Contagious Activity

I am a tea lover ,

And to some extent #teaaholic,

When I am sad,

Things seem to be out,

Of control in life for me,

When I am considering,

Starting a new #phase of life,

I leave laziness and #anxiety,

 And get up ,

And have a cup of masala tea.

With the flavour of cinnamon,

 And ginger bite, I  achieve.

Peace of mind,

Whenever I happen to offer TEA,

In a tea shop to bless children

On #road roadside,

It becomes #contagious activity,

 Of respected people around me,

I don't push or #force anyone,

I don't say any thing  to anyone around me,

But hearts have their #language,

They connect before #eyes have met.

Those cute children are offered #biscuits,

By the people around me at the tea shop,

See how #magical tea is.

Tea makes me, children,

 Shopkeeper and people,

 Around me #happy.

Tea and  its flavor,

 And #texture gives unique,

 Capacity and #energy,

Creating a #positive value atmosphere around me.

That is the reason why at the office,

Lab and home,

I love to sip my hot masala tea nice and slow

With love, joy and sweet memories of loved ones.

Masala tea releases my tension and anxiety,

Makes my heart light,

And I hummed a prayer in a good mood.

I am ready for teaching,

Challenged assignment,

To my respected  students,

With infinite vision and enthusiasm, unique.

Vibrant Tapestry of Emotions and their correlatins

I was talking with my old student Sohan after an educational  meeting  of school.

I said " Thoughts influence emotions. Therefore it is always good to be away from negative thoughts."

Sohan said" Madam when you have problem  to handle  in life, you have so many emotions emerging as vectors and correlating with each other ,resultant of same can be expressed in text as follows."

Emotions of fear tells you---"this is impossible,"

Emotions emerging from collective previous experience  tells you ---"this is dangerous,"

Your analytical  power tells you-,--" It's all waste ",

Your heart and self confidence  tells  you,'at least give one trial to solve the problem ".

I said, "Feelings of anger can sometimes be a mask for underlying sadness, and these emotions can be closely related."

I further said, "In correlated emotions, there is dance, and the truth of life resides. That is, in each feeling, a lesson hides. "

Sohan said, "Emotions can be passed from person to person, influencing the emotional state of those around them. "

I said, "Sohan, that means Cognitive-Emotional Interaction is nothing but Emotions influencing cognitive processes like memory, decision-making, and learning. "

Sohan said, "Madam, I have seen examples of correlations of different emotions in life. Positive emotions like joy and love often correlate with better memory and decision-making skills, while negative emotions like anger and sadness can lead to more analytical thinking. "

I said, "Dear Sohan, correlations of emotions can be studied by research methods. Text data (like social media posts or news articles) is used to understand how emotions are expressed and how they change over time."

I further  said, "Text data of various emotions are taken and patterns  are recognized to find correlations  in emotions."

Moral -Each emotion of an individual should be respected and positive solutions like meditation and breathing exercises should be adopted to handle correlated  emotions to lead a peaceful life.

Strength weaknesses please Do Not Compare

There are many homes,  when you visit them, you find all things are so neat and clean and are kept so #meticulously and unknowingly you start #comparing yourself and appreciating your friends,  how come they can do such a big show with such a high degree of accuracy while you(I) can not do so. Sometimes you do feel #guilty also.

Then sometimes you do self-talk also. "Nevertheless, you are so good at making things functional in your house in your way. You are good at multitasking. When you are cooking, you always give instructions to your kids and teach them mantras on how to approach problems in mathematics. In this process, you save a lot of your time and the time of your dear children. Dear! You make your children wise and make them smart and give them exposure to saving time exercise, while they have so many assignments to be finished in a limited #time.'

I continue with my self-talk and say to myself, " Dear(me), your aesthetic sense is very good, but that does not get a chance to come up and manifest in your home decoration. This is so because, being a working woman, you have so many domestic tasks to finish in a limited time before going to the office. So your aesthetic sense does not come up at #priority and takes a back seat for you in your house. It's OK, dear me) maybe when children grow (enough) old, you may be able to do so."

