Micro Joys

My dear mother usedc to o tell me small little #stories at bedtime. They were so exciting that I used to ask many questions to her. Some questions she will answer other questions raised by me were never answered by my mother.

Below I am listing part of # the dialogue between me and my mother.

I said " Maa what all the big things you want to have in your life?

Maa  "Dear child I do not want big things in life. I want little #moments that touch my soul for example. I want a little mansion situated in the middle of a natural #garden where I can sleep with my family and see my #children growing."

I said" Yes Maa. Mansion with neighboring trees  where Sunrise to make us awake early in the morning"

Maa- I do not want well-maintained garden

I said " I love gardens where flowers, like us (children)  grow freely.

Maa - In such a garden I could stop and #smell wildflowers at sunset time

I said, "Yes Mom in the garden we can listen to your stories in the winter season by sitting around a fire."

Mom - I want to spend moments  full of love and joy among my family members, which touch my #heart and #soul

I said -"I was wondering maa, you do not want any #materialistic jewels for you."I

Mom - diamond jewels will give me and my family temporary pleasure, but the small joyful moments I wish to spend with you and #family may look like micro joys but are joy forever, for you and me.

I said" Mom your kids are so thankful to you for teaching us the art of expressing gratitude and contentment in our life. I will try my best to pass the same teachings to my kids"

The art of finding joy in little things is the practice of cultivating gratitude and contentment in one's life. People who actively seek out the positive aspects of one's surroundings and circumstances, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant are always on the road to success.

Are you in habit of finding little joy in your life?.Please  continue doing so.

Unique Maths of Relationships

I am a teacher in a government school.

I have many #friends who are teaching different subjects in my school. Some of them are my very good friends. At professional and 'personal levels. Some of them are just my friends. I #respect all of them.

Similarly, in my family, I am friendly with all of my sister-in-laws. I am also friendly with all the respected ladies in my  # neighborhood.

I wish to maintain a good relationship with all of them. I do not want to show them that I am #superior to them in any way. At the same time, I wish my friends would never feel superior to me in any way. I just want a good relationship with each of them till the last 'breath of my life. I do not believe in a degree of superiority or #inferiority complex in any sort of relationship #bridge.

Sometimes in my family Some relative(female) talk irrelevant  issues to me.I avoid the same to make bond of my relationship of same strength  as before.I agree it requires lot of patience  but I do it as this the way out.In terms of Mathematics language this is the only solution. to my problems which has unique boundaries

I simply respect all my relationship bridges. That gives me a lot of happiness and #pleasure when I happen to meet any one of my friends.

Do you believe in saving relationship  bridges if so act with wisdom as it takes fraction of second to broke relationship  bridge. Please also see to it that no body take your this merit in negative sense and try to exploit it.

Moral - Maintaining good bridges in every relationship gives one #peaceful life.

Getting too much Involved in Others Problems

I am a science teacher in a government school. My senior teacher Kamla Ji has one daughter Radha. Kamla Ji is always worried about her daughter Radha. Her studies and her job are two issues Kamla Ji is always thinking about.

I said " Kamala di don't be up set about Radha. You are observing she has improved so much. She is doing so well in her job. Unnecessary you are worrying about Radha. It is taking a toll on your health. Kamla ji there is a thin line between 'when to worry' about Radha and when to stop doing so. Please do not mix both issues. Your such doings are going to have an impact on you as well as on Radha."

I further said" Kamla ji Radha is in good hands. She is blessed with #supportive in-laws and a cooperative husband. Let her grow in her family and in her profession also."

I further said " Kamalaji we have to be careful because there’s a fine line between supporting others and trying to “fix” others' problems. If you ever try to fix other people’s(daughters) problems or make yourself responsible for their happiness that is not going to help them. Let Radha handle her day-to-day problems herself. This process  will make you and Radha strong and wise."

Kamla ji said "Dear madam your observation is right. I have a problem with my nature. While 'observing others' problems I get #absorbed in the same. This has an impact on my energy levels. They get depleted. This is not the right approach in life. With your kind support dear madam, I am trying to improve myself in this aspect. I am thankful to you dear madam for showing me the right path ".

