Sweet Potatoes

I am potato sweet,

I am not fruit ,

But still I am sweet ,

I am food alkaline.

People who eat me ,

Fondly get acid base  ,

 Balance  in body fine

I hold the favour ,

Which money  ,

Can not buy.

When time is grin,

I satisfy hunger of man hungary,

 Reduce his fatigue,

I am strong diya of festival diwali,

Which survive through harsh heat and storm .

I travel in hands of farmers,

From Africa to Asia wide,

Every heart who taste me,

I still deep reside.

In every heart, I still reside.

I am rich in colloid substances,

And fiber dietry,

Therefore can maintain arterial elasticity.

I can make your skin delicate,

And slow down the aging of leukocytes.

I can reduce your fatigue,

Improve your (human) immunity,

Promote the excretion of cholesterol,

Prevent cardiovascular fat deposition,

 Reduces occurence of cardiovascular diseases.

I am rich in colloid substances ,

And fiber dietry,

Therefore can maintain arterial elasticity,

 promote defecation,

And reduce the occurrence of colon cancer.

I contain mucin,

which can reduce subcutaneous fat.

Therefore I help in reduction of weight.

Make Your Unique Art of Food

I am a science teacher at school. To lead a peaceful life, you must have a set name, A-"art of living"

Like set A. To keep yourself fit and healthy, you have set -B "Art of Food".

You can make  choices in your food bite for

1. for life-pleasure,

2. satisfying hunger,

3. adventure.

This set B "art of food" has many Subsets.

Subset C of set B, "art food," contains the following  elements

(Texture, Appearance, Price, Flavor)

2. Subset D of set B "art food" contains the following elements representing different tastes,

(plain, tasty, sweet, bitter, salty)

3. Subset E of set B" art of food" contains the following  elements

(Hot, cold, small portion,  big portion)

4. Subset  F of set B "art of food" contains the following  element

(Mood, Season)

Choose an element from Subset C, D, or E, and then think which element you would like to respond to from Subset F.

Hence, in your food bite, there is a representation of elements from subsets C, D, E and F.

This permutation and combination of elements from subsets C, D, E and F can make your unique art of food.

Magic of numeral one

I am a science teacher in a government school. I am in charge of #co-curricular activities of the school. I was helping students in class nine solve some of the #CBSE mathematics questions from the NCERT textbook.

One student asked me, "Madam, some of my good friends do not like mathematics as they think it becomes too #abstract sometimes. "

I said, "Dear student, today,  I will tell you a little story of #numeral One. Using it in a different context can lead to a different meaning altogether. "

Some of the relevant examples I am listed below.

1. When one and one together become two, it becomes a mathematical  #equation.

2. When one and one together become eleven, it becomes an #organization.

3. When one and one together remain one, it signifies the context of real #love.

4. When one and one are not allowed to come together, it becomes the context of #diplomacy.

5. When one stands opposite to one, it becomes the context of #politics.

My student said, " Madam, in a group, the 'number one' can represent the leader or the most prominent member. "

I further said, "In a story, the 'number one' can symbolize the first character introduced."

Student said, "In mathematics, '1' is used to represent a single object, a unit of measurement, or the identity element in multiplication. ".

My student further said, "In computer science, '1' can represent a boolean value of 'true' or be used in binary code as a fundamental digit. "

So friends! You see how numeral one can do #magic. It contributes in different formats, in different contexts, in the description of "organization, love, diplomacy and politics.

In essence, the number one, though seemingly simple, is a powerful symbol and a fundamental concept with far-reaching implications across various fields.

In conclusion, the number 1 is more than just a digit; it's a fundamental concept with deep mathematical and symbolic meaning. It represents the core of quantity, the starting point of processes, and the essence of singularity.

Moral- Mathematics may look abstract, sometimes.  Mathematical numerals can do magic in different contexts of a particular issue in life.

Beacon for his Students

My science  teacher,

Is my ideal teacher,

When he is present  in the lab,

Or class,

Like an ideal gas,

In the subject Chemistry,

He has an ideal state of mind,

 Immense inner peace.

