Each one Plant one.

On Environment Day, we usually plant trees in our school. This year, our school principal, respected madam, said," Students, please realize that when you plant a tree in your garden and with time it grows into a big tree. In a way, you have grown with the tree concerning time. In other words, you have planted yourself in the garden. Every root of that tree is like an anchor for you. It says so many sweet memories associated with it, over which your concept of life rests with grateful interest. Life concerning a planted tree has a strong correlation with you, which give sufficient calm that you feel the joy of living.”

Trees around our #environment are a blessing. We must learn from their helpful attitude. They #help all, and one irrespective of whether one is poor or rich.

They give support to #creepers and travellers around them.

They pass a sweet #smile to everyone as they are not interested in taking # selfies.

They lead a #purposeful life without any pump and #show.

Data collected through different resources has hidden valuable information for solving difficult problems of society.

Examination Grades and life Experience

I am a science teacher in a government school. Naresh and Rahul, both my students, were very good in #academics. Fortunately, Naresh and Rahul got 99 percent marks in  12th and got admission in a good #medical college in the city.

Naresh was very good in #social skills. He was always interested in making connections with his seniors, friends and students from other schools. His family background also believed in making bridges in #relationships. His two cousin brothers were reputed doctors of the city. His father was also reputed  lawyer of the city.

Rahul was different than Naresh. Rahul never concentrated on his social skills. He never believed in making efforts to be in touch with his seniors and childhood friends.

Naresh and Rahul became good doctors in the city. People had a lot of faith in their line of #treatment for sick #patients. Somehow, the people of the city had more faith in Naresh's methodology of treatment of patients.

Doctor Rahul had his unique way of working. Many people in the city also liked his line of treatment. Naresh and Rahul were good friends. Our school is proud of its #alumni, Dr.Naresh and Dr. Rahul.

Rahul and Naresh were good doctors in the city. Dr Naresh was better at balancing the academic achievement and different life experiences he had in his personal and professional life. Dr Naresh was well well-rounded individual; therefore, he was able to contribute more to the well-being of society. He was good at giving leadership in social projects in society.

It is true methods of working of Dr Naresh and Dr  Rahul are different, but one thing is clear: grades obtained in #examination are not the only measure of values one possesses. Connections, background and practical skills often surpass academic performance.

Moral-Grades obtained in examination can open doors of opportunities. But how one avails those opportunities is entirely in her/his hands. Her/ his background, value system and skills help him/ her in making unique pathways in life.

Are you also availing opportunities available  at hand in life.?

Greater than You Inside You

I was studying in secondary school. My respected #mathematics teacher was teaching us a topic about #relations. She was training us how to compare numbers involving #decimal extensions. In Mathematics class, she also taught and trained us about Algebra #set theory, Relations and functions- ordered pair and mapping of elements of set A to elements of set B.

With knowledge of mathematics, "relation topic" in my subconscious mind, I had a lovely dream at night. The same I am listing below for my respected readers.

I asked my teacher," Madam, I wish to know who the persons are #greater than me?"

The teacher said, "No one is greater than you, and even you are not greater than anyone."

I said, "Teacher, how is this possible? ".

The teacher said, "There is no formal mathematics of greater or less than involved that is applicable in this context. You must realize, dear, you are #unique, my child."

"How can I know that? "I asked the teacher.

The teacher said," You are a perfect reflection of #divine, which is inside you."

Teacher further said, "Never let your mind worry you by #comparing  yourself with others, and please neither you care about the opinions of others, that will only be possible if you never #expect anything from anyone."

I said, "I understand, mada, from now on, words, I will stop worrying about what the world around me is thinking and talking about myself. Sometimes people compare me to many individuals. To know the same teacher, I asked you a simple question."

The Teacher said," When this realization is clear, you go out on your beautiful journey of life gracefully".

In the morning, my alarm bell rang, but it had echoes of the word divine-divine,----

I soon realized it was a dream, but, word divine remained at the back of my #mind.

Now I have grown up and understand the meaning of divine, which always remains in me and guides me on the right path.

Moral-Stop worrying about what people around you are talking about you.

Revised Are You in Cage

I am a science teacher in a government school. My brilliant student Krishna was always interested in #higher education. One day, I met her at an educational conference. I said, "Krishna, how come you are here teaching in school. You got #scholarship to do Ms degree in a foreign country."

