teacher.

These teachers are very important In student life. They don't need to show off or be noticed. They stay by the student's side when things are hard. They support students and help administration at times of #crises and don’t leave students/school in any situation. Only the Root type of teachers are the best #asset to schools and students.

Moral - leaf, branch and root type of teachers help students. Each type of teacher has /her #limitations and they sustain their type by remaining in their format.

Common Between Winner and Loser

One day Winner came to the loser's house. Loser said, "Brother-Winner, how come you manage to win most of the time." The winner said "Brother Loser, I am always involved with activities which #promote my goals. I know what I can get, I work for the same. I avoid working for what I wish. Wishes are different in the sense, that sometimes it is difficult to #realise them. Therefore I make it a point that no situation I am working on is too big for me".

Loser said, "You know Winner we have one number which is common between your and mine #working style."
The winner said "Which number, I do not understand, what you are talking about.
The loser said "Persons who try a thousand times win the game. And become the Winner. Persons who complain a thousand times 'lose the game. And becomes a loser."
Winner said, "Hence number 'thousand' is common and important in the Loser And Winner's life."
Winner and loser both have good and bad experiences in life. The winner learns lessons from bad experiences but the loser somedoesn'ton't learn any lessons from bad experiences.