He indeed faces,

 Many joys and sorrows,

Which softly ran in his heart,

He, with his inner peace,

Makes equilibrium in the same.

He makes us work efficiently,

In the science  lab,

He faces praise and blame alike,

In his life, gain and loss,

Both come and go,

But he is unmoved,

 By fortune's fickle hand,

In awards and monetary benefits.

My favorite teacher,

Has the trait of sthitapragya,

In odd circumstances,

 He takes his firm stand

My friends ask me questions,

 What is the concept sithyapragya,

I say, dear friends,

My teacher is Sithyapragy,

Means he has no craving waves,

Within his heart,

No fear disturbs,

His inner peace of mind,

He sees the world,

With different special eyes,

Where his positive emotions,

 Passions,

And negative  emotion, rage,

 Calmly stays with hiragem

And he finds his peace,

 In countless infinite ways.

He stands detached,

 From external events

Like big science grants,

And the name in the news newspaper,

 Above him,

He makes his best control,

Over his senses,

 He gathers  his scattered,

 Thoughts and embrace all,

With a crystal clear mind,

He is a beacon for his students,

In the fading light.

God bless my teacher,

Pray every day,

We, his students, should also,

Become sithprgay like him,

In the coming days.

Moral-Like ideal gas concept in chemistry. This concept of Sithpragya is prominent in the Bhagavad Gita, where it describes an ideal state of being characterized by inner peace and detachment from worldly fluctuations.

I am science  teacher in government  school. I am also incharge of co-curricular activities.

Other day I met my female student Kunti in educational  conference.  Kunti said"Madam teaching profession  is very challenging . In  this digital world every one keeps evaluating one's #successes and #failure  of life. While discussing one's success in life one forgets to concentrate  on present  moments  in life. Same is true  with one's failure in life.  One gets absorbed so much in one's failure one forget to take care of  present in life ."

I said"dear Kunti "success discussion"  and "failure worry" effect one's #future. This is something  very important  which one  realizes very late in life. According  to Hindu epic #Shrimad Bhagvad Gita, it is best to remain stable in #behaviour when you get success  or failure in life. In Sanskrit it is given name of #"Sithpragya"."

I further  Said"Dear student The sthithaprajna dwells always in the spirit without giving way to grief, lust, fear and delusion. His vision beholds the Spirit everywhere. Krishna pointed out that Arjuna would be able to realise his true nature only when he became a sthithaprajna. The primary quality of a sthithaprajna is the control of the senses.

Is your Lipstick sustainable

I was asleep. I saw my cosmetic lipstick came to me and started talking to me.

It said "Madam I am natural or organic lipstic and you (customers ) consider me to be better than inorganic lipstick as I do contain natural  ingredients."

It further  said "But friend  in my  making there is involvement of  large environmental footprint  due to water usage deforestation  and many times unethical  labour practices are involved."

Lipstick further said " Some natural ingredients contained in me require long distant transport which increases carbon emission in my making process. "

I said " Dear lipstick it means you are not sustainable."

Lipstick said " Yes madam".

Lipstick further said "Sustainability should account  for

1. Resources use

2. Labour ethics and energy consumption. Not just the ingredients labour."

I further said" Dear lipstick, the earth is our home, our place of rest. But we have harmed it, with our selfish ways in making of cosmetic like you."

Lipstick said "Yes I do agree there are scars upon the land and the seas in making of cosmetics".

I said "We must change our path in cosmetic making, before it’s too late."

I further said "In making of cosmetic we must reduce our impact on environment. This can be done by using techniques of green chemistry. "

Lipsick said "Using less energy, and choosing to embrace Sustainable practices in making of cosmetic, that will help to preserve the natural world."

Then came lab made lipstic (Inorganic Lipstick)and started talking to me.

Inorganic Lipsick said "Madam I contain  a range of chemicals, including heavy metals like lead, cadmium, and chromium."

I said "Yes dear lab made lipsick, I know you as well contain synthetic ingredients like parabens and phthalates. (primary concern is that parabens can weakly mimic the hormone estrogen in the body, a process called endocrine disruption).    These chemicals can pose risks to both human health and the environment. "

Lab made lipstick said" Yes right Madam"

I further  said"Products made from natural material may also emit large carbon emission  hence are not sustsustainable."

