Love Transformative Power

I was talking to my students in the 9th class. They are a curious learner.

I said, "Students please give me examples of  emotions that hurt you in life."

Rakesh said, "Rejection and loneliness hurt me."

Mahesh said, "'loosing dear ones hurts me."

Ratan said "Some of my friends remain confused, they say #love hurts them. But madam according to me love is #healing emotion."

I said "I also strongly #believe love does not hurt, it heals all negative emotions.  Love makes our lives wonderful and peaceful. It has the power to #transform life in better and best possible format. It can cover up our all past hurt. Love has a unique power to heal wounds caused by negative emotions, provided one gets nurtured by unconditional - true love, which is #rare to get."

Lucky people get nurtured by true and #unconditional love. Experience of being loved gives everyone an understanding of how to love #heals the pain in life. Love helps individuals to connect with others with #compassion.

Moral- In essence, love has transformative power. Love #encourages everyone in a positive direction.

Love cultivates compassion and understanding, and helps individuals to connect with others.

Feeling of love and connection,  among people contributes to a more just and compassionate world.

People Who Left Scar on you

I am a science teacher in a government school. I had a very good student Rakesh in my class. He always wanted to clear the #JEE examination. He was a bright student. He used to get reasonably good marks in Physics,  Chemistry and Mathematics. I was sure he would clear JEE with #flying colors.

Somehow it so happened  Rakesh was not able to clear JEE with a good rank. He was not happy. His family was #disappointed. Social pressures were very much on him and his family.  I was sad for him.

After four years students told me "Madam Rakesh is doing very well in his # career. I wrote a mail to Rakesh expressing  my #happiness  for his career success."

Once Rakesh came to my house. He  said, " I want to give some lessons to people who had put #scar on my #heart when I could not clear JEE with good rank."

I said "Dear Rakesh you are doing so good in life. People who gave a scar to your heart will see #themselves,  you are living a better life than them. Please do not #waste time on them. Dear student we live life once only. It is for people who gave you scars to see they have lost. Let them know they #helped you in a good way"

Moral- Be careful with your words. Harsh and negative words can haunt some people.

Love Hate Mathematics

One day I sent message to my grand children "Love =Tree and Hate = Electricity"

Other day my grand daughter said "Dadi while I was walking back to my class after assembly some how I was being pushed by some one.I at once remembered  you  Dadi, you always say never feel scared and do not leave opportunity of planting trees and spreading love."
Other day my grandson said "Nani one of my class mate said please stop talking to person x , he is no good. I at once remembered you  nani. You always say hate is like Electricity .I  said I will not act like electrical shock to my friend x."
I got so impressed  that my grandchildren  are keen follower of my quote
Love = Tree
Hate= Electricity
Simple but powerful formula to lead happy peaceful life.
Are you spreading love as tree.If yes please  keep doing

Rise above Pain

I Am a science teacher in a government school. Radha and Suman were good students in my class.

Radha and her family were socially well #connected. It so happened Radha was able to fill out the national #scholarship exam through the website on the internet. But Suman, poor girl #failed to submit the form for the same scholarship exam, because of some technical #shortcomings in her computer. Suman was hurt deeply for the same. She had a hard #grudge in her mind for the same happening. I requested Suman please let things go. You can't change what happened.

Meanwhile, the school got information for another scholarship national test. Radha and Suman both filled out forms and based on interview, both got #selected for the scholarship. I said, "I am happy, Suman you kept #courage, believed in your #destiny and you chose not to let this happening to change you in negative direction."

I further said "I am happy, Suman you did not let pain overcome you. You had put brave front. Yes, I agree some things hurt us deeply bring us down, and tempt us to hold onto grudges. But let those things go. You can’t change what happened, but you can choose not to let it change you. Don’t allow pain to define who you are."

Suman said" Madam of course! I suffered setbacks from negative happening in my life. As advised by you madam I kept a positive #attitude learned from my experience and sought new opportunities in life."

Moral: Pains do come in life.Face challenges with courage. But rise above pain.

Things to avoid in life

I Used to live in a joint family. There was a lot of fun for the kids, as we had the company of so many cousins brothers and sisters.

Fortunately, my youngest aunt Usha, was a school teacher, the other four aunts were homemakers. As a kid, I used to observe that my four aunts who were homemakers used to make kind #inquiries about Aunt Usha who was teaching in school very often. Example Where is Aunt Usha .?