I am so happy for dear Kamla ji my senior teacher for #accepting my suggestion.

Supporting others to solve their problems is different from fixing their problems. In fixing a problem process you are taking direct action to solve others problems. This way you are not giving others opportunities to learn themselves.

Are you trying to support your dear ones. Please help in solving their problems. Please do not try to fix their problems.

Your Worth

I am a science  teacher in government  school.I said " Dear Asha you are a maths teacher. Look dear you are trackling problem in wrong way. 1st step to your problem is that first you know your worth. If possible  work on your personality  and increase your #skills. Then next step  to follow is to find a man worthy of you. Not the other way round that making you(woman that is you) worthy of  man. I hope you understand this."

I further said "To make yourself worthy Asha please build high integrity in your personality. Please treat others with respect. Please try your best to have purposeful qualities and  make healthy relationships in family.Contribute to your community by doing positive  activities. All these activities can enhance your sense of value."

Asha and her family understood  the concepts  and worked seriously  on  their purposeful skills.Asha worked and contributed to  community services and  enhanced her sense of value.

Asha and her family understood where they were going wrong  in handling problem. Within four months dear Asha found man worthy of her. She is happily married  now.

Dynamics of Spouse Bonding

I am a science teacher in a government school. Radha, a teacher at our school recently got married. She happens to be married in # a joint family.

Radha said "Madam my #husband expects that I should get up around 4. oo am in the morning and make breakfast for 10 people of the family before going to school. I am doing it, but  I feel so #stressed  out before  coming to school."

I said " Radha I do understand your stress. You should also realize, that when you go to a new family after marriage there are a lot of #adjustments both partners have to make. Kindly accept it as a #challenge. I am sure, you will be able to do it. I must say this is also not the right time to say no to your husband.  Gradually with time, he will also understand  this activity  is becoming #taxing on you."

Radha said, "I  was also thinking on the same line madam".

I said " Radha, please! Never speak negatively about your spouse either to your friend or to your family. It may look casual thing but sometimes talking #negative about your spouse to your friends becomes complicated. It will lead to negativity in your relationship. Therefore when you find an appropriate time, please talk to your spouse about the difficulty you are facing. This will make the bond between you and your spouse #stronger.

Radha said" I know madam honest communication and trust are two major factors that contribute to the strong bond between any relationship. "

I said," The Same fundamental  rule applies to the relationship  between husband and wife."

Moral - Third-party involvement in the relationship of two partners(spouse) is always going to create negativity around them. Follow this most important rule in life.

Trust and communication are two important apps that make any relationship wonderful and strong.

Please avoid interference  of 3rd party when you are establishing  relationship.

Are you also too much interfering  when two persons  are in process of making relationship if so please avoid that.

 I

Dual personality

Dual Personality

They think they are wise,

They change their face,

 According to every challenge,

Like a broken bucket ,

No matter how much you fill,

 It stays empty.

They believe if they keep changing faces,

No one will catch them,

But truth is...,

 They are only cheating themselves.

The best way, my friend,

Is to face every challenge ,

With the same face,

Do not be cheater.

Moral is friend,

Be bold when you lose,

Be calm when you win.

Sukarma Thareja

Are you also living with a dual personality?

 If yes, think twice.

Don't act while facing challenges.

Face them with peace and determination.

As you know a cheater  will always remain cheater.

Own Mother

Mother to Own Mother

When I was young. I used to do so many big small mistakes. My mother used to teach me everything needful to face difficult  situations  in life. At that age I never realized that what a big protection shield I am blessed with in form of mother.

With age I realized that #life is not like mother.  It will not embrace me in its arms as my dear mother used to do and it will not help me in difficult  time.

I used to do self- talk. I said "dear you have to fight at every stage of life for your decent #survival. This survival is to be based on your own #skills  You can never get #support system what your mother used to provide you.  You need to fight and survive on your own and learn to be your #own mother.

Moral-Essentially at one point in life  self-mothering is best option to live peaceful life.

When you become your own loving and supportive presence, you provide  care and guidance you need to move forward.

Are you self mothering yourself. If not please do it.zIt is very essential for peaceful life.