Krishna said," You are right, madam. It so happened, my husband got a study #visa to go abroad, but unfortunately, I could not get a visa, as the authorities turned down my request for the same. That was a bad time for me. I very much wanted to study more, but somehow things were not in my favor. I was not wise either, as I did not have a B plan ready for me. Madam, my in-laws' family is a little orthodox and #traditional. Despite my request to let me go for a computer course, my in-laws did not agree to the same. Their argument was institution for the computer course is far off. I started missing my higher study circle of my college friends. Most of my  female friends near my house had no idea of what they were doing."

I said, "Right, Krishna, if you look at the people in your #circle and you don't get inspired as was the situation with you, you feel you are  in #cage."

Krishna said, "Very right, madam. To avoid that cage, I joined #school teaching nearby my house. My husband will be back in a year or so. I am hoping sincerely that things will improve. If God is with me, I may get the opportunity to go for higher education."

I said," Best wishes, dear Krishna. Have faith in yourself and the Almighty. Things will come in your favor."

Moral - Hard work and positive thinking are key to success.

Are you Carrying Your Own Water

I always advise my students and say, " It is OK, you go for extra help in the form of tuition from outside sources of school in difficult school subjects like physics and mathematics. If you are sincere, you will benefit. But if you take this exercise  lightly, it may not be of any help to you."

I further  say," In essence, 'students please carry your water' is a reminder to be resourceful, take initiative, and appreciate the value of what you achieve through your hard work by practicing difficult  and tricky problems of maths by making sincere  efforts."

I further say, " Students, please note, all great persons you meet in your life, please remember they have carried their water at one or other stage of their life. That's why they are so eminent  today."

One day after this educational and meaningful discussion with my students in this regard, I had a lovely dream at night. The same I am listing below for my respected readers.

I am water. Women in the village carry me from far-off places to cook. They know the value of my every drop. Nobody makes any provision for women of the house so that they can get clean water for household use. On top of that, all family members overlook the effort and care done by the woman of the house. Family members take her sincere efforts for granted.

A positive point in this process is very important. A homemaker deeply comes to understand what it takes to be a responsible person.  Since a home homemaker does work herself,  she comes to fully appreciate the value of the water(me) she uses.

In essence, Madam, this saying "carry your water" is a reminder that true understanding is that every drop of me represents the effort, patience, and care needed to achieve a home maker's goals.

I said," Yes, Mr.Water, what you are saying is one hundred percent  true."

Soon, I realised it was time for me to go to school. I shared this dream with my students and friends in school.

One student said, "Madam, this saying 'carry your water' is so meaningful and carries a lot of weight and deep meaning for students. We must practice the same and build our wonderful  life."

I, as a teacher, am so happy for my students who understood the concept  of self learning through saying "carry your water."

Moral -In essence, this saying, "carry your water,"  is a reminder that true understanding and appreciation come not from observation, but from action. When you take responsibility for your action journey, you learn to cherish the process and value every part of it.

Coping Up With Your Sufferings

My student Shashi was a bright child with full of energy. When she was young, sometime in her life, she used to live in a bubble. She believed in fairy #tales, the goodness and honesty of the people around her. When she grew up, the #bubble burst for her. She realized many people around her do not believe in the honesty of life.

Here, Shashi's sufferings started as she found her #wishing things were different. Here her self-inflicted misery started. She was expecting the ideals to overcome actual or needed things or people, or places to be different from what she wished for.

Shashi always asked questions.   Why is there suffering?

I said, " Dear Student, suffering is only and always the result of not accepting the present #moment of your life as it is, of not accepting the current life situation. It's the refusal of any unpleasant #emotions. It's a rejection of reality, the denial of life, and the denial of the natural laws. Suffering is an indication that you are resisting reality."

Shashi asked a question," Madam, how to overcome a present #mess in my life."

I said dear Shashi, "Answer to your question is, there is a solution to be happy in life. Please do not cop out on reality. Do not run away and hide under the covers. Let the hard things in life break you. Let them affect you. Let them change you. Let these hard moments inform you. Let this pain be your teacher. The experiences of your life are trying to tell you something about yourself.  Don't cop out on that.  Lean into it." You will find gradually  you are gradually decreasing your #sufferings."

I further said," Please find meaning in suffering: Some philosophies suggest that suffering can lead to personal growth and a deeper understanding of life."

Shashi's friend Radha said, "Madam to reduce suffering, Shashi must focus on what she can control: Identify areas where she can take action to improve her situation or manage her response to suffering. "

Shashi's friend Kamla said, "The best way to handle suffering is to practice gratitude: Remind yourself of the good things in your life, even amidst suffering."

