Letting go of Past Stories

I have a childhood friend Cukoo. She is now settled in the US. My friend has evolved as a beautiful person by accepting life changes peacefully.

The other day Cuckoo came into my dreams and said "Dear friend though both of us have wonderfully settled in our respective lives but dear friend it is so difficult to change and let go of small stories we two shared in our childhood".

I said, "Dear Cuckoo we humans are like a piece of fabric, made of hundreds of threads of stories we have been telling ourselves for our entire lives."

Cuckoo said "Dear friend the reason we are so afraid to let go of our stories is that as soon as we start letting go of one story, then another, the fabric that once made us confident is now being torn apart. We feel we are falling into nothingness. We start thinking gradually we will simply become empty."

I said, "Dear Cukoo as we try so hard to let those small stories of our lives go, we 8feel resistance building up in our bodies."

Cuckoo said, "Yes dear friend It’s so painful as if my self and you together are cutting away something valuable and significant from myself and yourself that is from our identity; something, which, at some point, has come to define me and you and our meaningful life."

I said " I and you are not whole or complete anymore, because the stories that we shared in childhood and adolescent age to make us complete are now slowly going away from us and we feel somewhat empty, we feel lost, and confused. To conclude suppressing our life

experiences is not a healthy trend in life."

I said Cukoo "Sometimes I choose to view those stories as shoes or clothes we used to share and exchange at certain phases of our lives. I am grateful to them as those stories, like clothes, protected us from heat and cold or, like shoes, they took us from place A to place B.

Cukoo said "Yet, it’s important to acknowledge that we have grown up. We have got married and have beautiful kids and of course, with time our bodies have changed."

I said "The clothes and shoes that once served us for important purposes, are not suitable for us any longer, they simply do not fit you or me "

Cukoo said, "Dear friend, we do not reject the idea that once we used to wear certain shoes or clothes, we embrace that fact till today and we are in peace with same."

I said "As I am letting go of my past stories, sometimes it’s so scary and takes so much of my courage. I feel if I may not reduce to zero for a while, and sit without knowing who I am. I further said" I am OK with not having any clear answer to the question “What is my story”

Cuckoo said" Dear friend do not feel scared. Now the time has come to start weaving a new fabric of our identity with the threads of new empowering stories from the US and India respectively."

Cuckoo further said, "But friend what’s different this time is that time has come we have new stories in life which wove our identity of you and me respectively."

I said, "In this modern era of science and technology due to our strong past experiences we will not resist changes in our lives and will accept the new stories and let them go gradually with time to accept change in life."

Moral- Let us embrace our new stories and gradually let them go with time. Let us be ready to change when the time to change will come.

Right life

Many ideas stick with me for right life

1.With time If we try to make life simpler it means we are moving toward right life.

2 With time our desire to buy materialistic things decrease it means we are moving toward right life.

3.With time if degree of contentment in personality increases we are moving toward right life.

4.With time we decrease our habit of comparing things we have or money we have ,we are moving toward right life.

5.With time if we feel happiness of others it means we are moving toward right life.

6.With time when we do not need vacation from our work it means we are moving toward right life.

Service Joy Correlations in Life

When I was young I used to think life was full of sweet dreams.

I happen to be married in a joint family. I found life is nothing but service. I realized good service you give to others life becomes more #joyful and interesting.

With time I found life gives you joy in the service of others is unimaginable. In the process, I found myself near #mother nature and near to God. Now my life is full of wonderful countless experiences that are difficult to describe.

With the grace of God, I am blessed with strength and a value system, which help me #practice doing services to all inside/outside family till today.

The other day I was talking to my students about the correlation between service and joy.

Ram said "Madam when we students experience the #positive effects of giving, we wish to repeat those actions. This creates a ripple effect of kindness in society."

I said, "Students when you enjoy serving others this can break the cycle of focusing solely on your personal needs and #desires, leading to a more meaningful and joyful life."

Radha said " Madam I find that serving others, rather than being served, brings me greater joy and fulfillment. "

Mohan said "When I give with a spirit of sacrifice, it is especially rewarding and #transformative for me."

I said " Being a student of physics I believe that the joy in giving services to others is a powerful #force that can enhance both my well-being and the well-being of the community. "

Behavior a Ladder

Behavior is a two-sided #sword. If your behavior is good there is a stair staircase that takes you to the top. If your behavior is bad you could go to the deep dark well of #hell. It is for an individual to decide.

