Is Saying Sorry is Defence Mechanism

Many people use  the word "sorry" during day-to-day #conversation is very #popular among people. When someone says sorry, that person owns #responsibility of making mistake. Nobody is perfect in this world. Everyone shares their own struggle. During the process, one #makes mistakes example some sometimes in giving information. Sometimes not prompt in replying #queries being asked.

It is good to say sorry for owning one's mistake. It will be good if one further asks how I can rectify my mistake. This kind gesture creates goodwill and an opportunity to learn good lesson of not repeating the same mistake.

Some people are a little different; for them, saying sorry is routine. They think that by saying sorry, they can pacify the situation and hence can move forward. They never work on that mistake they did so that it is not repeated. In other words, saying"sorry" is defense mechanism for them. They think this is a practical approach to life.

But I think it is better to work on oneself and not to repeat the same mistake. Learning from # mistakes is #treasure that one gets from various #experiences of life. Saying sorry is an opportunity to #learn by being humble and showing positive #sentiment to others that I am embarrassed for my mistake. If you are using the word sorry for defense mechanism, you are making a fool of yourself, not of any other person in life.