There was a lot of #anxiety at home when Aunt Usha's friend used to visit our home. I was a kid, I did not understand why Usha Aunty's activities were talked about and chased so critically in the house. As I grew older, I realized that Usha Aunty activities are being chased by other aunts who were makers. I never used to appreciate my other four aunts behavior.

I am an adult now, I understand there is no gain in chasing person x activities. It is better to learn some new #skills from a person whose skills are better than you. Sometimes it is better to spend that chasing time learning new skills.

Moral - It is good to chase the goals of your life. Avoid wasting time chasing people.

People Who Make Difference in Life

Some of my friends had the myth that persons who have many good #credentials and #money in life will make #difference in their life. Some of my friends used to make great efforts and would go out of their way to please them.

My mother said "It is not true that people with many credentials and a lot of money will always make a difference in your life. They may, or may not. They simply are those who love you, like you and want to see you happy and rising in life. They can be  poor, they can be rich."

Moral --love your friends dear and near ones #deeply. Be #generous with yourself, with your #time, with your love. It’s all that matters.

Litmus Test of Life

Litmus test of life

My grand mother and grand father were great friends  to each other

My grandfather was retired teacher. But he has lot of patience and was soft spoken  for every  one.but he was very sarcastic and short tempered  for his wife my dadi. When I was upset with my Dada behavior  toward my dadi but could not express my anger toward my Dada.

Now I am adult and now I realise why was his behavior  was different  for my dadi.why was dadi so patient with his rude behavior.

Simple answer was my dadi was living for family and extended family therefore had developed capacity of being patient.

People who are vocal like my dada and has tendency to control my dadi   was actually living for himself not for others.

Both Dada and dadi were walking on same path but on opposite side of path. One path was to help other in real sense of word and other path  to help other in order to control  others. This is litmus test of life.

Conclusion is those who live for her/him self always spell out things.Sometimes dictate things. Those who live for others just remain quiet and absorbs sufferings.

Moral-Think that living for others (to help them) and living for others (to control them) is walking down different sides of the same path. Just live! And let others do the same for themselves.

Are you a controlling others to gain your ambitions? If yes please  think it over.

Validation

We are human beings and in this high-tech world we are changing with time, therefore times we wish to seek #acceptance from others. It is good to get acceptance from a person of integrity, who is sure to give valid #suggestions. Such persons are rare to find.

But sometimes seeking acceptance is similar to people pleasing. Sometimes if you want a favor from x person to create goodwill you give an expensive present. But sometimes you constantly adjust yourself so that you get accepted by person x needs. This type of validation from person x is not good for you. It will make you weak and you will always look for someone else's validation. With this exercise sometimes you lose your #confidence also. The best is to seek your validation  and make your #unique path of life."

Another day my student Ram said, "Madam  I have a strong fear of not being rejected therefore  I always look for my friend's validation ".

I said dear student" Some validation from friends is natural but see to it excessive reliance on external validation can negatively impact your personality. "

Are you also looking for validation from your friend?

Moral -The more you need person x validation, the more people look #down on you.

Keep your self-confidence high. Be careful some people give negative validation to make you look down on people around you.

Mile Stone in Big Fat Rat Race

My student Ram always was very #competitive person since his school days. Getting ahead of others was his favorite goal in life. Finally, he entered one of the top IITs of the nation. He was very happy to get the CSE branch in the good IIT of our country.
The other day I was talking to Ram. He said" Madam I have realized this rat race is no good in the sense someone or another will always be better than me no matter how hard I may try. Now I just #compare that every day I am better than the previous day."
He further said" With the onset of #pandemic I realized that no #milestone is big enough to claim. Therefore I am happy madam" I said" Dear student disadvantage of being in a Rat Race is constant stress. Deadlines competition leads to anxiety which mentally exhausts the person involved in the rat race."
I further said"! happiness is a state of mind. Just count your #blessings Ram and be happy in the present moment. "
I further added" Lack of Work-Life Balance:The pursuit of financial and professional success can leave little time for personal life, hobbies, and relationships. Therfore please do concentrate on work life balance. "
Moral-If you have: the roof over your head, food on your plate, your parents are alive, you don’t have any major disease..etc. Not everyone has these luxuries. There is no #need to be part of the rat race

Co-curricular Activities add New Dimensions

When I was in school my parents taught me that activities like dance music and drama are #waste of time. I used to wonder how come it is so. Unfortunately I never got proper answer of my question.