Moral -There is a lesson in this wind and storm full of unhappiness. You will learn wisdom if you face it with courage. Therefore, with full honesty, #accept it . Your sufferings will help and make you strong.

Best Least Square Fitting techniques

When I was in secondary school, I was a keen observer of #dynamics of life in my joint family and the dynamics of humans in side my school. My observations used to disturb me sometimes. I was always looking for answers on how to reduce suffering, which I am observing inside my joint family and the family of humans in my surroundings.

From personal loss, personal #grief and experience of joy, I had so many questions in mind. My best mentor was my respected mother. I used to ask her why this particular suffering occurred and how to solve the problem causing suffering in life. Who is creating suffering for humans in the joint family and outside family? I was a close observer of every big and small event surrounding me. My mother used to answer my many queries. But my many crucial questions, my mother used to avoid. I was not happy with my mom for the same

Now  I have grown up. I am the mother of two kids and had the opportunity of getting hard core training in chemistry/theoretical chemistry.

I have many indirect answers to many problems in my life, as chemistry has taught me useful skills. Because it is a science, learning chemistry means learning how to be objective and how to reason and solve problems. Now I have answers to many questions I often asked my dear mother. With all summed up experiences at different phases of my life, I conclude that personal #discovery and #growth in life comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen, that is, room for #grief, for #relief, for #misery, for #joy.

Being a chemist has positively impacted my ability to handle problems as a person. While chemistry itself is a field of study, the skills and mindset developed through studying it has translated me into being a more effective problem-solver in other areas of life. Like managing the finances of the household and the big school fees of children, when my finances are low, in life.

Training in fitting the potential energy surface of a simple reaction using a mathematical function has given me a big support in managing my day-to-day life difficult operations. Critical thinking and analytical ability developed by solving theoretical chemistry problems have given me the unique confidence to handle the problems that I encounter while teaching my young kids at the primary level. Medicines and drugs needed to overcome simple diseases, cooking extra tasty food by knowledge and training in chemistry/theoretical chemistry, helps me to understand current events, including news about petroleum, product recalls, pollution, the environment, and technological advances.

Best to have a sincere dialogue with the mighty every day. Have sincere faith in him. He always helps us to adjust our grief and our relief, and our joy in mysterious ways in our lives. Sometimes I think God knows best least square fitting method to relieve every problem of our life. I thank  God and my respected #chemistry/theoretical chemistry teachers for giving me the wisdom to use my chemistry/theoretical chemistry training in handling my problems in life.

Moral: Do not get #scared from the grief and miseries of life. They make you strong. It is not possible for you to always have #joy only in your life. Training in chemistry also teaches the same.

Learn Secrets of Your Limits

I remember when I was in primary school, my mother used to put so many limits on my day-to-day activities. I was an obedient child and was very fond of following the limits #instructed by my mother."

When I joined secondary school, I realized that limits help us to organize in planning our time, energy and other #resources. My mother used to tell me, "My child, when I put  limits that do not do internet surfing too much, this is for your benefit only. The environment has limited resources; therefore, never overuse them. Put a limit on its use."

My mother said," Please do #optimal use of resources. There is an optimal amount of investment needed for everything we do in life. Which is nothing but setting limits. Limits help us #prioritize tasks, allocate time for work, leisure, and rest, and maintain a #balanced lifestyle."

She further added, "My child, we have many people to please daily."

I said, "Mom, it's not a simple task to do so."

My mother said, "To manage all demands  of others and take care of your own needs at the same time, one has to fix reasonable #boundaries on every activity, which means knowing and understanding what your limits are and placing a #value on them."

I further said," Mom, we all face limits in life. Often they are for the things that we wish we could change about our #situation, our abilities or even our relationships."

My mother said," Some common limitations of life include:

 1. Limited time: Our time on this earth is limited and we can't get back time that has already passed.

2. Limited physical abilities: As we age, our physical abilities and health may decline.

3. Limited knowledge: There is a vast amount of information and knowledge out there that we will never be able to learn or experience the whole. We can only know a limited amount in our #lifetime."

I said, "Mom, when we drive a car, we put a limit on our driving speed, as the road has #speed limit. We wish to deposit money in a bank. But we have to follow bank orders. As every bank has #money limit, one can deposit."

I further  said, "While writing our exam, we wish that we could be given #infinite time to do so, but every exam has a #time limit."

I further added, "Mom, give me one example from daily life where there is #no value put to limit.

My mom said, "Thinking has no limit, so #think big and #achieve big.

I said, "Mom, these are  #secrets of life. Thanks for #sharing the same with me."