If one is wearing # a well-designed graceful present garment one may get very good comments about one's #looks and one may get respect in society. It is a mirror that knows a person's #outside picture.

But you can never know inside of the same person. Behavior is an important #parameter that reflects a person's inside picture. Behavior is # the signature of a person's nature.

Good behavior marks a person as a good good-natured one. Good behavior gets written all over a person's personality.

Sometimes behavior signature dominates so much, that people can predict a person's future. Well-groomed behavior #impresses teachers, friends and mentors. Even it impresses our #creator also. For such well-behaved persons, God himself opens doors of success.

The good behavior of a person makes his associate prideful. Therefore please think twice before doing. Bad behavior. With bad behavior, you may likely fall into the well of #darkness and people start hating you. Therefore think twice before behaving with any person x in life.

Rain and Struggle

I was talking to my students about rain.I said " Rainy season bring dirty water on roads"

Rohan said"Madam rainy season washes all green plants which have dust deposited on their leaves.Every spieces in world feel fresh and cool after rainy season"

Sita said " Rainy season give us distinct vegetables like stem of lotus flower,singhara( water chestnut),Patra( Taro leaves) and fruits like jamun( black berries) etc which have unique nutrients good for health "

I said " Friends rainy season is like struggle in life.Phase of struggle is difficult but it makes us stronger in life.Lessons took up from struggle are unique and make us wiser.It is like clearing negative thoughts from our soul"

Moral - Never think rainy season bring difficulties for us. Rain when come in correct time is beneficial to all big and tiny species in world.

Struggles of life make us wiser and strong.

Maths of Hope and patience

In India entrance results of the national competitive examination are often delayed for some or other reasons. But candidates who appeared for the said examination wait patiently for results, hoping they will come out with flying colours.

Hope fuels their #belief in a positive future, while patience provides the strength and backbone to endure difficulties and delays along the way. I was talking to my students about two virtues, patience and hope, in the same context.

I said, "Patience sometimes is tasteless and difficult to handle. It needs a lot of # sacrifice. Patience sometimes gives tears also. Then hope comes into patience rescue. That's why hope is pre prerequisite of patience."

Mohan said, "Madam, there is a saying: 'Good things come to those who #wait.”

Sita said, "Patience allows you to persevere and make more meaningful decisions, often leading to greater success."

Rakesh said, "Hope helps an individual in showing patience. Hope colors the canvas of karma sky like a #rainbow."

I said, "Patience and hope work as #complement to each other. When patience and hope work together, they give the best results."

I further said, " Hope and patience are mutually #reinforcing. It is essential for hope to develop, implying that without patience, hope may go fragile and get easily extinguished.

Fun and non fun activities

Mrs Kapoor is my neighbour. She is very efficient in household activities. She does the dusting and mopping of the house herself. I have also learnt many #skills from her.

She is good at making #balance between fun and non-fun activities in her life. Whenever dear and near #relationships visit her house, she # prioritizes the fun-loving activities with them. Though she does non-fun activities like dusting, etc, she makes it a point not to prioritize those non-fun activities when it is time to enjoy with family and friends.

She makes a perfect #balance between fun and non-fun activities concerning time and #circumstances. Balancing is her secret to leading a full, active # and successful life. At the same time, she makes it a point that her house remains clean and tidy. She is my role #model for the same.

A balanced approach to doing fun-loving and non-fun-loving activities gives a lot of benefits to the doer. This approach in life helps doers in self-care and maintaining good relationships.

Moral-Every person has to do fun loving and nonunloving activities in life.Best is to make equilibrium between these two types of activities to lead peaceful happy life.

Maths of Love Hope and Peace

Love, hope and peace are three positive, strong emotions that help you make high EQ in life.

You should first love yourself, and then only you will build the ability to love others. Even if you encounter love from society in life, self-love will save you from the negative emotions you face in life.

Hope is a strong pillar to make a strong, healthy heart. Hope will help you in difficult circumstances. So please never give up hope. Always remain near God. He helps everyone sustain hope.

Peace is a very strong global emotion. If the world does not remain peaceful, then #chaos in life can spread like a chain reaction. Therefore, one should control all negative emotions to get a peaceful world. It is a priceless emotion. Maintaining peace in mind, heart, society, nation, and world level is very much essential to save humanity.

Love can inspire hope, and both can contribute to a sense of peace.

Without love and hope, peace is difficult to achieve.

