Is it Worth Fighting

The other day I was going back home after teaching at my school. I had a pleasant surprise. I met my school friend Sarla, who is a high court #judge, at the metro station.

I asked Sarla how the journey of your life. What #disciplines and #value system does she practice in her life to become such an #icon figure of our society? We had a big discussion. She talked in detail about the little steps she took in her life to #focus on her career path.

Taking #inspiration from my dear friend Sarla, I wrote A small article for my students and pasted it on the notice board of my school for the benefit of my #worthy students. The same I am listing below for my #esteem readers.

Is it worth fighting?

My friend Sarla happened to get married in a joint family that was against her wishes for further higher studies.

Sarla continued her studies and stopped fighting for her rights with many #inconsiderate people.

She stopped fighting to please everyone...in family and persons at her #professional front.

She stopped fighting those who #gossiped about her,

She did not fight 1. to get attention from the surrounding crowd 2. to prove they(in-laws family) were wrong about her....

She left such fights for those who have nothing else to fight...

And she started fighting for

her #vision,

her #dreams,

her#ideas and

Her #destiny.

The day she gave up on small fights is the day she started becoming successful & so much more content.

My friend Sarla is now a judge in the High Court.

Moral of the Story. All fights are not worth one's time..... Choose what one can fight for wisely.

This wise practice, followed by my friend Sarla, can save one's time and energy; the saved time and energy can be fruitfully used in

Improving one's new ideas and vision in moving forward in one's carrier path.

Do you Feel Satisfied while Eating

I am a science teacher at school. I believe in doing one-to-one talks with my students to enlighten them with my positive experiences so that they can face their complicated future lives.

The other day, one student said, "In our Hindu epics, it is recommended that one should eat food on a clean floor with folded legs, and one should prefer to eat with the fingers of the hands. Use of a dining table with required cutlery for eating is not mentioned in the epics."

I said "according to my experience, "I also prefer to eat dal, vegetables, ables chapati with clean fingers of my hand. I don't eat rice with a spoon. Fortunately, I have a big Kitchen where I have placed a small stool, which I use for keeping my eatables. In front of that small stool. I eat my food by sitting with folded hands. I find the kitchen the best place to use, as the kitchen is the cleanest place in my house. Nobody is allowed to come into the kitchen with shoes on. Eating with my hands gives me a lot of satisfaction. "

Another student from China said, "Madam, we use chopsticks to eat rice with meat. "I said I have tried eating rice with chopsticks, I find it is comfortable to use the same but it doesn't give me satisfaction. "

Moral of the story- eating Indian food, dal, chapati, rice and vegetables with fingers of the hand gives a lot of satisfaction compared to using cutlery for eating the same

Granny Teachings

My grandchildren often tell me," Granny, you are getting old". I am listing below  #conversation between me and my grand child for the reference of my # esteemed readers.

Grandchild- you are no longer our old-time dear granny, you have become different, you have distanced yourself from many previous activities, you used to carry out regularly, sad, and lonely.

Granny-No, my child, I am not getting old, but  I am getting wise.

I have stopped being what others like me to become, but what I like, I do.

I stopped seeking the #acceptance of others and have accepted myself.

I have left behind the #lying mirrors that deceive me #mercilessly.

No, I'm not getting old, my child.

Grandchild-granny, you have just become more #selective with places, people, customs, and #ideologies.

Most of the time, you let go of #attachments, unnecessary pain-giving activities, #toxic people, sick souls, and rotten hearts... #bitterness and unhappiness,

You have understood it is better to release them.

That itself has given you better health.

Yes, I agree with you, Granny, you are not getting old.

Granny-my child I'm not going to #night parties now a days, so that the same time I could spend in learning new things and heal my #insomnia.

I have stopped living old stories and started writing new stories, I have thrown aside all #stereotypes in my life.

I no longer use any #cosmetics now. I carry a book in my bag that beautifies my mind.

Yes, my child, I'm not getting old.

Grandchild, you try your best to carry #freshness in your soul, and remain #innocent in your heart.  I observe that every day you discover yourself. You can ou have become a nature lover and always keep #charming smile on your face

You love to hear the #chirping of the birds that delight you and accompany you in your morning and evening walk.

Yes, my dear granny, I agree you are not getting old.

Granny has become selective in spending my time. I  rewrite stories in the form of #blog, which  I've experienced in my science research lab, told by my friends, aunts and teachers and researchers. In a way, I am #rediscovering the world. I am reading old books I've forgotten or have read only half.

I'm becoming more cautious. I've stopped visiting outbursts that teach me nothing,  I'm learning to cultivate knowledge, #plant ideals, and believing in my #destiny.