I realised that it is a dream and time to go to school.

I did some self talk and said to my self " Organic cosmetic or inorganic  cosmetic  must preserve environment, produce less e- waste and should take care of labour  ethics in their making then only  they can be sustainable."

Moral: Ut is not necessary that cosmetics made from natural material are sustainable.

Listening vs Reading

I am a science teacher in a government school.

To make my class interesting to students, I try my best to explain scientific facts to school students in the world of fiction. That is amazing for the teacher and the taught. Sometimes I could do it comfortably, but it needs more attention. Friends, please understand,  specific part of the regions of the brain is used for reading fiction. The same is involved in social understanding and storytelling.

One key area of the brain that benefits from reading fiction is the prefrontal cortex, located right behind your forehead. This region is crucial for higher-level thinking, like planning, decision-making, and understanding other people's perspectives. When we immerse ourselves in a novel, this part of the brain becomes more active.

https://share.google/5lcAAT3OiaD7Chn6Y

Nonfiction texts, on the other hand, rely on a brain network. Nonfiction tends to rely more on the prefrontal cortex of brain to process factual information and integrate it with existing knowledge. That's why reading fiction is easier than nonfiction texts."

I further said, "Neuroscience confirms it’s not just what we learn but how we engage with it that is important. "

My student Radhe said, "Madam, reading sharpens retention, while listening enriches emotional connection. Blending both feels like upgrading the brain’s learning software."

I said, " Dear students, reading matters a lot in the learning process. Even when listening is an option. Each activity offers something different, and they are not interchangeable."

I further said, "When you read, your brain is working hard behind the scenes. It recognizes the shapes of letters, matches them to speech sounds, connects those sounds to meaning, then links those meanings."

Radhe said, " Madam people often listen while doing other things, like exercising, cooking or browsing the internet — activities that would be hard to do while reading."

I further said, "Reading often wins for deep understanding, especially with complex or new topics. Listening works too, but reading lets you revisit, reflect, and hold onto ideas differently."

Radhe said, " Madam, when we listen, our ears receive sound stimuli, and our brain begins to interpret these sounds.Hence, listening is a process primarily involving the prefrontal cortex for complex cognitive functions. "

I said, "The Prefrontal cortex is the primary part of the brain responsible for processing sound and spoken language. Within the auditory cortex are the primary, secondary, and tertiary auditory areas, which handle different aspects of sound processing, such as pitch, music, and speech."

Radhe said, "Madam, it is very fascinating how our brains respond so differently to the two activities of reading and listening ".

I said, "Deep reading makes us more empathetic. As we let go of the emotional and mental chatter found in the real world, we enjoy deep reading that allows us to feel what the characters in a story feel. And this in turn makes us more empathetic to people in real life, becoming more aware and alert to the lives of

Moral - Reading and listening are important in the teaching and learning process. Both activities are connected to different parts of the brain. Both activities  mentioned  are not interchangeable.

Noise vs Silence

I am a science teacher in a government school. The other day, I was talking to my students about the difference between noise and silence.

My student Saroj said, "Madam, according to knowledge of physics, there is a big difference in frequency of 'noise' and the frequency of # 'silence".

I said, " Dear students, subject physics makes a distinct difference  in the frequency  of noise and the frequency  of silence." I further said, "When a person #hits another person with a stick, there is noise that is #generated. But when #God hits person  with a stick, there is silence or no noise created."

I further said, "Friends do take care of #bridges in life formed in terms of #relationship, #friendship and by keeping #promise. Please! Friends never break these precious bridges of life. If they happen to get broken in life in certain circumstances, they will not create noise in life. On the contrary, they will create silence in life. Which is very #painful."

Saroj said, "Noise is the presence of sound, typically perceived as loud, unpleasant, or disruptive, while silence is the absence of sound."

Rakesh said, " Noise is characterized by frequency and loudness, whereas silence is the state of having no or very low-intensity audible sound."

Saroj said, " While noise is often a disruptive external experience, silence offers an internal focus, promoting self-reflection and a deeper connection to one's internal processes."