When I joined  #B. Ed degree course in college, I found that co-curricular activities make you smart in other #aspects of life which you do not cover in pure academic  #curriculum.

After joining teaching at college, I found my friends not only are smart in academic activities they are smart in co-curricular activities also. I did realize it is #management of time, which my friends are good at. They spent a lot of time in activities other than academic activities. They are street smart. Participating in that endeavor they gained many #leadership skills which are so important to make them go #forward in life.

I tell my students "Dear students co-curricular activities provide you with opportunities to explore interests, develop skills, and in process help in your personal growth beyond the traditional #classroom setting."

Ramesh asked" Madam can my life be good if I just concentrate  on co co-curricular  activities  of school and somehow don't  concentrate  on academic  activities. "

I further said "Dear student  focusing solely on co-curricular activities can offer benefits like skill development and personal growth, but generally  these activities  are not sufficient  for all round development  and successful  life." .

A balanced approach that includes academics, career-oriented skills, and real-world experience is typically more beneficial.

Moral- You must try to learn #skills, whenever you get a chance to do so.

Tax free rich experience

My friend Asha was preparing for the NEET(National Entrance Test for MBBS). Examination. The whole family supported her in her dream college entry.

Asha's grandfather was retired army officer. He used to support Asha in her every activity, if it is #academic orco-curricular activity. Unfortunately, Asha could not pass the #NEET examination with good marks. She was unhappy about it.Asha'a grandfather asked Asha "What is the reason you could not pass the NEET examination"AshA said" Grandpa due to so much work pressure in the form of assignments given by the coaching center. I used to get #confused."

Asha's grandfather introduced Asha to a family who had no home. The family was putting up on road. Grandpa gave that family some money for #food. Within a week the family was assigned a small house also.Asha was surprised at how much pressure the #homeless family was living under.

Asha's grandfather said" Look Asha these homeless people are under pressure. You are given each #facility you asked for. You say I am under pressure."

Asha understood the meaning of pressure. For her second attempt to appear for the NEET examination, she worked hard. Asha came out of the NEET examination with #flying colors. The whole family was happy for Asha.

MORAL -Real pressure in life is felt by those who do not know when and where their next #meal will come.

Life dots

Other day I met my student Sita at bus stop. She shared many positive and many negative happening in her life. She was little confused.

I said"Dear student life often has series of dots and with time dots get scattered in canvas of life. Each dot in your life represents an event, an experience, a person, or a choice that you encounter on your journey".
I further said"Life sometimes gives you dots in many formats. Those dots could be meeting in your life journey some unique personalities, some praise you, some are jealous of you, some play mind games with you, some cheat you, some do everything to bring you down. These dots become milestones of your life. When you happen to connect them you realize what you are today is because of these dots. These dots get connected somehow or other and make you a better person."
My student said "Thanks madam for giving me informal education. This is so useful and interesting. " I as teacher was happy that I could give my student some insight useful to life. Moral - Friends don't be afraid of those dots in life which you get in the form of interactions with unique personalities, face them and learn from them.

Life Piano

Another day in the music room students were playing on piano. It was so nice to see their figures running on white and black #keys. I was happy they were well trained when to press the white and when to press the black key. They were also familiar with how many times they had to press a particular key on the piano.

I said "Dear students  #life is also like a piano. White keys represent happiness while black keys represent sadness. With a combination of both types of #keys, life creates its music."

One student said," Madam is it possible that we have only white keys in our life piano and somehow we #avoid black keys in life piano."

I said "Dear student it is not possible to have a life piano only with white keys which you are imagining. Please see black keys in Life Piano play their music. That music is unique and teaches us 'the #hardest lessons of life. So please accept  life piano as it is."

I further. Said, "Dear student as you practice and progress through life piano lessons, you'll strengthen your problem-solving #abilities, enhance your memory, and improve your time management".

Students in the music room were happy to learn insight into life piano lessons.

Music and Mathematics teachers were very happy. They said "The other day you taught students how piano lessons are nothing but replication of life happening in one form or another.  Students  have understood the importance  of #Mathematics in learning life piano lessons."

The music teacher said, "Madam your informal teaching about piano life lessons, how they represent #happening in life has increased registration  of students in my Music Class."