Moral of the story- how much science and technology advance, the internet comes and goes. Through her disciplined way of living, Granny teaches grandchildren a value system that is unique and rare to find in the world.

Life Cup

I talk to my students to give them informal education whenever I get the opportunity to do so. I always keep in mind this small advice which they unknowingly will go them long way in their life. After the small, purposeful talk, I often try to put it in the form of a little article and paste it on my school notice board to help young minds and answer their inquisitive questions if possible. The same I am listing below for our esteemed readers.

Friends suppose one is holding a cup of tea, a little child in one's house comes along and bumps into one or shakes one's arm, making one spill one's tea everywhere.

Why did one spill the tea?

Expected answer is"Because the little child bumped into one!!!" but friends, please remember this is a# wrong answer.Right answer is one who spilled the tea because there was tea in one's cup. Had there been coffee in the cup, one would have spilled coffee

Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.

The same applies to life. Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it until you get rattled.

So friends always ask us... "What's in our cup?"

Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.

Friends, today let's work towards filling our cups with #positivity like# gratitude, #forgiveness, joy, words of #affirmation, and kindness,# gentleness and love for others. Please don't fill your cup of life with # jealousy and #negativity.

Many students were happy to read my small article. I was happy to train  Young mind is associated with.

Moral of the Story. Please always fill one's Cup of life with positivity.

Natural Sweetener

My friend Rachna was visiting me. I knew Rachna was fond of sweets. I told Rachna I would prepare rawa cake for you. Rachna educated me and said, "Coconut Sugar, which I have brought for you, is a healthier substitute for traditional sugar.  Coconut sugar is a natural sweetener made from the sap of the blossoms of the coconut tree. So I put my health first and use coconut sugar in my cooking wherever possible."

Rachna educated me about preparation, nutritional profile, glycemic index and flavour profile of coconut sugar, which I am listing below.

Coconut Vs. Regular Sugar: 4 Differences Between The Sweeteners

Rachna said," Coconut sugar is made from the sap of the blooms on coconut trees. Flower buds are tapped to extract the sap, which is then boiled to evaporate the water content, producing a concentrated syrup. To create granules that resemble conventional sugar, this syrup is further dehydrated."

Rachna further said, "Table sugar is derived from two different plants: sugar cane and sugar beets. The plant material is crushed, the juice is extracted, and the plant material is refined in several procedures to produce the well-known white crystalline sugar. A highly processed product is produced after the refining process, which is free from contaminants and

I said, "Conut Sugar is not a substantial source of Iron, zinc, calcium, potassium, and it has antioxidants and a few vitamins and minerals in trace amounts. Additionally,  it contains #inulin, a form of # dietary fibre that can act as a # prebiotic and encourage the development of good gut bacteria. Regular sugar, on the other hand, is heavy on #carbohydrates and has a high #glycemic index(60). It contributes  energy, without much in the way of vitamins, minerals, or other healthy elements."

Glycemic Index:

Rachna educated me about the glycemic index (GI), which shows how rapidly foods high in carbohydrates elevate blood sugar levels. Comparing coconut sugar (54) to ordinary sugar (60) shows that coconut sugar is diabetic friendly. This implies that ordinary sugar can induce a greater rise in sugar levels, while coconut sugar causes blood glucose levels to rise more gradually and slowly. The fact that coconut sugar has a lower GI is probably due to the inclusion of inulin and other fibres."

Flavour Profile:

Rachna said, " Coconut sugar stands out from conventional sugar thanks to its distinctive # caramel-like flavour and slight coconut undertone.  It adds richness and complexity to foods and drinks due to its rich, distinct flavour and delicate sweetness."

I said, " Regular sugar, in comparison, has no distinct taste or odour and provides a lot of sweetness instead."

I thanked Rachna for the gift pack of coconut sugar. Education provided by Rachna was eye eye-opener for me. We prepared and enjoyed eating rawa cake made with coconut sugar.

Ancient vs Modern Generation

In school, students always compare different aspects of the ancient generation and the modern generation. So this Saturday in school during co-curricular activity class, we discussed the same, and our submissions were as follows

There is not always an objective answer to this question. The concept of value varies from person to person, from era to era, and from culture to culture. When comparing ancient and modern generations, we need to consider different perspectives and criteria. When we discussed the quantity and quality of learning and knowledge. We found the following :

The opinion of the house was modern generation has access to far more information and education than the ancient generation. The Internet and technology have enabled us to learn about many different disciplines and cultures from all over the world. In addition, modern science and medicine are more advanced than those in ancient times, contributing to our health issues.