What sets us #apart? What makes us different from each other is a big question. My observation is that when we shift our attention to personal #growth and happiness, those feelings of #insecurity tend to fade away. Remember, everyone is on their/his #journey, and everyone's path is unique and valuable in its way.

It’s completely normal to feel a pinch of insecurity when we compare ourselves to others, especially when it seems like some people effortlessly #excel in areas we find challenging. But we must understand and accept that every personality has positive(#strength) and negative(weakness) traits.

Moral-Never compare yourself with others. Please try to walk on your chosen #path,  to fulfill #goals of your life.

Chasing Relationship

I am a science teacher in a government school.

The other day, I was talking to my students about mental health issues. I said  "Psychiatric" refers to the branch of medicine dealing with mental disorders, and a psychiatric clinic, also known as a mental health clinic or hospital, is a specialized facility where psychiatrists and other mental health professionals diagnose and treat these conditions."

My friend Asha is a psychiatrist. She runs her own private clinic.

I had invited Asha to my school. I had a meaningful talk with Asha. The same I am listing below for my respected readers.

Asha said, " Dear friend, in my clinic, I see people chase all sorts of things. They chase the next big business venture that they wish in their dream of. Persons dealing in drugs are always looking/chasing for new drugs that will fetch them good money. Of course, for them, it is the big win. Some young boys and girls are always chasing the next great relationship, which they think will suit their dream parameters for a relationship."

I said " Dear Asha, chasing has been associated and correlated with a need for the hormone dopamine. But research findings suggest, the more we chase the more we want!. Since there is no saturation point in the process, you are always looking for more. This process never gives you a peaceful life."

Asha said, " Dear Madam, when chasing happens in a relationship, it is rarely a sign that you are part of a balanced and mutually satisfying relationship. Rather, it tends to be a symptom of imbalance. It is a   chaser who is in stress  and failing to see her/his own worth."

I said, " Dear Asha, I really wish I could persuade a few such people (chasers) to take control of their behaviour and channel their energy into relationships where there is no need for chasing. These are relationships that will nourish you and be reflective of your emotional investment."

Asha said, "In my clinical area of expertise, I find some customers believe in the phenomenon of chasing, which is highly destructive. A gambler enjoys the anticipation and buildup of the gamble, but most probably, most of the time, he/she ends up on a destructive path."

I said, "  Dear Asha, I think in case of a relationship, we must build our bridges and boundaries with Empathy, Humility, and Respect. Then only more dopamine will be recreated in the body, which will make us happy."

I further said, "To get more dopamine in the body, instead of chasing a person, we must work on our skills and use our energy in seeking good relationship traits in ourselves. That exercise will build a strong relationship  bridge."

Asha said, " Dear Madam, I often tell my patients that in case of building a relationship, every moment in life there is an opportunity to learn something new. Every day is a class that teaches you how to use a new tool, because life is a school."

I said, " Building relationships is a strange program that is messy and amazing, and equally filled with facts and untruths. "

Asha said, "We must know that relationships of value must be constructed on a strong and stable foundation. We have to feel like we are heard, and our partner is capable of giving us space. We have to know that if there is a problem, we can say what we need to say, without it ruining life."

Asha further said, "This is important to know that weak friendships have no future. If the foundation of relationships is weak, how can we expect our partner to be in our corner when we need them most? How can we expect them to give us the snacks we need to eat when we are hungry?

Moral - There is no point chasing people to build a relationship. Meaningful friendships must have a solid and strong foundation of empathy, humility, and respect.

Are you going makeup free

I am a science teacher in a government school.

The other day, I was talking to my female students.

My student Radha said, "Madam, while makeup is not inherently negative, a period of going makeup-free can be a refreshing way to re-evaluate one's relationship with appearance and prioritize overall well-being and inner beauty. "

I said, "Students remaining make up free, you'll save time previously spent on applying and blending makeup. "

I further said," Students, please think about whether the use of makeup is truly for yourself or due to societal pressure or a perceived expectation. "

Saroj said, "Madam, my decisions to go make up free have built confidence in my natural self. I have come out of the shell of an external 'shield' or societal expectation."