I said, " Friends, when you are in silent mode, everything dissolves like snow on a mountain."

Rakesh said, " We need a place to be away from noise so that we can get peace in the inner world "

Saroj said, "In silence

The healing process begins

and creative thoughts  take their concrete path."

I further said, "Friends' silence is the language of God, and the divine enters us when we are in a silent mode. It illuminates our hearts.

Loud noise is harmful and can trigger stress responses and interfere with sleep and overall health. "

Moral -Silence is often sought for relaxation and focus, while noise can be stressful and tax our brains.

Silence is the language of God. While noise triggers stress.

Mathematics of Relationships

I am a science teacher in a government school. The other day, I was talking to my students about the role of mathematics in day-to-day life.

Radha said, "The key factor is that to apply mathematics, the object has to be quantifiable. Which simply means it can be measured objectively to yield a numerical result? "

Sita said, " Radha, you are right. Goats can be #counted, and length can be measured. Angles of geometrical  figures, weight, direction, speed, and so on can be represented by a number and, therefore, treated mathematically."

Ashok said, " Even something that can be represented as yes/no or true/false can be treated with #logic and other means."

Sita said, " Emotions like love and hate are difficult to quantify. Emotion pain? Sometimes  doctor questions “Rate the pain you are feeling on a scale of one to ten,” which is awfully #subjective—more of an opinion than a number measurement. Ratings of this sort may be analyzed #statistically, but just because numbers come out doesn’t mean that the quantity itself is measured analytically."

I said, "Students, we can talk about relationship bridges in terms of mathematics, which is the language of science. "

Radha said, " Right, madam. Some people in a relationship give his/ her arguments as much length as possible, putting #limit of argument going to infinity. "

Some people in a relationship forgo his/her arguments as far as possible, putting a limit on forgoing to infinity."

Some people in a relationship  keep fighting

" I am( right.). You are wrong.(x) "

I further said, "Dear Students, above-listed three relationship  #equations are important. Since equations are three in number involving many variables and parameters, they are to be solved #empirically. In process due to limitations of the procedure to solve above mentioned equations, many relationships #breakdown.

Please, friends, do save Relationships in day to day life. They are like #bridges which help one in life. Keep in mind  above-listed three equations. Solve them with your brain and mathematical background to nurture your relationships.

Moral- Training in mathematical concepts helps one to solve day-to-day problems one encounters while building healthy relationship bridges.

Lesson from Nature

I am a science teacher in a government school. The other day, I was talking to students about how nature is a great teacher.

With the same thoughts, I was asleep. A healthy, beautiful horse  came to me and said, "Madam, I never drink dirty water."

I said, "Good information dear horse! It means we should drink water where you horses drink".

Then one cat came and said, "Madam, I love a calm and comfortable place to sleep."

I said, " Dear cat, it means we humans should always put our bed where  you sleep."

Gardner Ravi came and said, "I have brought the best fruit of the garden for you".

I said, " Dear Gardner, how did you identify the best fruits "

Gardner said," Madam, I have brought fruits which are touched but not penetrated by worms.  Madam, they are the ripest fruits on trees."

Mole came and said, "I have the capacity  to find fertile land, therefore I dig same."

I said, " It means we should plant trees  on the earth dug by you."

Big Snake came and said, "  I advise you that please build your home where I seek warmth, for I choose stable ground that will not collapse."

Bird came near me and said, "Please dig for water at the place where  I hide from the heat, or where I (bird) rest, as water lies beneath it. Please sleep and wake at the same time as we (birds). That is the path to success."

A wild animal came and said, "Please eat more vegetables. This good habit will make your legs strong and your heart resilient like mine. "

Then the fish came and said, "I am a fish. Please swim in water like me whenever you find time. You’ll feel on Earth as I(fish) feel in water..

I felt the vast sky was talking to me and said, " Please look at me(sky) as often as you can. Your thoughts will become bright and clear like mine."

I soon realized this dream is a lesson from nature.