The house was also of the opinion that the ancient generation lived a simpler and more natural life than the modern generation. They valued their culture and traditions and lived in harmony with their community and environment. They also had their own faith and philosophy and found

Friends, we each us have our strengths and weaknesses. We can respect and learn from each other. We can learn from our past and evolve for the future. We are each valuable human beings. The best approach is to take the best possible good values and knowledge from ancient as well as

Mixed mode of teaching Aids

When I was small, we were given a lot of emphasis on writing. There used to be competition in school about good writing at the primary level. Every lesson was taught with the use of chalk chalkboard. There were no computers and laptops in our time. Every learning subject involved a lot of practice on paper.  We used to write notes of every subject on paper.

While digitization decreases students' Concentration levels, according to some study, spending too much time on digital platforms, including social media, can result in a lack of focus and concentration. To reap the benefits of digitization and continue to benefit from using writing tools for self-expression, individuals need to marry the two methods to enhance cognitive processes.

Dependence on technology: classrooms have become more technologically friendly, and I found that many of my students struggle when trying to complete schoolwork without any digital aid.

The moral of the story is to increase students' analytical power, educators should use a mix of teaching methods. Educators should use black blackboard to derive important points of the lecture, and for experimental demonstrations, they can take the help of a video presentation. Friends, all this I am writing from my own experience. This mixed mode of teaching helps students take notes in class. They are always active and alert. Both teacher and taught benefit the best benefit from mixed modes of teaching aids.

Courageous Women

It's a blessing to be #mother. Any country feels proud if creative, intelligent women and especially when they are mothers, are contributing towards building the country.

Women's contribution in building # socio- fabric of the country is special as their experiences of working add to #diversity of work. It is a known fact that diversity in any workforce makes its impact much more balanced and innovative

But being a work-from-home mother is very #challenging. To face these challenges mother needs support from many sides of society. Some moms are lucky; they can take a year off from jobs

Trying to go back to work after# maternity leave, there are several challenges to moms' physical and mental health, and deep down sometimes moms's entire income goes to her# nanny, so staying in her job just doesn't make sense.

Sometimes mom works part-time from home as a #writer and journalist, and it could be the best decision mom could have made. Mom took something she was already doing for fun (blogging) and turned it into a way to make some money while her #toddler was sleeping. Working from home left her able to eliminate childcare costs.

Working from home may or may not necessitate# childcare, depending upon the specifics.

Working from home may seem like a dream, but it also has its challenges. It can be difficult to stay focused while at home, especially when mom's kids are there too.

I  am writing all this in short as I have also been working from home-mom.In this regard, my humble submissions are as follows, which I am listing below.

Whether or not working from home is the best choice for mom depends on many factors

Mom can eliminate her# commute.

Mom has more time to spend with your children.

Mom doesn’t need to dress up and buy a work wardrobe.

Mom may have fewer distractions.

Mom may be able to eliminate or# minimize childcare costs.

There are some problems also

Home may be more #distracting than the office.

Kids at home may demand more attention from mom(even if you have childcare).

There may be fewer opportunities for Mom to advance professionally.

A working mom may feel# isolated.

Moral of the Story: Being a mom is priceless. The question is whether one happens to be working from home. Many factors are in favor, which save moms time on commute, and one can attend to the child's needs as and when required. As every activity has# positive and #negative points. So is working from home-Mom. But moms, be courageous and do whatever is best for you and your child.

Delicious Fries

I love # crispy and tender fries. I boil my potatoes before frying them. This simple trick can make a big difference in the taste and texture of your fries. Since I am a student of science, I  am listing below some scientific facts involved in the boiling of potatoes.

1. Boiling potatoes #deactivates an enzyme called# polyphenol oxidase, which causes potatoes to turn brown when exposed to air. This way, your fries will look more appetizing and won't have a bitter flavor.

2. Boiling potatoes removes some of the water content from the potatoes, which makes them less likely to stick together and more likely to crisp up in the oil. It also prevents them from #absorbing too much oil and becoming greasy.

3. Boiling potatoes closes the# cell walls on the surface of the potatoes, which creates a barrier that prevents the oil from penetrating too deeply into the fries. This helps them retain their shape and texture, and also makes them more fluffy on the inside.

4. Boiling potatoes partially cooks them, which reduces the frying time and ensures that they are cooked evenly throughout. This way, you won't end up with # fries that are burnt on the outside and raw on the inside.

Moral of the story-Friends, next time you want to make some # delicious fries, give boiling a try. You'll be surprised by how much it improves the # taste of your potatoes.

Parents Teachers Association

We had parent teachers association(PTA) in school. Its goal was to help students . Presence of parents in the meeting helped teachers in solving students personal problems.

