Little Quanta activity--

 I am teaching in school. I always tell to my students"please do not look for big occassions to find joy in life. One can be happy with small joy in life"Donate to a cause or organization that aligns with your values.

One student said"I perform acts of kindness such as paying for food of street children. "

One girl student Nidhi said"madam some time I listen actively and empathetically to my domestic help who needs support"

I said"This act of Kindness simulate the release of dopamine and oxytocin which are known as feel good hormons leading to increase of joy in life. It also reduces stress. All these small act of kindness give strong connection in relationship also. It also give one sense of purpose and fulfillment in life. It also create supportive environment in one's life. "

Moral of story-please believe in small joy in life and one day you will find a surprise of big joy in life.

Mother Daughter Dream

I felt asleep. An old lady came in my dreams. I said"oh dear mom, I always used to make fun of you but when I see my self into mirror I find you in me. I fondly remember you very often when you used to be strict with me to inculcate good working habits in me. I used to fight with you for small things. Now I realise mom how wrong I was when I used to miss behave with you. ".

I distinctly remember when ever I will go out for my academic achievement outside home. How worried you were for same. I always used to think it is your immaturity to do so. Now after twenty years I am sailing in same boat. Thanks mom for being so kind and considerate with me. Every cell of my body is so much indebted with your love, affection and sacrifice. I wish I could face you in person. But I know that is never going to be so. It's just a dream for me. 

Moral of Story-Mothers are blessing. Please respect them. 

Do you Wish to be Popular

 My students always talk to me about concept of popularity. One student said "to become popular one should have bent mind of helping people in need of time. "

I said "popular persons are fond of celebrating one's friend success. They are very positive persons. They are large hearted and always look toward benefit of group and are not confined to own benefit. "

One student said"madam they are always on wheels and are always interested in finding amicable solution to group problems."

I said"yes dear student, they are always ready to do extra work to make their mission successful "

Student said "they are true leaders and

down to earth persons. They never boast about their personal success. They are ready to embrace change in society and find positivity in same. People ❤ them for their capacity to find positivity in odd circumstances. They are role model of society. They inspire young minds through their actions".

Are you being Practical?

  I was waiting to go home, at metro station. I met my old student he said" Madam when we were teen ager we were so close to our friends. Even at home I used to share every small challenges in my life with my parents. But now a days things are much different"Why it is so is big question. 

I said "at that time no face book, no smart digital phone and no whatsup. Only medium of communication was letter writing. People were able to share emotions very effectively. Distance relationship were maintained so well. Unfortunately it is not soso now a days".

Yes you are right my student. I said" The reason behind this is that every one is being very practical these days. That is why there is less respect to emotions now days. Thanks to science-technolgy and information technology "

Give Surprise ti your Child

 When my child was small he was so happy to get Christmas gift as he always thought that Santa brought that gift for him at night. Same he was always happy to get birthday gift. He was not excited to know when that gift was brought by his parents. 

Now he is old enough to understand many things in life. If I bring any gift for him to give him a surprise the big puzzle is where to keep that gift. 

To solve that problem from store I buy empty boxes where it is written 1.groceries 2.vegan

3.toilet paper 4.woman hygiene and keep in my kitchen store. In one of these boxes I hide my child surprise gift. 

I am so happy to share this simple trick with my esteem readers for their kind reference. This really helps in maintain ing happiness, curosity in life. One never get bored in life. 

Moral of story -small creative tricks

 really help one to create happiness in each sphere of life.

Advise Give -Take

My friend Nita joined as bank officer in bank. Other bank officer who joined with her were very hesitant to interact with clerks of bank. My friend never discriminated if one is bank officer or clerk. She got very valuable avises from her juniors which she implemented when needed. 

Other officers found it difficult to handle many bank problems. They were good in giving advises to clients in bank. 

Taking advise from junior or senior is not easy task. Some times communication skills of clients are not up to mark, so giving them advise sometimes become messy task

One must remember if you are giving advise to client

1.client must have good hearing capacity

2 client must have good communication skills to put forward his problem. 

3.it should be made clear to client it is not necessary that client should follows his advise. 

4.client is only one who knows his needs and problems.