Enjoy Compare or Criticize

I am a science teacher in a government school.  In my neighborhood lives a very nice lady, Mrs Mathur. I fondly call her Aunt Mathur.

Mrs Mathur is a primary school teacher. I am very friendly with her. Recently, she bought a small #diamond necklace with her hard-earned #savings. I am so, so happy with her recent purchase of a diamond necklace. This purchase is her "wish" come true.

Radha, Mrs Mathur's elder sister in law, was in the habit of comparing her jewelry with Mrs Mathur's jewelry. Radha's bad habit of comparing everything with Mrs Mathur made her own life very #difficult.

Sita's younger sister in law of, Mrs Mathur, was in the bad habit of #criticizing  Mrs Mathur. She criticized Mrs. Mathur for her recent purchase of a diamond necklace. Sita argued that there is no use in buying diamond  jewelry as it has no # resale value.

I said, " Dear Radha, stop comparing yourself with Mrs Mathur. Your #personality has many positive points. The same applies to Mrs Mathur. By comparing, you are #disturbing your stable personality. Please be positive in life."

I am happy Radha accepted my advice and stopped comparing herself with Mrs Mathur.

I further said, " Dear Sita, please stop #criticizing  Mrs Mathur. This habit is not good for you. Unnecessary, you are buying #conflicts with Mrs Mathur for no reason."

Fortunately, dear Sita also accepted my advice and stopped criticizing  Mrs Mathur.

In this #ammicable arrangement of not 'comparing' not 'criticizing' by dear Radha and dear Sita respectively, there came a point in the life of the Mathur family, where one could see a very good arrangement that created a peaceful atmosphere in the family. This atmosphere  was good for the children of the house. Everyone in the family seems to be in a good mood in the Mathur family.

Mrs Mathur(aunt) is so happy. She expressed her # gratitude to me for advising her sister in laws, Radha and Sita, on how to implement the precious laws of life in different difficult # situations of life.

I am also so, so happy for the Mathur family. Are you also trying to be away from criticism activities at home? Please do this experiment.

If you like my creation please comment

Moral-Best is to make life simple and peaceful. Comparison and criticism activities are not good in a peace-making exercise at home.

Emotionless Zombie

My father always used to say"since you are in teaching #profession,  therefore my sincere  advise to you is treat yourself well. Do practice  honesty, hard work and kindness in class room #teaching. I am saying you so as at the end we all are going to become  stories in #history."

I said " Father, I understand, you mean to say I should try to act as emotionless #Zombie while teaching, like our dedicated  teachers."

My father said" Yes my child!.to act as emotionless  Zombie you can always talk outside #politics/religion/personal details."

I said"It means father!  I should talk  other than politics/religion grounds, example like about #sports,   #hobbies, #TV/ movies etc. If need arises these  above mentioned topic grounds can be taken up  during  class room teaching .This approach in class room teaching  lead teacher to peaceful, cool and relaxed life."

Have you also talked about sports activity  in co curricular  activity class.

Difficult Asana and Yog

In Sanskrit, "Asana" means without difficulties or effortless.

The most difficult asana is #"ashvasan," meaning hopeful.

Breathing exercises improve body, mind, well well-being and help in mood swings.

Deep breathing helps in promoting #"vishvas," meaning faith in personality.

"Yog" in Sanskrit means to #unite.

The most difficult yoga is #"viyog," meaning disconnection.

Best yog is "sahyog," meaning the union of two souls( may be human souls). #Sahyog can also be the union of the human soul with the environment.

In life, try to practice asana with #breathing exercises to get the feel of ashvasan and vishvas.

Conclusion- Practice  "Yoga" for the well-being of body and mind.

Facing #viyoga in life is the most difficult form of Yoga.

Practicing "sahyoga" helps human beings to walk in the direction of success and happiness.

Have you also been practicing  sahyog in your day to day life?

Set your Own Product Right

The other day, I was talking to my student Mohan, who is a marketing executive in a famous MNC company.

Mohan said, "Madam, for marketing of products of my company, I often use a storytelling strategy. For doing this, I strongly believe one should have good communication skills to communicate information about the product."

I said, " Yes, Mohan, a marketing expert aims to evoke an emotional response to customers, making the product more memorable and desirable. "

Mohan said, "Madam, if the company  has unique products, then marketing  becomes

 simple."

I said, " Mohan, I understand that products of the company could be goods or services that are different and better from other companies' products in the market. This fact often helps marketing experts in achieving her/his goal."

Mohan said, "Madam, good products are characterized  by specific features  and brand loyalty that marketing experts must communicate to  respected  customers."

