Spirit of Academic Achievement

 

It's a real story of my student Sushma. Her real name is changed.

I had a brilliant girl student Sushma , in my BTtech class.  At  B. Tech level most of students do not know what exactly meant by research. But, Sushma was very much interested in research and higher studies. Students of my B.Tech class was serious towards  GATE exam .Thereforw from 3rd year itself B.Tech students start appearing for same. Even though many of them couldn't achieve enough good rank in 3rd year, but in 4th year many did very well.My student Sushma also did very well and got AIR -214 in Gate examination/

We teachers were very happy  for Sushma.She got Master’s admission from 4 old IIT's with top stream. She was also very happy with her results.  Her parents had different plans for her.Parents were not much interested in making Sushma go for higher studies. To make her parents wishes true, Sushma forcefully joined in a Local engineering college. Though her heart wanted to study from a prestigious college. Still, Sushma kept spirit of academics achievements and  did brilliantly in Master's program and published 2 very good research papers in her M. Tech in very good journals with high impact factors. Sushma did not give up and applied for PhD admission in IITs.  She got interview calls  from three  IITs.

 She got admission letter from few IIT's for her PhD. But her parents were determined not to let Sushma join Ph.D Program.

Her parents convinced Sushma to get married even though she was very much interested in higher studies. Many Indian parents still think that for girls going for higher studies is waste of time and energy. This is one of the greatest tradition followed by many Indian parents.

Though for girls  many things are changing in India.But it will take many many years in India when girl child will be able to take full control of her life.

Moral of Story.It is always better to take charge of ones life by one self.One knows better than others what one is interested in.

Festival Halloween-Quantum Tunneling

 

Halloween Festival-Chandrayaan-Three.

 

 

I enjoy this seasonal festival,

#Halloween every year,

It is coming very soon dear,

in twenty-twenty three-this year.

 

 

I am son of destiny,

 of poor farmer,

Little quanta of hunger,

Very often,

Has given me best,

Possible upbringing,

With #quantum senses,

I have traveled,

from #quantum physics,

 governing me,

 in womb of my mom,

 to #classical physics,

Which make me learn,

culture and historical traditions,

While participating,

In Caravan celebrations,

Of festival Halloween,

 

 

There is something more

 to my life

I am not free from heart

My childhood fetched

 goal is so near

Yet can't cross over

festival Halloween,

Holds me very gently

And through #quantum tunneling,

Of electrons

I am sure I will cross over

My goal very soon

 

You may think that world

 and dynamic of festival Halloween

Celebration may be utterly crazy silly.

 

On beautiful evening festival Halloween,

 says Thareja sukarma,

with joyful heart,

 Friends with thoughts negative,

 becoming #lazy,

 is no solution to life,

 be enthusiastic,

And take blessings,

 priceless consciously,

 from your grandmother and elders,

And celebrate festival Halloween

 With #energy positive.

 

Even if full of pain is life,

 don't quit life,

Participate in celebration,

Festival Halloween,

Appreciate and handle,

#dark side of life,

and develop,

Identity unique,

Like brave scientist,

Trying to work for,

Comfort for society.

 

 In wonderful festival Halloween,

Pumpkins is used to #decorate houses,

And since it contains vitamin,

 B12 and Calcium,

And protect people fully,

By increasing their immunity,

Halloween festivals science- dynamics,

Is difficult to understand,

Yet full of life and #energy,

Let us enjoy,

Festival Halloween and be happy,.

And make others happy,

Through quantum computing,

like Indian #Chandrayaan-three,

Robert #Vikram-Pragyan.

Work - Life Harmony- Environment

 

 It was covid time.Our school administration has advised all teachers to go for zoom classes for children. I thought it will be good if before I resume my online classes

for teaching,I must educate students through my writing piece how to make work-life harmony  by sustaining environment.I wrote poem entitled" Work - Life Balance- Environment" and posted  on website of my school.The same I am listing below for my esteem readers.

Corona you acted like a #forced storm on us,

You became teacher and taught us to believe in #simple living,

You acted like #equalizer for every caste creed and religion,

You taught us to be away from #pump and show life.

You locked down earth for #repair of environment,

Corona we promise YOU; for our greed,

 We will not #misuse environment,

Corona please make us free from quarantine walls,

We promise you Corona we will care gently for environment .

We have made #vaccine for you(corona virus),

Corona please help us and please be away from vaccined people,

Please don’t spread yourself in community,

Help us by not showing your different #strains in air,

Your strict #punishments has made us wise,

Please let cool #peaceful breeze be  present   in environment;

So that #Work-life harmony is maintained in environment.
