Chasing Relationship

I am a science teacher in a government school.

The other day, I was talking to my students about mental health issues. I said  "Psychiatric" refers to the branch of medicine dealing with mental disorders, and a psychiatric clinic, also known as a mental health clinic or hospital, is a specialized facility where psychiatrists and other mental health professionals diagnose and treat these conditions."

My friend Asha is a psychiatrist. She runs her own private clinic.

I had invited Asha to my school. I had a meaningful talk with Asha. The same I am listing below for my respected readers.

Asha said, " Dear friend, in my clinic, I see people chase all sorts of things. They chase the next big business venture that they wish in their dream of. Persons dealing in drugs are always looking/chasing for new drugs that will fetch them good money. Of course, for them, it is the big win. Some young boys and girls are always chasing the next great relationship, which they think will suit their dream parameters for a relationship."

I said " Dear Asha, chasing has been associated and correlated with a need for the hormone dopamine. But research findings suggest, the more we chase the more we want!. Since there is no saturation point in the process, you are always looking for more. This process never gives you a peaceful life."

Asha said, " Dear Madam, when chasing happens in a relationship, it is rarely a sign that you are part of a balanced and mutually satisfying relationship. Rather, it tends to be a symptom of imbalance. It is a   chaser who is in stress  and failing to see her/his own worth."

I said, " Dear Asha, I really wish I could persuade a few such people (chasers) to take control of their behaviour and channel their energy into relationships where there is no need for chasing. These are relationships that will nourish you and be reflective of your emotional investment."

Asha said, "In my clinical area of expertise, I find some customers believe in the phenomenon of chasing, which is highly destructive. A gambler enjoys the anticipation and buildup of the gamble, but most probably, most of the time, he/she ends up on a destructive path."

I said, "  Dear Asha, I think in case of a relationship, we must build our bridges and boundaries with Empathy, Humility, and Respect. Then only more dopamine will be recreated in the body, which will make us happy."

I further said, "To get more dopamine in the body, instead of chasing a person, we must work on our skills and use our energy in seeking good relationship traits in ourselves. That exercise will build a strong relationship  bridge."

Asha said, " Dear Madam, I often tell my patients that in case of building a relationship, every moment in life there is an opportunity to learn something new. Every day is a class that teaches you how to use a new tool, because life is a school."

I said, " Building relationships is a strange program that is messy and amazing, and equally filled with facts and untruths. "

Asha said, "We must know that relationships of value must be constructed on a strong and stable foundation. We have to feel like we are heard, and our partner is capable of giving us space. We have to know that if there is a problem, we can say what we need to say, without it ruining life."

Asha further said, "This is important to know that weak friendships have no future. If the foundation of relationships is weak, how can we expect our partner to be in our corner when we need them most? How can we expect them to give us the snacks we need to eat when we are hungry?

Moral - There is no point chasing people to build a relationship. Meaningful friendships must have a solid and strong foundation of empathy, humility, and respect.

Listening vs Reading

I am a science teacher in a government school.

To make my class interesting to students, I try my best to explain scientific facts to school students in the world of fiction. That is amazing for the teacher and the taught. Sometimes I could do it comfortably, but it needs more attention. Friends, please understand,  specific part of the regions of the brain is used for reading fiction. The same is involved in social understanding and storytelling.

One key area of the brain that benefits from reading fiction is the prefrontal cortex, located right behind your forehead. This region is crucial for higher-level thinking, like planning, decision-making, and understanding other people's perspectives. When we immerse ourselves in a novel, this part of the brain becomes more active.

https://share.google/5lcAAT3OiaD7Chn6Y

Nonfiction texts, on the other hand, rely on a brain network. Nonfiction tends to rely more on the prefrontal cortex of brain to process factual information and integrate it with existing knowledge. That's why reading fiction is easier than nonfiction texts."

I further said, "Neuroscience confirms it’s not just what we learn but how we engage with it that is important. "

My student Radhe said, "Madam, reading sharpens retention, while listening enriches emotional connection. Blending both feels like upgrading the brain’s learning software."

I said, " Dear students, reading matters a lot in the learning process. Even when listening is an option. Each activity offers something different, and they are not interchangeable."

I further said, "When you read, your brain is working hard behind the scenes. It recognizes the shapes of letters, matches them to speech sounds, connects those sounds to meaning, then links those meanings."