As a parent and a teacher, we teachers were sometimes surprised at how many parents seem to take little to no interest in what or how their kids are doing in school, as well as how many parents push their children towards independence too early, for the sake of their own convenience.

We, teachers, were clear that if one's child is under age 10, and if parents can’t name a single thing their child learned in school this month, parents are not doing a good job as parents. We all teachers agreed that it's okay if parents are not able to help kids with their homework (although it would be nice), but at least ask their child what they’re doing in school.

When students are ages 11–14. The older ones are pretty independent, but the younger ones still need a lot of guidance. Yet I’ve had 11-year-old students whose parents just didn’t seem to care what their kid was doing in school. Emails to the parents would be read but not responded to. Phone calls would go unreturned. Parents looked bored in PTA, or never looked up from their phones in the PTA, or just never came to the PTA.

We teachers sometimes get annoyed with some children. We were consistently late, hadn’t eaten, were unprepared, and looked like we just rolled out of bed. The kids weren’t home alone. The parents were there. Parents thought their kid was independent enough to get themselves ready and to school consistently every morning.

Many times, we teachers had to buy lunches for students who had none. When teachers talked to the parents about it during PTA, some parents just said that the child was responsible for packing their own lunch every day. That’s fine… there’s nothing wrong with a kid that age being responsible… but we teachers used to request, please parents supervise your kid to make sure it’s done right.

We teachers used to feel sad for kids and always requested parents that kids are a long-term commitment, but many parents will not understand the same. We were fortunate that there were many good teachers in school. We collectively helped many students, and we teachers found that students improved a lot.

The moral of the story is that we, as parents, should help our kids as much as required. But parents must learn with the help of a teacher, where to draw the line that the parent is not required to help, and how much help the kid requires. When the cooperation of parents is extended to the teacher, it will be good for the teacher, parents and students. That will be win win-win-win situation for parents, teachers and students.

Mother Journey

  To wait for her children,

Is Mother's destiny ,

 She waits for her child,

 When she's carrying the same,

In her inside body .

My mother waits for me,

 To come from school.

She waits for me ,

To come home from a trip,

She waits for me,

When I start my own life.

She waits for me,

When I come home from work ,

And when I come home,

 She waits for me,

With love, with worry,

 And sometimes with anger,

Which disappears as soon as,

 She sees me ,

And  hugs me.

Friends make sure your mother ,

Doesn't have to wait,

Visit her, love her, and hug her,

She's the one who has loved you,

 Like no one else.

Don't make her wait;

That's what she expects from you.

 Physical Bodies age,

But a mother's heart never ages.

Love her as much as you can.

No one will ever love you,

 Like your mother.

Chemistry of struggle Dynamics

I was talking to students the other day and was advising them not to be scared of their struggles in life. My students who are preparing for a professional exam have to work day and night. After school, many students take help from expert teachers to handle the questions asked in the entrance test. These students are always running short of time.

I feel very much concerned for them. The only way I can help them is by telling my students, struggle is part of life, which is very important. Struggle gives one valuable experiences, and these experiences help one in solving struggles that one faces in the future.

If  I put in chemistry language

1. Struggle gives rise to experience as a product, hence it is a consequential reaction.

2. Struggle and experience cannot be separated from each other. In other words, struggle and experience are in equilibrium with each other, hence it is an equilibrium reaction.

One can not separate one's struggle and experience. One can't accept or reject them by separating them. These earned experiences help one in handling future struggles in life. Struggle and experience are two sides of the same coin

Colours of Science Lab

I am fortunate,as I have got the opportunity to visit many nations in world attending,webinars- scientific cconferences. The experience of same  I am listing  below in form of poem" Working  in Science  Lab"

Colours of Science  Lab

Working in science labs,

For long hours is my first passion.

I remember how immature a spirit I was,

But now with scientific work experience,

I have fetched wisdom.

How firmly with a lot of confidence,

I speak and present experimental,

Results of my group science projects,

Without doubt and hesitation,

The life I lead is my own creation.

Now, to some extent, I understand,

Scientific field research work culture,

How much I have to chase personal,

 Or scientific dreams.

How to collaborate in different scientific projects,

 Up to what extent?

News of my scientific project,

 Funding money makes,

Me happier than my personal money.

I have a strong and generous heart,

My inner scientific aptitude,

Beauty makes me stand  apart,

I have risen from ashes and soared to,

The scientific world, a new plane.

My senses for the science,

 Field have now heightened,

I can see every science,

 Project goal clearly and crisply,

I wish to invent new  technology,

So that the ordinary,

 Woman's comfort rises to infinity,

My personal joys will then be merged,

With the joys of my scientific findings.