Radha said, "My decision to go makeup-free has allowed me to re-evaluate my relationship with my appearance. I think by practicing the same, I can prioritize my overall well-being and inner beauty."

Nidhi said, "My decision to go makeup-free has helped me in regaining my skin's natural texture and tone."

Suman said, " Madam, for me to decide on going makeup-free has led me to seek a healthier and more radiant appearance."

Sohini said, "I'm glad I chose to escape makeup. It's bad for everyone's skin, and it's especially bad for mine. I still don't understand why women think they need it. If all women stopped wearing makeup, the makeup tax wouldn't exist. So, I often tell my friends, ladies, for the love of all that's good, STOP! wearing makeup."

I further said, "Without makeup and other cosmetic products, our pores of skin are less likely to get clogged, reducing breakouts and inflammation."

Sita said, "Going makeup-free  you can discover a more authentic sense of self, realizing that your value is not tied to how you look with it. It also becomes easier to track and manage your skincare routine when you aren't interfering with your makeup."

Moral -Going makeup-free gives you permission to explore and appreciate your natural look. You cultivate your inner qualities, like a "gentle and quiet spirit," which are of great worth. You save a lot of your precious time and money.

Lotus flower and Karma

The lotus flower is a flower of an aquatic plant. But this flower plant always lives and flourishes in #dirty water. But its flower lotus # characteristics are much different from dirty water.

The question is why lotus flower is different in so many ways? The answer is this beautiful flower, each part, petal, seed,  root and underground stem is used for the welfare of #mankind and many times is used for medicinal purposes. Lotus flower contains #flavonoids and # quercetin -have anti-inflammatory effects. That's why it is our national flower (India).

Friends be like  #Lotus flower. Do positive karmas and your #karmas should not only aim for your personal  #benefit. You should rise above your vested interests and do positive karmas to help each #individual of society.

Remember, friends, you are #part of society. If the society in which you live remains happy and prosperous, you will also remain happy,  safe and prosperous.

In mathematical language, let A # represent society. It is #subset of the bigger B set which represent country. An Individual, is an #element in A subset representing society.

Moral -Country is bigger than society. Society is bigger than the individual. All the Karmas of each individual  should aim to help society. Are you also performing karma to help society.?

Responsibbility

When I was young I used to ask my dear mother"maa how come, you get up at right time in #morning and make our breakfast and pack our lunch at right time.Maa I am young still sometimes  I become #lazy.I get inspiration  from you, and try to my work in time."

My Maa said"My child I am #mother and that responsibility  I have taken  from my #own sweet will".My dear daughter though I am free in all respect in my life yet #responsibility  as mother is very important. One may think it as #cage. But I strongly  feel this cage is a #blessing  from God.I respect this cage.

How can one be Irreplaceable for an Institute

I teach science in a government school.

Our school has very good supporting staff. Mr Munna Lal is in security staff member at my school.

He has many good #stories to his credit. Mr  Munna Lal is given one room in the school by the respected principal, Madam.

Munna Lal ji is #responsible gentleman. He is the first person to come to school. He is fond of the greenery of the school. If sometimes the gardener of our school forgets to water the plants, Munna ji will do the same very happily without any # complaint.

He takes care of  #cleanliness of the school. He notes down the number of furniture pieces found broken in different classrooms. He reports the same to the principal, Madam.

Munnna Lal ji always believes in #saving water. He reports about leaking water taps to the principal madam. He makes sure that not even a single outsider enters the school without the principal madam #permission.

He is respected by each member of the school for his fair treatment of each one in school.

Department of Education of the state has awarded Munaji for his #exemplary services and behaviour as a dedicated supporting staff member of the school.

He always sits outside the classroom/principal madam office if some teachers, principal madam are working after school hours, thinking that they might need some help.

He always helps the teacher/principal madam in handling unruly boys of the school.

If by chance Mr Munna ji was on leave, the whole school felt the pinch of his absence. Principal Madam says," Mr.Munna helps the school  to such a great extent that sometimes the school feels Mr Munna ji is irreplaceable."

Moral - If one wishes to be above ordinary persons, one has to be #different from others.