Radhe said, " Madam people often listen while doing other things, like exercising, cooking or browsing the internet — activities that would be hard to do while reading."

I further said, "Reading often wins for deep understanding, especially with complex or new topics. Listening works too, but reading lets you revisit, reflect, and hold onto ideas differently."

Radhe said, " Madam, when we listen, our ears receive sound stimuli, and our brain begins to interpret these sounds.Hence, listening is a process primarily involving the prefrontal cortex for complex cognitive functions. "

I said, "The Prefrontal cortex is the primary part of the brain responsible for processing sound and spoken language. Within the auditory cortex are the primary, secondary, and tertiary auditory areas, which handle different aspects of sound processing, such as pitch, music, and speech."

Radhe said, "Madam, it is very fascinating how our brains respond so differently to the two activities of reading and listening ".

I said, "Deep reading makes us more empathetic. As we let go of the emotional and mental chatter found in the real world, we enjoy deep reading that allows us to feel what the characters in a story feel. And this in turn makes us more empathetic to people in real life, becoming more aware and alert to the lives of

Moral - Reading and listening are important in the teaching and learning process. Both activities are connected to different parts of the brain. Both activities  mentioned  are not interchangeable.

Noise vs Silence

I am a science teacher in a government school. The other day, I was talking to my students about the difference between noise and silence.

My student Saroj said, "Madam, according to knowledge of physics, there is a big difference in frequency of 'noise' and the frequency of # 'silence".

I said, " Dear students, subject physics makes a distinct difference  in the frequency  of noise and the frequency  of silence." I further said, "When a person #hits another person with a stick, there is noise that is #generated. But when #God hits person  with a stick, there is silence or no noise created."

I further said, "Friends do take care of #bridges in life formed in terms of #relationship, #friendship and by keeping #promise. Please! Friends never break these precious bridges of life. If they happen to get broken in life in certain circumstances, they will not create noise in life. On the contrary, they will create silence in life. Which is very #painful."

Saroj said, "Noise is the presence of sound, typically perceived as loud, unpleasant, or disruptive, while silence is the absence of sound."

Rakesh said, " Noise is characterized by frequency and loudness, whereas silence is the state of having no or very low-intensity audible sound."

Saroj said, " While noise is often a disruptive external experience, silence offers an internal focus, promoting self-reflection and a deeper connection to one's internal processes."

I said, " Friends, when you are in silent mode, everything dissolves like snow on a mountain."

Rakesh said, " We need a place to be away from noise so that we can get peace in the inner world "

Saroj said, "In silence

The healing process begins

and creative thoughts  take their concrete path."

I further said, "Friends' silence is the language of God, and the divine enters us when we are in a silent mode. It illuminates our hearts.

Loud noise is harmful and can trigger stress responses and interfere with sleep and overall health. "

Moral -Silence is often sought for relaxation and focus, while noise can be stressful and tax our brains.

Silence is the language of God. While noise triggers stress.

Choosing Kindness

The other day, I was talking to my students about how to get our mindset for the act of kindness.

I said, " Friends we cannot control everything that happens to us, but we can control how we face it, and when things shake or become more complicated, we must always choose kindness and gratitude!"

I said, "Friends sometimes make mistakes about kindness. People  think that since a person is kind/they will let her/him self  get walked on by everyone.”

Sudesh said, "And on the opposite end, it’s easy to mistake 'only be kind to people who are kind to you' as 'give people the cold shoulder unless they earn your kindness!”.

I said, " Judge kindness by your energy. Invest where your energy will be put to use the best."

Ram Said, "I tend to invest in people until I realize that they aren’t interested in growing with me. I’ll have a conversation with him/her until I realize all he wants is an argument, then I’ll leave and go somewhere else. "

I said, "It’s not being 'unkind, ' it’s me reserving my energy for people who actually want to grow together."

I further said, "My main objective is to make sure another person’s lack of kindness doesn’t cause me to become hardened and unkind to others."

Radhe said, "It can happen very easily: You encounter a couple of cruel people here and there, you may conclude, 'People are just cruel!” And then you approach everyone with hard feelings, with anticipation of being abused by them, and you start spreading the same cruelty you’re trying to avoid. It’s a twisted cycle."

Rakesh said, "How to cultivate a kind mindset."

I said," Be kind to yourself."