I said, "Mohan product marketing translates technical features into clear, concise, and persuasive messages that highlight the product's value and benefits. "

I further said, "Mohan, I, as a teacher, always tell my students that they should concentrate on their communication skills. They should work on the following salient points so that they can become the best communicators.  The same I am listing below for my respected readers.

1. Sweet #voice with good tone, word emphasis, right speed and volume

2. Good #behavior, dealings, treating others with kindness;

3. Positive, good creative #thoughts;

Mohan further said, " Yes, madam, you are right best is to always keep a very good/best quality of voice, behavior, thoughts while doing exercise  of marketing  of products of any company."

l further  said, "All these above stated traits(your own) when  are good, the person will be a good communicator and will become  successful  in life."

Five Ladders

I am a science teacher in a government school. I am also in charge of co-curricular activities.

The other day I met my old student Radha at a birthday party.

I was talking to Radha about how relationships are formed and nurtured in life.

Radha said," Madam, in this world of science and technology, in forming relationships, 1st #ladder goes about outer 'looks".

I said "Radha, feeling good" in her/his #company is the second ladder for forming a bridge of relationship. ".

Radha said, "Madam 3rd layer to relationship  is wish I could # 'bond' with her/ him,"

I said "Radha 4th ladder to relationship is achieving that wish (part of the 3rd ladder)of forming a relationship. "

Radha said, "Madam 5th ladder of relationship is very difficult and very important also.

I further said, "The Last ladder of relationship is important and difficult, as it is about how to sustain a relationship. To sustain a relationship, one must be #honest and ready to forgo many things in life."

Loyalty and trust are two foundation stones of forming a relationship bridge. These two traits of personality make the relationship bridge strong and sustainable.

Radha asked, " Madam, what is the difference between concept trust and loyalty?"

I said, " Trust is a belief in someone's reliability and honesty, while loyalty is a commitment to support and stand by someone or something.

I further said, "Trust is earned through consistent, positive interactions, while loyalty can stem from various factors like commitment, duty, or even a sense of belonging. "

Radha said, " Trust and loyalty are two traits of personality one should work on sincerely to nurture relationships  in life."

Loyalty and trust are two traits of personality which are. Foundation stones of the relationship bridge. These two traits can be strengthened through conscious effort and positive experiences. Have you also tried building trust among your good friends?

Please comment  if you like this creation.

.Mountain vs Sand

I am a science teacher in a government school. I am also in charge of the co-curricular activities of the school.

My student Naresh said, "I wish to compete for JEE (National Entrance test for engineering degree), madam".

I said, "Yes, please go ahead and must appear  for the same ."

Naresh said," My family  is not able to bear the cost of tuition, which I wish to attend."

I said," It's OK. If you wish, you can take the help of free #reading and #reference material available on the internet. "

Somehow, Naresh was not able to accept this arrangement. He was of the view that none of my friends were taking help from free internet notes; therefore, that help must be no good.

I said, "Naresh, you are not scared of #Mountain(JEE) difficulty level. But you seem to be more scared of #sand difficulty level  like grain in your shoe(reference note available on the internet)."

Naresh said," Madam, you are right to some extent. "

But my # advice worked to some extent, Naresh started reading free reference notes available on the internet. I was so happy for Naresh.

Naresh did so well in 12 th #CBSE exam. He did reasonably well in the JEE exams also. He could get a metallurgy branch in one of the IITs of our nation.

Naresh said, "Madam, I am happy with my result of the JEE examination. I did realize that the 'sand' source you recommended is reasonably good. The important thing is you have to make up your mind and work hard with determination, and read internet notes with sincerity.

Moral - One should not hesitate to take the help of free reference material available in the internet to seek knowledge about fulfilling a particular aim in life.

Quietly Humm

I am a science teacher in a government school. I am in charge of -curricular activities of the school.

The other day, I met my old student Kantesh at the school educational #conference. He said Madam, Many old students of our school remember you as the # hummingbird (humming sound comes from its wings as it flies) of our school. We often observed that when you are facing some uncertain situations in school, to avoid #anxiety, students always observed that Madam takes the help of humming to make herself #ease with difficult situations."

I said "thanks to students for observing me so keenly. Kantesh, "HUMMING is a stress buster. It is advisable to do humming when things are not good in life. When you hum, it may look like you are slowing down in your activity, but you are creating a space between your #thoughts and your #nervous system."

