I am a science teacher in a government school. I am in charge of -curricular activities of the school.
The other day I met my old student Suman Dubey at a party. She said, "It is a world of science and technology. I believe in working smartly. Madam, I have been telling the same to my friend Radha. But Madam Radha believes in working #hard. Madam, our #ideologies are different. "
I said, "Dear Suman, Radha is walking on #right path, and you are #illusioned by the path defined as working 'smart".
I further added"dear Suman! prerequisite of 'smart working' is -working #"irrationally" very hard. Walking on # 'hard-working' path is a fundamental concept of every good worker."
I concluded and said, " Dear students, neither hard work nor smart work is inherently superior; they are complementary and equally vital for success. Hard work provides the foundation of dedication and experience, fostering skill development and resilience. Smart work adds strategic planning and efficient use of resources to maximize productivity and achieve optimal results."
Suman said, "The most effective approach involves combining both: using dedicated effort intelligently through smart planning to reach goals with less wasted effort and greater impact. The world appreciates smart work, but at the same time, hard work is also never depreciated."
My student Radhe said, "Sooner or later in my life, I will be acknowledged through my work as hard work pays off and smart work fades of."
I said, " Student taking inspiration from smart work, I sometimes teach by exposing students to practical skills and the real world. In this way of teaching, not only is theoretical knowledge given, but it also means that, apart from books and lectures, the student gets a chance to work in the actual work environment. According to me, this is a smart way of teaching."
Moral- The most effective path is often a combination of hard work and smart work. One can't work #smartly unless one has long experience of working irrationally very hard.Do you also believe in smart way of working?