Radhe said, "Extend the same compassion and understanding to yourself that you offer to others, especially during challenging times. But be careful! People may not take you for a ride, thinking that since you believe  in kindness therefore  you will get mistaken for their constructed  emotional  story."

I said, "Practice letting go of grudges to foster inner peace and kindness. "

Saroj said, "Madam, being kind to others gives you cool. When you help your friend, your happiness  will never end."

I said, "Every bit of kindness, like giving a smile or helping hand, etc., you give to others  one or other days will come back to you in one form  or another."

Moral -Kindness is a way of life. But be careful in the act of kindness, you do not get cheated. Cultivate the virtue of kindness by helping needed person at the right time.

Prerequiste of Smart Work

I am a science teacher in a government school. I am in charge of -curricular activities of the school.

The other day I met my old student Suman Dubey at a party. She said, "It is a world of science and technology. I believe in working smartly. Madam, I have been telling the same to my friend  Radha. But Madam Radha believes in working #hard. Madam, our #ideologies are different. "

I said, "Dear Suman, Radha is walking on #right path, and you are #illusioned by the path defined as working 'smart".

I further added"dear Suman! prerequisite of 'smart working' is -working #"irrationally" very hard. Walking on # 'hard-working' path is a fundamental  concept of every good worker."

I concluded and said, " Dear students, neither hard work nor smart work is inherently superior; they are complementary and equally vital for success. Hard work provides the foundation of dedication and experience, fostering skill development and resilience. Smart work adds strategic planning and efficient use of resources to maximize productivity and achieve optimal results."

Suman said, "The most effective approach involves combining both: using dedicated effort intelligently through smart planning to reach goals with less wasted effort and greater impact. The world appreciates smart work, but at the same time, hard work is also never depreciated."

My student Radhe said, "Sooner or later in my life, I will be acknowledged through my work as hard work pays off and smart work fades of."

I said, " Student taking inspiration from smart work, I sometimes teach by exposing students to practical skills and the real world. In this way of teaching, not only is theoretical knowledge given, but it also means that, apart from books and lectures, the student gets a chance to work in the actual work environment. According to me, this is a smart way of teaching."

Moral- The most effective path is often a combination of hard work and smart work. One can't work #smartly unless one has long experience of working irrationally very hard.Do you also believe  in smart way of working?

Company Product vs You

I am a science teacher in a Government school.

The other day I was answering to student's query. What is a good product of the company?

I said, " Dear students, your sweet humble#voice,  good #thoughts and your built-in relationship #bonds with others and loved ones are products of your own personality (company)."

I further said, "Friends, please #concentrate on the above all three stated products of your #personality.  The more you are #honest and #transparent  about them, in return you will become a brand in society and will get more #comfort in life."

My student Saroj said, " Madam, we must build a strong online presence through a website and relevant social media platforms, sharing valuable content and engaging with our client  network."

Sudha said, "I think we must  finally build a solid reputation by consistently showing up, providing value, and staying true to our authentic self to attract our desired audience and achieve our goals."

Radha said, " Madam companies create products, but customers create brands through their perceptions and experiences."

I further  said, "A company's product is a physical item, whereas a brand is an idea or set of associations stored in the consumer's mind. Students, your work ethic and execution of any project in life should be unique in a way that for  it is hard to copy. Then you will be on the path of becoming a brand."

Moral -Products of any commercial company are #sold in the market because it has #brand value. Same is applicable  to you. Please work on skills and traits in your personality, in the sense that it is almost impossible for others to duplicate your working style.

Are you going makeup free

I am a science teacher in a government school.

The other day, I was talking to my female students.

My student Radha said, "Madam, while makeup is not inherently negative, a period of going makeup-free can be a refreshing way to re-evaluate one's relationship with appearance and prioritize overall well-being and inner beauty. "

I said, "Students remaining make up free, you'll save time previously spent on applying and blending makeup. "

I further said," Students, please think about whether the use of makeup is truly for yourself or due to societal pressure or a perceived expectation. "

Saroj said, "Madam, my decisions to go make up free have built confidence in my natural self. I have come out of the shell of an external 'shield' or societal expectation."

Radha said, "My decision to go makeup-free has allowed me to re-evaluate my relationship with my appearance. I think by practicing the same, I can prioritize my overall well-being and inner beauty."

Nidhi said, "My decision to go makeup-free has helped me in regaining my skin's natural texture and tone."

Suman said, " Madam, for me to decide on going makeup-free has led me to seek a healthier and more radiant appearance."