Kantesh said, "Madam, humming decreases the load on the nervous system. While you are humming, new thoughts can not be #created. That is the reason the humming technique is very good to decrease anxiety."

I said, "Kantesh, there is solid science behind humming activity. It helps in activation of the #parasympathetic nervous system, which helps you to #relax and recover. Humming also increases the amount of #nitric oxide in your nasal passage, which helps in widening of blood vessels and decreases stress on the #heart."

Kantesh said, "Madam, our yoga teacher told us  #bhramari pranayam also involves humming as a stress buster. Chanting "OM " is initiating humming #vibrations with long  trailing mmmm."

I further said," Humming releases hormone   #MELATONIN, which directs our body to sleep. Therefore, dear Kantesh, whenever I am heading into a difficult conversation or an intense meeting,  I quietly hum my  way through the #elevator ride and down the hall in school."

Moral-as soon as you get anxious about anything in life. The best is to start humming.

Lullabye Peekaboo

In a calm place away from TV #noise and #mobile phone, when the children-parents duo enjoy a # storytelling activity, then this unique activity gives a pleasant feeling in the whole atmosphere and is equivalent to as if children are listening to a melodious #Lullabye at home.

When parents are ready to answer any type of #queries raised by children, it is equivalent to as if children are playing the #Peekaboo game with children.

To make children good citizens of the country, the best is to carry out storytelling meticulously and play the peekaboo game of answering children's queries- in # classroom and at home.

Are you also playing peekaboo while teaching  your children?

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/296645246431

MORAL-When parents do storytelling for children, it is like listening to a lullaby or e melody. When parents answer all queries of children in a happy mood, it is like parents playing peekaboo gam with children.

Do not let yourself Depressed

I love drinking tea. To make my mood good whenever and wherever possible, I will prefer to take tea at a nearby tea stall.

I used to visit a tea shop near my office during lunch hour. I noticed there was a group of 7-8  boys. They would eagerly wait for an old, gentle man ( 70 years old). They would come to the tea shop and ask the tea shop owner," Did Dada come today?"

https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2966452464317

I used to wonder why these #young gentlemen wait for that #old gentleman.

The tea shop owner said," Madam Dadaji has reached an age where he has no contact with his family and friends. But he does not let himself get #depressed. He has found a way to deal with mental and #emotional losses. His way he talks to this group of young people. Once a week, the group meets at my shop.  I make special snacks for the group members. Dadaji very fondly pays for snacks for his young friends. Dadaji talks about his happy days to these young gentlemen. He would tell them how #patience and perseverance are key to #success. This activity helped Dadaji to come out of his loneliness. The best part is that this activity makes Dadaji, a group of young gentlemen, and me happy. It is a # win-win situation for all of us."

Moral-One should avail opportunity to talk to friends, peer support, where openness is encouraged to overcome loneliness.

Scientist Masala Tea

In beakers and equations, she finds her day,

A woman scientist, come what may.

But dawn's first light, a different call,

A fragrant brew, before the fall.

Cardamom's spice, and ginger's bite,

A symphony of flavors, warm and bright.

Masala's magic, a soothing art,

A pause for thought, to play her part.

With every sip, a gentle grace,

She sees the patterns, finds her place.

In molecules and equations, she sees

The mystery of life, with every ease.

And now refreshed, with fire in her soul,

She turns to science, to make her whole.

The masala's warmth, a guiding light,

To solve the puzzles, day and night.

Never let Your Excuses become stronger than yor skills

I was a science teacher in a government school. I was always interested in#innovative methods of science teaching. I used to carry out simple lab # demonstrations to make my lesson effective and interesting. I  always believed in giving a lot of practice to students in #numerical exercises.

One day, I asked myself why I do not try science, art writing to make my students learn difficult concepts of #science more easily.  I started writing poems on science concepts. But I was very hesitant to send them for publication. What if I fail? What if someone who knows me finds my writing on the internet and writes negative #comments about the same. What if people do not understand my writing and make fun of my writing style?

What particular #"NICHE" should I follow in my writings. The list of questions that I asked myself kept increasing day by day, and sometimes made me #anxious about the same. I could feel that I was nervous about the answers to all the questions mentioned above.  In my creative science arts writings, will  I ever be able to cross #barrier of the creative writing path? Answers to all questions were not clear to me. I always felt I might not be a total failure in this endeavor.

At last I took a bold #decision and started sending my science art writing "poems" for publication in national and international journals. I was very happy when my science, art poetry were accepted in good magazines and journals also.