I was so happy that my informal teaching was helping my students, Mathematics and Music Teacher.

Moral-life piano containing only white keys will not be #interesting to play on.

Women are Hundred Percent Irreplaceable at Home

It is a fact that in #physical appearance some parts of a woman are different from man. According to scientific research, a woman's brain is different from a man's.
A woman's brain needs to feel safe and relaxed in her #environment. Part of a woman's brain is always engaged in her safety.
Country/ nation society or family who so ever provides a safe environment to its women, surely its women will feel relaxed and in turn, they will be in their capacity to fully realize their potential in life. Surely efforts made in the direction of the safety of women will certainly help in the progress of #country.
I said" Students I strongly believe civilized society must provide women access to counseling services"
Ram said, "Madam you are right even our spiritual scriptures also recommend that every family should follow the culture of respect toward women where they feel comfortable."

Rakesh said, "To make a good society every woman should get the right to express herself without fear."
I further said " Dear students we must create a society where women feel a sense of belonging. When women of any country are provided a safe environment and have access to resources and economic opportunities, they can invest in their well-being and work toward the progress of the country."
Moral- To let women help in the progress of society it is essential to provide safety at # the workplace. https://www.sciencerhymes.com.au/blog Sukarma Thareja I write to make Science easy through Poetry & Photos 📸📖 🌐 Website: https://sites.google.com/site/drsukarmaranithareja/home 📝 Blog: https://sukarmathareja.blogspot.com/?ncr=1

Success Has no Short Cut

When I was in primary school I used to think #grades I got in final examination will decide my entire life. Then I realized  life is so much more.

In #secondary school  I started believing talent is all a matter of life. I also realized personality traits  are also equally important.

While growing in #college life, I started believing that #looks matter and good dressing sense gives one lot of confidence. Next day I  began to care for my dressing sense and how I look.

One of my college  friends told me  #money doesn't matter in life. Next day my other friend taught me  about #finances. I came to know soon no body has all answers to my questions.

With time I experienced ups and downs of my life and found #success is not short cut which I believed for many years in my life.

I often used to spend good amount of time with my friends and family but never  gave serious thought to it. Now with time I realized I should have given more time to my #relatives  and dear friends.

Many times in life I thought that adults were great at everything; and suddenly I became an adult myself, and found even adults donot know many things.

With time I got  setbacks and advers experiences in life.I was cofused and shattered. Many good friends and my family taught me how to bounce back by fighting with misfortune. I developed capacity  to cope with difficult stressful situations.

With all this mathematics about at different stages of my life,  I found often the result of consistent hard work, dedication, and a willingness to learn give one success.

Other day my student Ram said" Madam sometimes shortcuts do offer temporary gains"

I said "Dear student but they rarely provide the foundation for long-term achievement and fulfillment. Therefore I am of view best is to avoid short cuts and build resilience in life.

Moral-Resilience is not about avoiding difficult experienced, but rather about developing the capacity to cope with them and learn from them.

Enhancing Life

I am science  teacher in government  school. I am incharge of co curricular  activities  of my school.

One of my student subodh  asked me " Madam how to lead a #peaceful life."

I said "dear Subodh to lead peaceful  life best is to live in #present. please do not concentrate  much on #past and #future. Living in the present is the key to live a peacefull life. "

I further  said "When you are leading life, you are experiencing two type of emotions  good and bad. Common myth Is if you are enjoying your good emotions that means you are #enhancing your life. Work you do with those emotions  sound #productive. But According to me in reality it is more risky .You will soon realize  following  #passion or interest in life is risky. You're not enhancing your life.  So called #bad emotions  if you work with them, they teach you hardest #lesson of life and you become wiser and enhance your life.

I concluded

There are several steps you can take to better yourself every day.

 1. Set goals which are with in your reach and work towards them consistently

2.  Self-care is must and make time for activities that bring you joy and relaxation.

3. Make good habit  to practice gratitude and focus on the positive aspects of your life.

4. Another point which is to be taken care is that in difficult  circumstances please do not loose heart. Find out best possible  solution for same. That will make you stronger and will enhance your life.

Moral :  Don't be afraid to live your life by being yourself. You can break through problems  of your mind by your life style and live #peaceful  life.

Setting  achievable goal in life is good practice to work on.Work towards your goal with hard work and dedication . In difficult  circumstances find out best possible  solution.Three points mentioned  above help in enhancing  life.