Sohini said, "I'm glad I chose to escape makeup. It's bad for everyone's skin, and it's especially bad for mine. I still don't understand why women think they need it. If all women stopped wearing makeup, the makeup tax wouldn't exist. So, I often tell my friends, ladies, for the love of all that's good, STOP! wearing makeup."

I further said, "Without makeup and other cosmetic products, our pores of skin are less likely to get clogged, reducing breakouts and inflammation."

Sita said, "Going makeup-free  you can discover a more authentic sense of self, realizing that your value is not tied to how you look with it. It also becomes easier to track and manage your skincare routine when you aren't interfering with your makeup."

Moral -Going makeup-free gives you permission to explore and appreciate your natural look. You cultivate your inner qualities, like a "gentle and quiet spirit," which are of great worth. You save a lot of your precious time and money.

Mathematics of Relationships

I am a science teacher in a government school. The other day, I was talking to my students about the role of mathematics in day-to-day life.

Radha said, "The key factor is that to apply mathematics, the object has to be quantifiable. Which simply means it can be measured objectively to yield a numerical result? "

Sita said, " Radha, you are right. Goats can be #counted, and length can be measured. Angles of geometrical  figures, weight, direction, speed, and so on can be represented by a number and, therefore, treated mathematically."

Ashok said, " Even something that can be represented as yes/no or true/false can be treated with #logic and other means."

Sita said, " Emotions like love and hate are difficult to quantify. Emotion pain? Sometimes  doctor questions “Rate the pain you are feeling on a scale of one to ten,” which is awfully #subjective—more of an opinion than a number measurement. Ratings of this sort may be analyzed #statistically, but just because numbers come out doesn’t mean that the quantity itself is measured analytically."

I said, "Students, we can talk about relationship bridges in terms of mathematics, which is the language of science. "

Radha said, " Right, madam. Some people in a relationship give his/ her arguments as much length as possible, putting #limit of argument going to infinity. "

Some people in a relationship forgo his/her arguments as far as possible, putting a limit on forgoing to infinity."

Some people in a relationship  keep fighting

" I am( right.). You are wrong.(x) "

I further said, "Dear Students, above-listed three relationship  #equations are important. Since equations are three in number involving many variables and parameters, they are to be solved #empirically. In process due to limitations of the procedure to solve above mentioned equations, many relationships #breakdown.

Please, friends, do save Relationships in day to day life. They are like #bridges which help one in life. Keep in mind  above-listed three equations. Solve them with your brain and mathematical background to nurture your relationships.

Moral- Training in mathematical concepts helps one to solve day-to-day problems one encounters while building healthy relationship bridges.

Lesson from Nature

I am a science teacher in a government school. The other day, I was talking to students about how nature is a great teacher.

With the same thoughts, I was asleep. A healthy, beautiful horse  came to me and said, "Madam, I never drink dirty water."

I said, "Good information dear horse! It means we should drink water where you horses drink".

Then one cat came and said, "Madam, I love a calm and comfortable place to sleep."

I said, " Dear cat, it means we humans should always put our bed where  you sleep."

Gardner Ravi came and said, "I have brought the best fruit of the garden for you".

I said, " Dear Gardner, how did you identify the best fruits "

Gardner said," Madam, I have brought fruits which are touched but not penetrated by worms.  Madam, they are the ripest fruits on trees."

Mole came and said, "I have the capacity  to find fertile land, therefore I dig same."

I said, " It means we should plant trees  on the earth dug by you."

Big Snake came and said, "  I advise you that please build your home where I seek warmth, for I choose stable ground that will not collapse."

Bird came near me and said, "Please dig for water at the place where  I hide from the heat, or where I (bird) rest, as water lies beneath it. Please sleep and wake at the same time as we (birds). That is the path to success."

A wild animal came and said, "Please eat more vegetables. This good habit will make your legs strong and your heart resilient like mine. "

Then the fish came and said, "I am a fish. Please swim in water like me whenever you find time. You’ll feel on Earth as I(fish) feel in water..

I felt the vast sky was talking to me and said, " Please look at me(sky) as often as you can. Your thoughts will become bright and clear like mine."

I soon realized this dream is a lesson from nature.