Many national and international creative writers wrote positive comments about my creative freelance writing. Now I have a good platform for my creative writing interactions and exchange of views. Now I regret how #immature I was.  I took so much time sending my poems for publication in different magazines and journals. I was making all the wrong excuses to do the required exercise.

https://share.google/xISLncHylkeMybAWF

Moral: Never let your excuses be stronger than #will. This Feeling will never let you achieve your #goals of life.

Contagious Activity

I am a tea lover ,

And to some extent #teaaholic,

When I am sad,

Things seem to be out,

Of control in life for me,

When I am considering,

Starting a new #phase of life,

I leave laziness and #anxiety,

 And get up ,

And have a cup of masala tea.

With the flavour of cinnamon,

 And ginger bite, I  achieve.

Peace of mind,

Whenever I happen to offer TEA,

In a tea shop to bless children

On #road roadside,

It becomes #contagious activity,

 Of respected people around me,

I don't push or #force anyone,

I don't say any thing  to anyone around me,

But hearts have their #language,

They connect before #eyes have met.

Those cute children are offered #biscuits,

By the people around me at the tea shop,

See how #magical tea is.

Tea makes me, children,

 Shopkeeper and people,

 Around me #happy.

Tea and  its flavor,

 And #texture gives unique,

 Capacity and #energy,

Creating a #positive value atmosphere around me.

That is the reason why at the office,

Lab and home,

I love to sip my hot masala tea nice and slow

With love, joy and sweet memories of loved ones.

Masala tea releases my tension and anxiety,

Makes my heart light,

And I hummed a prayer in a good mood.

I am ready for teaching,

Challenged assignment,

To my respected  students,

With infinite vision and enthusiasm, unique.

Vibrant Tapestry of Emotions and their correlatins

I was talking with my old student Sohan after an educational  meeting  of school.

I said " Thoughts influence emotions. Therefore it is always good to be away from negative thoughts."

Sohan said" Madam when you have problem  to handle  in life, you have so many emotions emerging as vectors and correlating with each other ,resultant of same can be expressed in text as follows."

Emotions of fear tells you---"this is impossible,"

Emotions emerging from collective previous experience  tells you ---"this is dangerous,"

Your analytical  power tells you-,--" It's all waste ",

Your heart and self confidence  tells  you,'at least give one trial to solve the problem ".

I said, "Feelings of anger can sometimes be a mask for underlying sadness, and these emotions can be closely related."

I further said, "In correlated emotions, there is dance, and the truth of life resides. That is, in each feeling, a lesson hides. "

Sohan said, "Emotions can be passed from person to person, influencing the emotional state of those around them. "

I said, "Sohan, that means Cognitive-Emotional Interaction is nothing but Emotions influencing cognitive processes like memory, decision-making, and learning. "

Sohan said, "Madam, I have seen examples of correlations of different emotions in life. Positive emotions like joy and love often correlate with better memory and decision-making skills, while negative emotions like anger and sadness can lead to more analytical thinking. "

I said, "Dear Sohan, correlations of emotions can be studied by research methods. Text data (like social media posts or news articles) is used to understand how emotions are expressed and how they change over time."

I further  said, "Text data of various emotions are taken and patterns  are recognized to find correlations  in emotions."

Moral -Each emotion of an individual should be respected and positive solutions like meditation and breathing exercises should be adopted to handle correlated  emotions to lead a peaceful life.

Strength weaknesses please Do Not Compare

There are many homes,  when you visit them, you find all things are so neat and clean and are kept so #meticulously and unknowingly you start #comparing yourself and appreciating your friends,  how come they can do such a big show with such a high degree of accuracy while you(I) can not do so. Sometimes you do feel #guilty also.

Then sometimes you do self-talk also. "Nevertheless, you are so good at making things functional in your house in your way. You are good at multitasking. When you are cooking, you always give instructions to your kids and teach them mantras on how to approach problems in mathematics. In this process, you save a lot of your time and the time of your dear children. Dear! You make your children wise and make them smart and give them exposure to saving time exercise, while they have so many assignments to be finished in a limited #time.'

I continue with my self-talk and say to myself, " Dear(me), your aesthetic sense is very good, but that does not get a chance to come up and manifest in your home decoration. This is so because, being a working woman, you have so many domestic tasks to finish in a limited time before going to the office. So your aesthetic sense does not come up at #priority and takes a back seat for you in your house. It's OK, dear me) maybe when children grow (enough) old, you may be able to do so."

What sets us #apart? What makes us different from each other is a big question. My observation is that when we shift our attention to personal #growth and happiness, those feelings of #insecurity tend to fade away. Remember, everyone is on their/his #journey, and everyone's path is unique and valuable in its way.