In scientific life, I have tasted bitter loneliness,

Yet went forward,

And did the experiment again single-handedly,

I have overcome personal family adversity,

And pushed past my  heartaches,

And filled them with the joys of science,

Colours of my lab.

Cooking Can be Ceative

 Wonderful is Cooking activity,

In my family,

Sometimes I cook,

Sometimes my husband cooks,

Sometimes my daughter-in-law cooks.

Therapeutic is a cooking activity,

There is nothing in a woman's DNA,

That makes it her responsibility to

cook,

In India, people are always anxious,

To know who cooks in another family,

Is it fair to do so?

Please leave alone,

That respected Integrated family,

And let them make their own way,

 If somehow you,

Can't appreciate  their  cooking,

Please do not  make this cause of tension,

Best not to eat at their place,

Let them enjoy their cooking,

A peaceful activity,

That makes them Integrated,

Body Soul Dynamics and Numeral Zero

 Body Soul  Dynamics -Science

When one's inside bonds,

Are breaking and one is being rearranged,

One feels from inside that one has changed,

And inside is working with new body chemical dynamics,

For sure, in one, there are many chemical changes,

Friends, because of these chemical changes,

Inside us, we human beings, have chemical reactions,

Which makes us digest, grow, heal, think and reproduce.

Whatever one does in life,

Friends dear, there is also,

 prevails body soul dynamics,

When one takes care and keeps a tap on oneself,

Body-Soul chemical reactions,

Ionic bond, Covalent bonds, and coordinate bonds,

So to make one’s body-soul inside,

 Exothermic, endothermic reactions, emotional quotient,

Remain balanced and one’s body-soul,

Remain grounded to earth, noble,

And no one could subtract,

Any atom and electron from one’s body-soul,

Like the zero numeral (0) of mathematics,

Where no one could subtract,

Any number from zero.

Friends, dear, this is

 body soul dynamics,

Friends when zero numeral,

Stands with another number,

It increases another number,

 Value by many fold,

Similarly, through  body soul chemical dynamics,

When stands one’s body-soul,

With any other unknown body-soul,

 one’s body-soul  dynamics induces chemical,

 Dynamics in the unknown body-soul,

 Such a way that,

Unknown personality body-soul,

 Dynamics impact increases,

By tenfold, and become a noble soul.

Inherited Gifts and Relationships Bridges

The other day I was answering students' relevant questions about what are  main gifts one gets  from God which can give someone a huge edge over others:

My  submissions were as follows

1. Being born in a developed country,2. being born in a rich family, 3, being born with good looks.

My explanation of above above-listed facts was as follows

Let me explain why. Being born in a developed country friends one has access to better education, health care, infrastructure, and opportunities than most people in the world. One doesn't have to worry about war, famine, disease, or poverty as much as someone who lives in a less fortunate place. One also has more freedom and rights to pursue one's dreams and goals. One gets opportunities to do part time job. This facilities help mothers.

Being born in a rich family means one has more resources and support to achieve one's potential. One doesn't have to struggle to make ends meet or work hard to pay for one's education or basic needs. One can afford to travel, learn new skills, start a business, or do whatever one wants. One also has more connections and influence to get ahead in one's career or society. One should be grateful  for these blessings  and use the same for doing good in society.

Being born with good looks means one has more advantages in social situations and relationships. One is more likely to attract attention, admiration, and love from others. One is more likely to be perceived as confident, intelligent, and trustworthy. One also has more opportunities to benefit from one's appearance, such as getting better jobs, deals, or favors. Sometimes  surrounding  people make person with  good looks work in wrong direction. One should  be careful from these negative  personalities.

One doesn't choose where one is born, who one's parents are, or how one looks. One just inherits them from one's genes and environment. And yet they can make a huge difference in one's life chances and opportunities.

There are other relationships that one builds

These relationships are to be developed with trust, respect and honesty. Emotional intelligence, positive attributes of one's personality and trust contribute to these relationships.

Unfortunately some sometimes it happens that one happens to show one's worst qualities to one's life partner or relationship. Friends, please never do that. Please do build trust with your partner in marriage or a relationship. In other words, be willing to give as well as receive. It is necessary for both partners to feel comfortable with the level of giving and receiving.

The moral of the story is that one should be thankful for the gifted traits given by God in the form of DNA and environment, and should always use them for the right cause in the right direction in life.

Similarly one should build relationships in life like making bridges( building a bridge between body and soul through YOGA) and avoid making walls in life through one's honesty, trust and intelligence