Moral-Nature is a great teacher, and by observing nature, we can learn many meaningful and wise things that can make our lives comfortableIt is best to be near nature. Birds, fish, horses and cats wonderful living teach us many meaningful teachings that we should seek in life

Lotus flower and Karma

The lotus flower is a flower of an aquatic plant. But this flower plant always lives and flourishes in #dirty water. But its flower lotus # characteristics are much different from dirty water.

The question is why lotus flower is different in so many ways? The answer is this beautiful flower, each part, petal, seed,  root and underground stem is used for the welfare of #mankind and many times is used for medicinal purposes. Lotus flower contains #flavonoids and # quercetin -have anti-inflammatory effects. That's why it is our national flower (India).

Friends be like  #Lotus flower. Do positive karmas and your #karmas should not only aim for your personal  #benefit. You should rise above your vested interests and do positive karmas to help each #individual of society.

Remember, friends, you are #part of society. If the society in which you live remains happy and prosperous, you will also remain happy,  safe and prosperous.

In mathematical language, let A # represent society. It is #subset of the bigger B set which represent country. An Individual, is an #element in A subset representing society.

Moral -Country is bigger than society. Society is bigger than the individual. All the Karmas of each individual  should aim to help society. Are you also performing karma to help society.?

My mother was a very simple and wise lady. She used to teach me many tricks of the trade for managing day-to-day life. She used to give me a lot of good advice, also. I was not mature enough to understand that my mother's advice is so #golden. I did not listen to any advice my mother used to give me with all love and #affection. I never thought her advice about day-to-day life could be so # valuable.
My friend Sushma used to say, "Madam Advice provided by mother is guidance and suggestions, is bestas mother experience is the direct, practical therefore offers firsthand knowledge and wisdom."
Sushma said, "Madam, while advice can save time and offer shortcuts, our personal experience provides a deeper understanding, fosters resilience, and develops practical skills. Both are equally important." I further said, "Sushma Experience is considered the ultimate teacher, shaping one's practical skills and personal wisdom in a way advice alone cannot do so". My student Sanju said, "Madam, I thought since my mother is not a technical person therefore her advice could not be up to that level, that not listening to them I would miss something in #life. I wish I were wise enough to understand that life is not a bed of roses, and sometimes life could be so #complicated also."
I said "Friends after joining a job, I regret it like anything. Why did I not #incorporate my mother's advice in day-to-day life?"
I further said, "Friends, after I got #married, I remembered each word of my mother's advice. Alas! I was more careful about the advice given by my dear mother. I soon realised mothers are angels. Friends, my sincere advice is never make the mistake of not listening to your mother's valuable advice.I hope you are not making same mistake which I did by not listening to my mother advice.
Moral-Sad experiences of life teach you how important and relevant your mother's advice was.Your Experience in life is your firsthand Experience. Advise given by any well wisher is second hand Experience. Both are equally important. Best to concentrate on both in life to get peace in life. Sukarma Thareja

Are you in cage

I am science teacher in government school. My brilliant student Krishna was always interested in #higher education. One day I met her in educational conference.
I said "Krishna how come you are here teaching in school. You got #scholarship to do Ms degree in foreign country."
Krishna said"you are right madam. It so happened, my husband got study #visa to go abroad, but unfortunately I could not get visa ,as authorities turned down my request for same. That was bad time for me. I very much wanted to study more, but somehow things were not in my favor. I was not wise also as I did not have B #plan ready for me. Madam my in laws family is little orthodox and #traditional. In spite of my request to let me go for #computer course , my in laws family did not agree for same.Their argument was institution for computer course is far off.
I started missing my #higher study circle of my college friends. Most of my female friends near by my house had no idea of what they are doing."
I said"right Krishna, If you look at the people in your #circle and you don't get #inspired as it was situation with you, you feel you are in #cage."
Krishna said"very right madam. To avoid that cage I joined #school teaching near by my house. My husband will be back in year or so. I am hoping sincerely things will improve. If God is with me, I may get #opportunity to go for higher education."
I said" best wishes dear Krishna. Have faith in yourself and all mighty. Things will definitely come in your favor."
Moral - hard work and positive thinking is key to success.

Life at age Sixty Seventy and Eighty

Sometimes my friends do ask me simple questions How is  #life going, madam?

My submissions are as follows

Friends at age 60, the workplace #eliminated me. I didn't cling to the mindset of superiority and let go of my  #ego. I accepted this fact peacefully. I became an ordinary person.