To summarize, I am listing an easy mathematical #formula which contains love, hope and peace as its three important ingredients.

If love is set A in itself

If hope is set B in itself

Set A union set B will give set C, which is a subset of set D that is a peace.

These three concepts are often interwoven. With love, hope, and peace, each contributing to a sense of wholeness and well-being.

For example, experiencing love from others can foster hope for the future, and finding inner peace can lead to a greater capacity for love and compassion.

Love, in the sense of compassion and concern for others, gives understanding and cooperation, while hope provides the motivation and resilience needed to overcome obstacles to peace. Without these elements, peace can be difficult to achieve and sustain.

Love : Hope : Peace: Life : Heart : World.

I hope that if you follow above above-listed formula, then happiness will remain with you.

Moral-Without love and hope it is difficult to achieve peace in society.

Four types of students

I am a science teacher in a government school. I have taught four types of #students.

The Scholar:

Students who do a lot of # self-reading of subject matter. They know that they know many things relating to the subject matter. These individuals possess wisdom and self-awareness. It is a lot of fun to teach them. I have learnt many things from them. They taught me how to be patient while teaching subject knowledge with a lot of #dedication. Some of these students are over achiever.

2. The Forgetful Knower:

The second type of student I have taught is those who have good knowledge of the subject, but they do not realise that they know. It seems these individuals have forgotten their knowledge. They do not know their potential. They are persons who know but do not realize that they know. The teacher has to gently #remind them of their wisdom, for they may not be aware of their #potential. Some of them are visual Learners. They learn through charts and videos.

3. The Eager Learner:

The third type of students I taught are eager learners

They know that they do not know. But a positive point is that due to a lack of knowledge, they are eager to learn. I have taught those individuals very fondly, as I know that they have the potential to learn #eagerly and they are future #scholars. They are good at doing homework work.They do science projects with a lot of interest.

The fourth type of students I taught are those who face teaching #challenge. Neither do they know the subject matter nor are #interested to learn. They are ignorant and indifferent to knowledge. Some students have some problems in family and concept formation. The teacher has to help those students at many levels. Some people think it is better to #avoid them teaching. But I used to #motivate them to learn, and I must say I was partially #successful in my efforts for them.

Justice and solution

When there is problem on both side but both sides are dear and near one's.Then best is never go for finding justice.This is important as justice only one side will get and relationships will get strained.

In such a situation best is to find solution to problem in that case both will get justice and relationship bridge become strong.

Yes finding solution to problem is a big assignment but one must look for win win situation as solution to problem honoured by both sides is best possible which give benefit.Wise people alwsys follow that path.

Behaviour is like signature of person.Please keep consistent behaviour of kindness towards others but with a word of caution that no body take your kindness for ride.

Time in life any way will pass as time does not wait for anyone, kindly make worthit. An iota time put in negative activity is not going to make you peaceful.

Abusive Relationships

I am a science teacher in a government school. My student Geeta was always #disturbed as her father was #abuser toward her mother. Though her father was nice to Geeta. But Geeta never liked her father's behaviour toward her #mother. She has no courage to #oppose the same.

On one occasion, I met Geeta's mother. I very humbly inquired about #abusive nature of her husband.

Geeta's mother was a very #humble religious lady. She said, "Madam, I am the mother of two kids. I am not qualified enough to stand on my own feet. I am happy my husband is not abusive to his #kids ."

Geeta's mother further said, "Madam, it is connection bond, and emotional #attachment that I have created in 25 years of my #married life. When he gets disturbed from office work or any other dimension of his life, he becomes abusive to me. My husband considers me to be #cushion to take out his frustration. Sometimes he feels sorry about the same. For my husband, it is not a new thing. He has seen his father abusing his mother many times. So he is used to his #unhealthy behaviour."

She further said,' For him dignity of a woman is no value for him. Our extended in-laws' family also thinks along the same lines. They think this abusive #behaviour is between husband and wife life. Therefore, my extended family never takes up this issue in a positive #manner."

She further added, "Madam, it takes so much time, energy, and #trust to build this bond between husband and wife. It is not easy for me to just let go of a life I have built with my husband. I forgive him for my kids. He is gradually improving. I hope one day he will completely give up his bad #habit and will admire my #patience.

I said to Geeta's mother, "If you think that by taking help from outside agencies, which are ready to help in such situations, your problem can be solved to some extent. I am ready to help you by providing the right information."