Moral-Nature is a great teacher, and by observing nature, we can learn many meaningful and wise things that can make our lives comfortableIt is best to be near nature. Birds, fish, horses and cats wonderful living teach us many meaningful teachings that we should seek in life

Sweetest of All

I have #fruit tree garden in my home backyard. That is my biggest #blessing of life. Taking care of fruit trees is my # stressbuster activity. It is big attraction for my small kids and their friends. My children are equally fond of the fruit tree garden.

If the weather permits, sometimes I take my research group meetings in my fruit tree garden. Serving fresh fruits to my students and researchers is my biggest pleasure. By the way, I can serve my guests #Guava, jamun, mango, #mulberry, #papaya. I am always thankful to my respected #domestic help who helps me in washing and cutting of fruits of my garden. Along with science discussion on various science #projects, it's a lot of fun eating fresh homegrown fruits.

Researchers keep comparing the quality of #sweetness of all #fruits on their plates during #science discussions..Many students feel #fascinated to observe #nest of birds in the garden. Taking rest and eating food in natural surroundings is a unique #experience for many researchers,

One student asked me," Madam, you have been taking care of this beautiful fruit garden . Please comment on the quality of each fruit of your garden."

I said Dear student, "All fruits are very precious to me. They keep me motivated. My fruit tree garden heals me from all emotional problems. But still, I must say nothing is #sweeter than to think #well of others, especially for my children and my dear #students. My fruit tree garden helps me to do so. I am extremely thankful to God for blessing me with such a wonderful gift of #FRUIT TREE GARDEN.

Moral-nothing is #sweeter than to think #well of others.

Chaos Order Passion

The other day I met my old student Radha. She said, "I am in chaos, madam. I am surprised, Madam. I get #excited for one activity  and do it for five months, and  suddenly get #demotivated and gradually leave that activity."

I said, "This happens when you are excited by #external factor. You are not self-motivated. You are in a confused state of mind, and there is no order toward that activity in your mind. In terms of physics, it can be defined as a situation where the behaviors of a system appear random and #unpredictable or chaotic."

I further said, "According to physics, every system that is chaotic in its initial stages has #order underneath it. In real life, also x activity may look good for some time, but one may not like the same activity consistently. If one happens to like the same activity consistently, and there is a sign of #improvement in its performance. Then one is moving from chaos to order. That order shown in x activity is one's passion."

I further added"dear student, to find your #passion, the only thing you do is to compare your activity to yesterday's #version. If you are better than the yesterday version, then you are on #right track. Then you should never give up. This result shows you are gradually moving from chaos to order. The same  activity x is your passion."

Moral-If one finds out one's  Passion. One should follow  the same  in life to get best results  in life.

Sustaining Eco system of Environment in Garden

I Have a big garden in my backyard. I have lovely seasonal fruit trees in my garden. Once a year, I invite my postgraduate class and research scholars to a party. Students have a lot of fun with seasonal fruits. They love to observe# green lush of my beautiful fruit trees.

I am in the habit of #raking dried leaves from my garden every week and use this for making organic manure. It involves a lot of labor and hard work. But it's lovely to get beautiful organic manure after one year.

In short, I believe in recycling dried fallen leaves.

One day, I fell asleep. I saw many butterflies, moths, salamanders, chipmunks, and worms near my bed. I was taken aback. I said, Welcome to my home, dear small animal species. Good to see you all in the group.

They said, "Madam, we want to make our humble request to you. Madam, you are #raking dry leaves of your garden where we little species, have the good fortune to live in ecosystems of dry leaves. These fallen leaves from trees of your garden create a natural layer for us butterflies, moths, chipmunks, toads and tiny worms and other species. So please don't use dry leaves for making organic manure for your garden."

I asked the small animal species, "Please educate me on how to save my ecosystem. There is a problem with me, I wish to give a clean look to my garden. Suddenly, all the small species of my garden disappeared. I could hear the alarm bell. I realized it is time to go to the kitchen-----..

That dream has given a big assignment. How to help small animal species in my garden so that they could enjoy their life in a dry leaves ecosystem, but at the same time, I wish to have a clean look for my fruit tree garden--- I am on my way to search for a sustainable system. I hope I will find a solution to this little complex problem very soon.

From an expert, I gathered information that #raking leaves is not good for the #environment. Best to let leaves in the garden till they get dry.