At 70, #society (people out of my workplace)eliminated me. I did not feel uncomfortable. I accepted this fact.

At 80, I am living with my children and grandchildren.  I do interact with them. My grandchildren are becoming older and busy with their studies, therefore  I have less chance to #interact with them. I do not feel #sad about it. I have #accepted this way of my life. Friends, I know that at the end of my #journey of life, this is the best possible #optimum path that I am blessed with. I am blessed and fortunate, I am #walking on the same.

But friends, I do remember that only thing that won't #eliminate me from my #heart is #God. God is eternal. At the end of my journey here on earth, I shall return to him with #accounts of how I lived my life. I am grateful to him for all his #blessings.

My humble suggestion to my young friends  is  please

2. Meet #Him(God) more often,

3. #Communicate with Him more,

4. Obey His #orders, and

5. Maintain your #presence with Him

Friends always remember, while our bodies are still capable, live life to the #fullest!. Worship God in truth and in spirit. Be #kind to others and do #justice whenever you get the opportunity to do so. And then there will be no #regrets living out our lives for Him!.

Moral -True #dialogue with #almighty everyday takes out all dust from the soul. Therefore never miss to have dialogue with him even if you are extremely  #busy.

Importance of Aha Moments

I am a science teacher in a government school. I am in charge of -curricular activities of the school. I always advise my students to share a-ha moment of their life experience in the form of story. If you put that experience in writing in the form of a story, that will be the best #creative writing. This experience of creative writing will give you wisdom.
I said, "Dear students, your life is packed with thousands of 'a-ha' moments when you realize something has changed. For example, those moments you can experience in a science lab, the kitchen and on travel trips.
 1. Scientist in science # labs whether they get new observations in their executed experiments, they experience "a-ah" moments. 2. Home makers also get "a-ha" moments when they are trying new recipes in their #domestic lab.
 3. Travellers do experience "a-ha" moments when they find the shortest way to reach their destination. I further said, "Friends, those 'a-ah' experiences are your pearls.
Please do bubble up story out of a -' -ah-ha' moments and jot it down also so that others can benefit from the same." I further added, "Please, students, do work to structure these 'a-ha' moments so that it shows transformation, and enjoy the reflection that the event brings you."

My student Suman said, "An aha moment is handled by a sudden burst of high-frequency brain waves in the right temporal lobe of the brain."
I said "The right temporal brain is located on the right side of our head, extending backward behind the ear.It plays key role in memory".
I further said, "Aha moments are moments of sudden insight. You often experienced periods of confusion .These moments provide clarity, which can lead to lasting changes in behavior. Moral-Aha moments are very creative, and they create motivation and positivity in personality.

Are You Schooling Yourself

Are you Schooling Yourself

Education and #schooling are considered to be #overlapping concepts. But they are not. Schooling is different  from education.

Some times informal education can enrich your personality more than formal education  which you get in temples of education like school- college.-institute of higher learning. Persons who have never seen school in life can also be highly educated. Their positive  mentality, strict routine of life, positive karmas, good intentions for every action   make them highly educated.

Awareness  of #surroundings, how and why society is behaving in certain patter can educate people  and make them #wiser than people who have got formal school- college education from highly reputed institutes of #learning.

Now a days we are living in digital world. You can get educated by knowing nswers to many difficult  questions.Answers to these difficult  questions can be found by Guru #Google. It is not only google answers to required questions but it can answer your questions  as #deeply as one wishes to go.

Another way to find answers to desired questions  can be found through #reading books. Friends please make habit of visiting near by #library. This habit of reading books will impart you #informal eucation.Knowlege which you get by #reading  books  will help  you in long run and will make you wiser.

Once you are surrounded by stack of books you are in dream land of #books. Good books are like good #friends. They clear your fundamentals  to large extent. Good books make you down to #earth person. They make your thinking #crystal clear. In other words #schooling through library books takes you to another level and it is different  from schooling at #formal school/college/University.

Another way of informal  education  is to get engage with peers, such as joining clubs, online communities, or participating in local activities, to develop social skills and networks

Informal  education  through Self-learning requires a high level of motivation and self-discipline to stay on track and achieve your goals.

While it can be challenging, many successful individuals have taken non-traditional paths, so it’s certainly a viable option if approached thoughtfully.

Moral - One can get education through many different  ways . Formal education one can get  through school- college. One can get informal education by  searching answers to questions through google in internet and making habit of regular reading in library.

