Prerequisite of good karma

I am a science teacher in a government school. I am also in charge of the co-curricular activities of the school.

The other day, my student Mohan asked me, "Madam, what is pre prerequisite of good Karma?"

I said, " Students, the prerequisites of good karma are rooted in virtuous intentions and right action. Our actions should be guided by principles of kindness, mindfulness, and selflessness."

I further said, "Students' concept of karma has originated from ancient Indian religions like Hinduism and Buddhism. This concept of karma emphasizes that the consequences of your deeds affect your future. Therefore is best to make your choices  with positive  thinking, as primarily they will determine your destiny."

Sita said, "Madam colour of ink available in a writing pen strongly impacts the quality of #handwriting of person. Similarly, good thoughts in mind are a prerequisite for good karma. Always propagate good and positive thoughts in mind."

Moral-Do not be miser in good thoughts. While thinking about others or oneself, always think big and meaningful.

Good positive thoughts are the strongest #pillars of Good Karma.  In other words they are prerequisite  of good karma.

Present moments

I teach science in government school. I am incharge  of co curricular  activities  of school.

Other day my student Rakesh asked "What is importance of present  moments  in life.

I said" Students present  moments  are very precious in life. Very few realize importance of them."

My student Sita said "Madam present moments  we are living are #unique.Once they become past we can't  #relive them. Those who live and concentrate on present  are very #mature individuals."

Radha said "Madam we must act wisely in present  moments. We must take help of past experience while living in present  moments."

I said "Students enjoy present moments of life in best possible  way. They are  treasure of life. They are blessings from almighty. Be remain grateful for present  moments."

The present moment is defined as "here and now". At that current specific moment  you concentrate and get engaged with your thoughts and surroundings without any distractions–from past or future.

Kanta Said "Madam  Present moment is only time we can directly experience reality.ln this moment when we practice of being fully conscious and focused that  "present moment" is given name mindfullness."

Moral - Present moments  are treasure  of life.Respect present  moments. Try to covert preset moment to mindfullness  by practicing  full conscious.

Present moments  are pure like precious Gold. Do not get distracted in present  moments  by past.

Being selfish

I am teaching science in a government school. I am also in charge of the co-curricular activities of my school.

The other day, Rajesh said, "Madam, what does being selfish mean to us?"

I said, " Selfish people prioritize their own needs and well-being."

Raj said, "Taking care of your own well-being is a healthy practice as it involves self-care."

I said, " Students, we must set boundaries. We must see to this; we do not involve excess concern for ourselves without concern for others. This type of approach will be negative one."

Radha said, "Madam, we must follow a balanced approach.  We should take care of our needs so that we get better equipped to help others, rather than simply being selfish ".

My friend Krishna said, " Dear student, knowingly/unknowingly, you evaluate others, whether she /he is being selfish."

Krishna further said, "Student, you often forget that sometimes you are also selfish."

Suresh said, "Thanks, madam, for reminding us of  our mistake."

I said, "Dear friends, please rectify your mistakes before pointing to others."

I concluded the discussion and said, " I can spot two types of students who become selfish  because of their actions."

I said, "They are

 1. Students who show no empathy for others' feelings or suffering.

2. Students who use people to get what they want. They think they are entitled to do so, and do not show gratitude to persons who help them."

I further said, "Students, I request you please do not follow above mentioned actions and avoid being selfish."

Moral - Always work on your skills and use those skills to help people in times of need.

Best is to strike a balance between your own needs and the needs of others.

Sweetest of All

I have #fruit tree garden in my home backyard. That is my biggest #blessing of life. Taking care of fruit trees is my # stressbuster activity. It is big attraction for my small kids and their friends. My children are equally fond of the fruit tree garden.

If the weather permits, sometimes I take my research group meetings in my fruit tree garden. Serving fresh fruits to my students and researchers is my biggest pleasure. By the way, I can serve my guests #Guava, jamun, mango, #mulberry, #papaya. I am always thankful to my respected #domestic help who helps me in washing and cutting of fruits of my garden. Along with science discussion on various science #projects, it's a lot of fun eating fresh homegrown fruits.

Researchers keep comparing the quality of #sweetness of all #fruits on their plates during #science discussions..Many students feel #fascinated to observe #nest of birds in the garden. Taking rest and eating food in natural surroundings is a unique #experience for many researchers,

One student asked me," Madam, you have been taking care of this beautiful fruit garden . Please comment on the quality of each fruit of your garden."

I said Dear student, "All fruits are very precious to me. They keep me motivated. My fruit tree garden heals me from all emotional problems. But still, I must say nothing is #sweeter than to think #well of others, especially for my children and my dear #students. My fruit tree garden helps me to do so. I am extremely thankful to God for blessing me with such a wonderful gift of #FRUIT TREE GARDEN.

Moral-nothing is #sweeter than to think #well of others.

Break in Life

 Break in Life

In life, we see many types of breaks.

Sometimes we lose hope with different forms of breaks in life.  Sometimes our parents, teachers, and well-wishers ask so many questions about our present-day activities. They do give us #suggestions to do so and so activity in a better way. Out of ignorance, we think they are putting a break in our lives. But we forget that difficult conditions in life they #appear as breaks in our day-to-day life.

But think if we see so-called break not in a negative sense but in positive sense as #positive catalyst to our life.

Let us consider these brakes as apparatus which let us take #risk in our life. Breaks sometimes may push us back side also but at the same time, breaks help us go fast in life compared to the past. Breaks help us reach our #goal fast and safely.

Simplest example is breaks in car help driver to reach destination  safely and peacefully.

We should be thankful for all #breaks that we face in our lives..

The question is, why should one be thankful for the breaks one faces in life

The answer is when we face hard situations in life that #valuable

Experience equips us to become more strong in life,

Moral- never think of breaks in life as negative activity, rather think of it as positive meaningful activity in life.Breaks in life #promote our life.

Chaos Order Passion

The other day I met my old student Radha. She said, "I am in chaos, madam. I am surprised, Madam. I get #excited for one activity  and do it for five months, and  suddenly get #demotivated and gradually leave that activity."

I said, "This happens when you are excited by #external factor. You are not self-motivated. You are in a confused state of mind, and there is no order toward that activity in your mind. In terms of physics, it can be defined as a situation where the behaviors of a system appear random and #unpredictable or chaotic."

I further said, "According to physics, every system that is chaotic in its initial stages has #order underneath it. In real life, also x activity may look good for some time, but one may not like the same activity consistently. If one happens to like the same activity consistently, and there is a sign of #improvement in its performance. Then one is moving from chaos to order. That order shown in x activity is one's passion."

I further added"dear student, to find your #passion, the only thing you do is to compare your activity to yesterday's #version. If you are better than the yesterday version, then you are on #right track. Then you should never give up. This result shows you are gradually moving from chaos to order. The same  activity x is your passion."

Moral-If one finds out one's  Passion. One should follow  the same  in life to get best results  in life.