I am listing small steps which I followed to make my garden #ecosystem sustainable to some extent at least.

I.Chop dry leaves of trees into small pieces.

2. Put chopped leaves in #flower beds of the garden

With the passage of time, chopped dry leaves will get absorbed into the soil.

This procedure has the following advantages.

It will give small  #animal species like butterflies and lizards, etc, to survive in the ecosystem of chopped dry leaves. At the same time, birds can also get their # food by eating these small animal species. Therefore, helping in #sustainability of the food chain of the environment.

This process mentioned above will make #equilibrium in maintaining the health of the garden, and at the same time #preserve the ecosystem for the survival of small animal species to some extent.

Fear Energy

I am a science teacher in a government school.

The other day, one student said, "Madam fear is a negative emotion."

I said," When we sense danger or feel unsafe, feelings of fear help and protect us. In general, every feeling associated with it has an emotional component. Each emotion has energy associated with it, which is expressed in a behavioral pattern. Inside one's mind, fear is in the sense that it compels one to #behave in a certain way."

Another student asked, "Madam, what #chemicals are released when  one has a #feeling of fear?"

Generally, fear is considered to be a negative emotion. If handled properly, Fear gives a natural and high sense of empowerment also.

Science researches show that Adrenaline, endorphins, Oxytocin and serotonin are chemicals released with feelings of fear.

Serotonin is most important as it helps one's brain to work more efficiently when one has a feeling of fear.

Successful people know fear is energy. They can act in the face of fear.

The format of fear is constantly changing with different circumstances.

#Anxiety, deep nervousness, confusion, lack of motivation, and uncertainty are different forms of fear.

If one can face above above-listed format of fear, it gives one the strength to face #adverse times of life.

Moral-Good leaders know that where there is fear, there is power also.

Intermediate Habit

Life goes with a #chemical chain reaction taking place in the #environment and  #body.

But each chain reaction needs #initiation conditions like input of the required amount of #energy. To let these chain chemical reactions go, it needs #favorable conditions like the formation of #intermediates from previous chain reactions for #propagation of the reaction.

In the chain propagation step, #intermediate is consumed and formed from the previous reaction.

So # a repetitive cycle of chain chemical reaction goes on.

#Chain chemical reactions are very powerful and benefit the environment and body of humans.

In terms of psychology, motivation- a combination of motive and action is fundamental to the success of an individual. It is a driving force behind human #action, what one needs to start particular required activity in life.

Motivational activity is goal oriented-willingness to do something. #Motivation forms an intermediate called a habit, which keeps one going with the same activity in life.

With the passage of time in life, habits become very #powerful as # neurons in brain create a craving for the same activity

So repetitive cycle of #habit goes on with time.

Fixed pattern of behavior -habit is rewarded by the release of #pleasure chemicals in the brain.

That gives #powerful benefit to #body and mind.

MORAL-Good habits make one more #consistent in life.

Humaneness

Problems are part of everyone's life. You can't fix one's problems, but you can help one come out of #through patch of life.Through your small act of #kindness.A small act of kindness can be an ocean of #happiness to one who is suffering.

Being kind shapes one's #perception, goals and dreams of life.Kindness drives one to have a more cheerful life. It is always good to carry out the #signature activity of kindness-humaneness, likecompliment one in meaningful ways, saying #thank you, passing sweet #smile, giving patient hearing to one's #problem,Giving flowers to one #facing a problem.
According to science, humaneness makes one's #Emotional Quotient(EQ)high, which releases a hormone known as #oxytocin (love hormone)-cardioprotective hormone.
This helps in 1. lowering #blood pressure
 2. over all #well well-being and # self-esteem of a person.
An act of kindness can also act as a # production of chemical-#serotonin. Feel-good chemical heals wounds and calms you down.

 Moral-Practice art of kindness-humaneness.It involve7s being #generous and #kind with others.

Revised Pythagoras Mathematics

 Pythagoras! #Pythagoras, where are you?

What good have you brought with you?