Rings tune

Rings are prerequisite- to hear #sound from bell.

Someone's singing is prerequisite  to evaluate a particular #tune of creator.

Similarly hidden feelings has no value unless expressed with open  #heart. Expressed feeling  can do #magic in some ones life.

Please make sure to express hidden feeling with open heart to make yourself light and peaceful.

Moral -Ring the bell to enjoy sound coming  from #bell. Sing a #song to appreciate tune of creator. Express your #hidden feeling with open heart and #enlighten path of wisdom.

Visiters to home

Every house can be converted into #"sweet home " by people who live in that house.

Every "sweet home"  has unique #heart beat.

Many outside  people   visit  "sweet home" very often. Visiting people  are like #rivers and if they wish they can /can't take every advise  given to them by people living in "sweet home". This is because visiters to home  have  different  heart beat frequency compare to heartbeat frequency of "sweet home".

Hence there is no #guarantee  "sweet home" can  make visiters to home  as part  of "sweet home".

Therefore friends while  taking important decisions in life  it is not always #advisable to take help of visiter  of "sweet home".  Better look #inside(your sweet home heart beat) for best possible  results. Are you also taking help of visiting your home.

Control Your Input

Digital world has given two special words :input and output to common man of our country.

Question  is what are necessary  inputs one should concentrate  to make oneself better person.

My submissions  are Following

We have  become accustomed to the instant use of #social media, and are happy with constant feedback and interaction.

According to me good input for youngesters is to read good #books instead of passing time on whatsapp and social media.

Junk unhealthy food is popular  with young generation. #Junk food is tasty as it contains chemical which releases brain chemical #dopamine  and creats feeling  of pleasure. Hence one feel like taking more of junk food. This is not good for person interested  in keeping  good #health. Therefore  my humble  request to young generation is to avoid junk food and concentrate  on #home made food.

My humble request  to all who aspire  to do positive  in life is to concentrate  on  company/ friends you spend time. #Good friends are like good #teachers.

Other input which contribute in making  better version of oneself is  adopting good #habits in life, like doing physical exercise/yoga everyday.

Another important  input is to #conserve your energies. Do not spend your energies  on negative karmas. Concentrate  on positive  karmas. Are you also spending your energy  in positive karma?

Dynamics that Benefit both giver and taker

Sometimes  students  are curious  to know dynamics of #culture which benefits both  giver and taker.

My submissions  are Following

I am science teacher  in government government  school.

In my work place our respected principal madam recognizes and #praises the hard work and a chievements of each teacher.Teachers feel #valued and motivated. It benefit giver(principal madam ) and taker (teachers)

I strongly believe #acknowledging and praising our #loved ones for their positive qualities and actions can strengthen the bond between us and our loved ones and creates #supportive and loving dynamic. It benefits giver us and taker( loved ones).

As teacher I believe recognizing students' efforts and #accomplishments helps them feel more engaged and invested in their academic pursuits, leading to improved performance and a positive Attitude. It benefits giver (teacher) and taker(student)

In end I conclude : overall, being #generous with our praise and appreciation can have a profound impact on #relationships, work dynamics, and personal #growth. It builds a culture of positivity, #encouragement, and appreciation that benefits both the giver and the recipient. It creats #win-win situation.

Moral -Showing appreciation and admiration for our friends, #family members, and acquaintances can #strengthen our relationships bonds and create a sense of connection and goodwill.

Destress Yourself

am school teacher.I am happy with my students. Students now understand that it is very essential to #distress oneself.

Students  now have many different  ways to distress themselves  They do healthy activity like attending #yoga class regularly which give him/her opportunity in health awareness.

I know many female students who are seriously involved in #meditation, nurturing their spritual needs which help them to do hard jobs assigned to them at private companies.

Many students  play certain #specific game in sports club. This reset their creative energies to higher levels and place the group of students at same #wavelength.

Students now don't watch TV and do Whats up for long hours. They donot prefer to drink alcohol at #night pubs. They wish to do activities to connect with all members of the group.

Many students  do #creative pottery craft, water painting, cycling, swimming, walking and creative  writing etc. and #detox their negative  energies and always feel energetic.

I am so happy about my students  who are active in #detoxifying  themselves through their social activities. They are utilising their time and energies in #positive  activity. Are you also involved in activity which help you to detoxify yourself.

If you like my blog please do follow the same.