It’s completely normal to feel a pinch of insecurity when we compare ourselves to others, especially when it seems like some people effortlessly #excel in areas we find challenging. But we must understand and accept that every personality has positive(#strength) and negative(weakness) traits.

Moral-Never compare yourself with others. Please try to walk on your chosen #path,  to fulfill #goals of your life.

Magic of numeral one

I am a science teacher in a government school. I am in charge of #co-curricular activities of the school. I was helping students in class nine solve some of the #CBSE mathematics questions from the NCERT textbook.

One student asked me, "Madam, some of my good friends do not like mathematics as they think it becomes too #abstract sometimes. "

I said, "Dear student, today,  I will tell you a little story of #numeral One. Using it in a different context can lead to a different meaning altogether. "

Some of the relevant examples I am listed below.

1. When one and one together become two, it becomes a mathematical  #equation.

2. When one and one together become eleven, it becomes an #organization.

3. When one and one together remain one, it signifies the context of real #love.

4. When one and one are not allowed to come together, it becomes the context of #diplomacy.

5. When one stands opposite to one, it becomes the context of #politics.

My student said, " Madam, in a group, the 'number one' can represent the leader or the most prominent member. "

I further said, "In a story, the 'number one' can symbolize the first character introduced."

Student said, "In mathematics, '1' is used to represent a single object, a unit of measurement, or the identity element in multiplication. ".

My student further said, "In computer science, '1' can represent a boolean value of 'true' or be used in binary code as a fundamental digit. "

So friends! You see how numeral one can do #magic. It contributes in different formats, in different contexts, in the description of "organization, love, diplomacy and politics.

In essence, the number one, though seemingly simple, is a powerful symbol and a fundamental concept with far-reaching implications across various fields.

In conclusion, the number 1 is more than just a digit; it's a fundamental concept with deep mathematical and symbolic meaning. It represents the core of quantity, the starting point of processes, and the essence of singularity.

Moral- Mathematics may look abstract, sometimes.  Mathematical numerals can do magic in different contexts of a particular issue in life.

Money Flows by Your thought

I was talking to my students in  co-curricular activity class.

My student  Radha said, " There are people in life who always think that the more we earn more there will be a positive  change in our life."

I said, " Dear students, according to me, if one is good at saving money, then he/she can improve his/her life. Even small savings give satisfaction and help one in leading a peaceful, happy life."

Radha said," Madam, if earning money gives you power, then saving money gives you wisdom."

I said, " Dear Radha, that is a strong reason that a wise man can never be poor in the real sense of the word".

Radha said, " Saving money could be small, but it has a positive  impact on your personality throughout your life."

Radha said, " Wise men think twice before spending even a penny. Is it worth spending this much money or not? Is the question they ask themselves. "

The most important teaching in life is that money not only goes from the pocket, but if you happen not to think positively, then money also goes to waste. If your thinking is not mature and you keep spending on unnecessary things, thinking that it is OK to spend this way, this thinking will not have a positive impact on your personality.

Moral - Positive thinking plays a great role in saving money.

Smart grocery billing and saving on electricity bills help in saving money. These activities will bring positive change to life.

Opportunity to Refine Your Teaching Skill

I am a science teacher in a government school. This year few #student teachers came to do practice teaching(practice teaching is part of a bachelor's education degree) in my school. My school principal, Madam, assigned me the responsibility to ensure that student teachers are comfortable in the training of practice teaching.

I happened to meet them(student teacher)while taking my regular classes.

I did understand since the Student Teacher did not have any experience teaching, therefore, facing the class initially may be a little #difficult.

I had a meeting with all Student Teachers and said, "Dear Student Teacher! You should feel proud that you  have the fortune of teaching talented,  #brilliant, visionary and thoughtful students."

I continued my talk and said, "Friends! A teacher can not choose her/his teaching journey circumstances. Since students come from various backgrounds therefore there are many problems a teacher faces in his/her teaching journey. An alternative option to harder problems in the teacher journey is that the teacher should feel grateful to the Almighty and, in heart, express gratitude to her/his worthy students. It's because of students, teachers that move forward  in her/ his journey."

This experience of helping student teachers at our school also helped me. I realised when I was helping student teachers that this exercise did not just benefit them, but it is benefited me well: I got a fresh perspective. Student teachers are learning all the new and innovative strategies through computer tools, so this has benefited me. It helped me refine my teaching skills.

Moral- A teacher should enjoy helping/imparting knowledge.