I have brought three friends for you,

One is a very simple gentleman called #perpendicular,

Second is always sleeping called #Base,

Third is called #hypotenuse,

Who also makes perpendicular and base,

 Meet with each other,

Perpendicular and base junction forms an # angle,

This angle is #ninety degrees has special name -#right angle,

When all three friends form #right right-angled triangle,

They form an equation superb, which is listed below,

#Square of hypotenuse is equal to #square of base,

plus #square of perpendicular,

This is fundamental # Pythagoras' theorem,

To handle problems for#physics,#architect

construction and #navigation.

Termite

Other day one of my student Kaku said" Madam we are sick of #termite bills present in our out house. They have made their mold  on all old #furniture stored in my out house."

I said "because of rise in #temperature and change of #climate these termite grow very fast and do destruction on wooden furniture of house."

Kaku said"madam question is how come termites which are suppose to be associated with #tropical climates find their way into cities which are not suited to their natural habitat."

I said"answer to your question is our #modern world life style. It is interconnected and #wooden furniture is main link for same. When wooden furniture  is transported from one place to another these transportation  gives good pathways to growth of silent termites.Termite queens and kings are attracted by light ,factor very prominent in urban life style ,and they initiate reproduction and therefore help in spread of #termite colonies.Research also point out that termites get more #hunger with rise of temperature."

Kaku said "Madam due to climate change termites are moving to those areas of world where they were never present before. They are accelerating eating of #wood present in those areas.Like cow, termite also release methane and CO2 and hence there is increase in #CO2 fingerprint in environment. Therefore termites has contribution in #climate change. How much termites contribute to climate change is subject of further research."

I  said"There are many connecting variables like trade ,transport, population density in urban cities which help in producing #termite population. Therefore there is# invasion of termites in urban houses.

I further said"10 percent of termites are beneficial also to environment. They have capacity to convert #cellulose into substances which can recycle in ecosystem.Hence there is economics importance to termite also. When termite transport organic substance into their shelter they #enrich surrounding soil".

I am listing below simple steps to be taken to avoid termite  attack at home.

1.best is to get rid of #moisture in home.

2.If environment is humid best is to keep #urniture of house  in Sun,whenever available.

3.Remove #wood to soil contact as far possible.

Moral-to prevent Invasion of termites at our homes it is high time  we should keep watch  about signs of termite presence at home and if need arise should take help of AI  App or experts and chalk out plan to prevent these termites entering our houses.

Offering Water to Sun healthy app

I remember everyday my grandfather would take me for early morning walk $bare footed during Sunrise. Before taking walk my grandfather would take #bath. He would carry #copper vessel  with 200 ml water in it with him to offer water to #Sun God.My  grand father would stand on his feet #ball and   would slowly let down a constant #flow of water and would see Sun through #flowing water for 3 minutes and would also chant #Sun mantra.I was a child and would see this activity with lot of #curiosity.

Now I have grown old and know that it is a belief that this activity which I have named as #"Surya Arghya -App"brings #peace and energy to body.

My grand father told me science behind this activity -an health App.

Same I am listing below.

1.Looking sun rays #through water makes eyes strong as sun rays are not falling directly to eyes and #exposure to high energy UV and IR  rays  can be avoided.

2.Sun rays are source of #vitamin D..High energy #UV and IR rays of Sun gets #absorbed in water and remaining rays coming through water protect one's eyes from #cataract formation and help in increasing #eyesight.

3.Walking barefoot, one gets aqua pressure points #activated through soil.Which helps in proper secretion of #hormones in body.

4.Standing on balls of feet helps one in avoiding #ankle pains.

5.Performing 'Sun Arghya' after bath help in better #adsorption of vitamin D in skin through skin pores.

6.Morning air is fresh and #non toxic in nature therefore whole exercise when done #systematically make one strong and #healthy in many ways.

Benefit of Performing Sun Arghya

1.It improves eye sight, avoids formation of cataract, helps in formation of vitamin  D in body and consequently increases of #Calcium for strong bone formation.

2.Sun rays refracted through water also help in good health of #heart.

Moral-'Surya Arghya' is an health app made by our ancestors to take advantage of Sun energy, source of life on planet in best possible way.Since now we know science behind 'Surya Arghya App',we must make use of this app to get energy and peace in life.