Geeta's mother said, "Thanks, madam, for thinking about my problem. I will work on finding a solution to the same and will be in touch with you to get help."

I saluted Geeta's mother for her immense #patience and courage she has acquired to #forgive her husband for his abusive nature. May God bless Geeta's Mother and family. I wish that may God gives her strength and courage to seek help from the concerned agencies to solve her problem."

There is no harm taking help from outside if one is in difficult situation of life Gathering courage is first step to do so.To do so first one must build confidence in her/ his personality.

One should seek help from others if possible to make the abuser go in the right direction.

Thin Line Between Pressure and Great pressure

My friend Asha was preparing for the NEET(National Entrance Test for MBBS). Examination. The whole family supported her in her dream college entry.

Asha's grandfather retired army office. He used to support Asha in her every activity, that is #academic and co-curricular activities.

Unfortunately, Asha could not pass the #NEET examination with good marks. She was unhappy about it.

Asha'a grandfather asked Asha "What is the reason you could not pass the NEET examination"

AshA said" Grandpa due to so much work #pressure in the form of assignments given by the coaching center. I used to get #confused."

Asha's grandfather introduced Asha to a family who had no #home. The family was putting up on #road. Grandpa gave that family some money for #food. Within a week the family was assigned a small #house also.

Asha was surprised at how much pressure the homeless #family was living under.

Asha's grandfather said" Look Asha these homeless people are under #pressure. You are given each #facility you asked for. You say I am under pressure."

Asha understood the meaning of pressure. For her second attempt to appear for the NEET examination, she worked hard. Asha came out of the NEEt examination with #flying colors. The whole family was happy for Asha.

MORAL -Real pressure in life is felt by those who do not know when and where their next #meal will come.

Reading Writing Skill

I am a science teacher in a government school. My friend Usha is a good primary teacher at our school. Usha and I strongly believe that to learn reading #writing skills is a must for #primary school kids. But to make little kids perfect in reading, writing, language, and using it in #expressing views and making arguments requires a lot of hard # persuasion and #motivation in primary school.

My experience tells. When parents support teachers in this effort, children come out of this exercise with flying colors.

Many parents do not realise the importance of reading and writing. They do not take this concept seriously and do not support teachers to a large extent.

I share my writing with my school students. I find it is a great way to teach them about writing. For example, I could write an essay containing intentional errors and then ask my students to find errors in my writing. The goal is to inspire them to write and understand that writing is a journey on which they may improve if they persevere.

Doing neat writing with proper use of #verbs, placing capital letters where required, putting commas and semicolons are different forms of little knowledge that primary school students should know while making use of language in reading and writing. Unfortunately, lots of students lack sufficient practice. Due to this, students remain not well #versed with the #art of ‘reading’ and ‘writing’. With this flaw, we are pushing ourselves and kids down the #ladder in personal and #professional life.

These are the 2 basic human activities, reading and writing, that are taught to us in #kindergarten; yet most people sadly #neglect them throughout their lives.

Person and personality

One day our spritual science teacher said "Dear students according to shrimad Bhagvad Gita our body is made of five gross elements ,earth water, air fire and ether .We are not owner of our body.In end of life journey our body get mixed in same gross elements.

I said "Therefore friends never try to live as person but as personality.World forgets persons but it never forgets personality that touches souls."

I further said "Person can live for 100 years and leave this world while personality can live for centuries ".

How to Achieve Success through World treasure

An important question many students ask very often, Where is the world treasure hidden?

Mohan said "Some people think it is hidden in #bank . Some think the world treasure is hidden in very #secret places which are not reach to the common man."

Sohan said " Some think the world's treasure is hidden in Mother Nature. Many think that world treasure is hidden in very specific places so that it could be away from the greed of the common man, and nobody could #steal that."

I said " Students but my view is different, world treasure is hidden in #books. So, please read good books whenever possible and get a chance. Books give you the treasure of the world in a #friendly way. They never get #annoyed while imparting #knowledge, which is a treasure of the world."

I further said"Books are of immense value as a source of knowledge, wisdom, and inspiration. They enrich our lives in many aspects: 1. by expanding our minds, 2. enhancing our creativity, 3. offering new perspectives. "

Radha said "Madam the above-listed three points make Books become real treasure of the world. They are just the first step to success, but books can not give one everything one needs to achieve. For book knowledge to work on a person/they need to take action. "

Moral-A book will never change a person's life, no matter how many of them one reads, until they make sense to the person and use that knowledge to improve his/her life.
