One day one student asked me"madam which is the #highest treasure in one's life"

                    

      I said "dear student #'good thoughts'   are biggest treasure of one's life.  Money and #power can take one person on wrong path if one does not do #introspection.But one's good thoughts will always inspire one for  thoughtful #karma(actions) '. 

      I further said" Other biggest treasure in one's life is "experience of life".#Experience  got by facing hard life make one very #strong. It is also true some times experience in one's life is stronger than #advise one gets in life.Sometimes one understand difficult concepts of life by #facing life but not through somebody's teaching.Therefore one should never feel scared of getting experience in life. Going through  experience one gets sacred and precious teachings in one's life. 

Moral of story -experience is greater teacher compare to  advise taken from senior person in life.

Little Quanta activity--

 I am teaching in school. I always tell to my students"please do not look for big occassions to find joy in life. One can be happy with small joy in life"Donate to a cause or organization that aligns with your values.

One student said"I perform acts of kindness such as paying for food of street children. "

One girl student Nidhi said"madam some time I listen actively and empathetically to my domestic help who needs support"

I said"This act of Kindness simulate the release of dopamine and oxytocin which are known as feel good hormons leading to increase of joy in life. It also reduces stress. All these small act of kindness give strong connection in relationship also. It also give one sense of purpose and fulfillment in life. It also create supportive environment in one's life. "

Moral of story-please believe in small joy in life and one day you will find a surprise of big joy in life.

Mother Daughter Dream

I felt asleep. An old lady came in my dreams. I said"oh dear mom, I always used to make fun of you but when I see my self into mirror I find you in me. I fondly remember you very often when you used to be strict with me to inculcate good working habits in me. I used to fight with you for small things. Now I realise mom how wrong I was when I used to miss behave with you. ".

I distinctly remember when ever I will go out for my academic achievement outside home. How worried you were for same. I always used to think it is your immaturity to do so. Now after twenty years I am sailing in same boat. Thanks mom for being so kind and considerate with me. Every cell of my body is so much indebted with your love, affection and sacrifice. I wish I could face you in person. But I know that is never going to be so. It's just a dream for me. 

Moral of Story-Mothers are blessing. Please respect them. 

Do you Wish to be Popular

 My students always talk to me about concept of popularity. One student said "to become popular one should have bent mind of helping people in need of time. "

I said "popular persons are fond of celebrating one's friend success. They are very positive persons. They are large hearted and always look toward benefit of group and are not confined to own benefit. "

One student said"madam they are always on wheels and are always interested in finding amicable solution to group problems."

I said"yes dear student, they are always ready to do extra work to make their mission successful "

Student said "they are true leaders and

down to earth persons. They never boast about their personal success. They are ready to embrace change in society and find positivity in same. People ❤ them for their capacity to find positivity in odd circumstances. They are role model of society. They inspire young minds through their actions".

Are you being Practical?

  I was waiting to go home, at metro station. I met my old student he said" Madam when we were teen ager we were so close to our friends. Even at home I used to share every small challenges in my life with my parents. But now a days things are much different"Why it is so is big question. 

I said "at that time no face book, no smart digital phone and no whatsup. Only medium of communication was letter writing. People were able to share emotions very effectively. Distance relationship were maintained so well. Unfortunately it is not soso now a days".

Yes you are right my student. I said" The reason behind this is that every one is being very practical these days. That is why there is less respect to emotions now days. Thanks to science-technolgy and information technology "

Give Surprise ti your Child

 When my child was small he was so happy to get Christmas gift as he always thought that Santa brought that gift for him at night. Same he was always happy to get birthday gift. He was not excited to know when that gift was brought by his parents. 

Now he is old enough to understand many things in life. If I bring any gift for him to give him a surprise the big puzzle is where to keep that gift. 

To solve that problem from store I buy empty boxes where it is written 1.groceries 2.vegan

3.toilet paper 4.woman hygiene and keep in my kitchen store. In one of these boxes I hide my child surprise gift. 

I am so happy to share this simple trick with my esteem readers for their kind reference. This really helps in maintain ing happiness, curosity in life. One never get bored in life. 

Moral of story -small creative tricks

 really help one to create happiness in each sphere of life.

Advise Give -Take

My friend Nita joined as bank officer in bank. Other bank officer who joined with her were very hesitant to interact with clerks of bank. My friend never discriminated if one is bank officer or clerk. She got very valuable avises from her juniors which she implemented when needed. 

Other officers found it difficult to handle many bank problems. They were good in giving advises to clients in bank. 

Taking advise from junior or senior is not easy task. Some times communication skills of clients are not up to mark, so giving them advise sometimes become messy task

One must remember if you are giving advise to client

1.client must have good hearing capacity

2 client must have good communication skills to put forward his problem. 

3.it should be made clear to client it is not necessary that client should follows his advise. 

4.client is only one who knows his needs and problems.

Is it Difficult to say No?

 My friend Mini was teaching in private school. Mini was recently married. Her in laws family was very helpful and cooperative. 

Mini's mother in law was to go for wedding in different city. Before booking air ticket she checked with Mini, if she has some important assignment in school. Mini said"as if now she does not have any important duties to be performed in school." Mini's mother in law made all arrangements for her travel. 

It so happened school inspection dates were announced and they were same when Mini's mother in law was suppose to travel. 

My friend Mini was so confused she phoned me and said "madam I am encountering a difficult situation. My school inspection date is same as that of my mother in laws planed date to travel to different city. How will my mother in law take it if I tell my mom in law that I can not take leave from school as it is inspection of school. "I said" Yes Mini it is very difficult and tricky situation, but some time one has to take strong decision and for you it is to convey to your mother in laws I can not take leave from school  is difficult".

Mini was concerned how will she be taken for saying " No" in laws family. She felt lot of concern as she was very new at her in laws place. It so happened some how her husband was also not willing to come in this issue. 

Mini took a decision of saying "no".Initially her decision was taken in bad taste, and for that she had to face unpleasant situations. Gradually things improved. I am  happy that today Mini is being considered as responsible teacher at school. Even at her in laws family she is respected. I am so so happy for her. 

Moral of Story-Some time one has to take hard decision of saying " No", when one is expected to say "yes".

मैं स्कूल में साइंस टीचर हूं। मैं  विज्ञान का इतना आनंद चाहता हूं कि मैं चाहता हूं कि विज्ञान से प्यार करने वाले प्रत्येक छात्र को सीखने, वैज्ञानिक या इंजीनियर, डॉक्टर या यहां तक ​​कि एक अच्छा नागरिक वैज्ञानिक बनने का अवसर मिले। मेरा दृढ़ विश्वास है कि हमारे छात्रों को वह हासिल करना चाहिए जो वे जानते हैं कि वे क्या सही कर रहे हैं, या गलत हैं। वही STEM (विज्ञान, प्रौद्योगिकी, इंजीनियरिंग, गणित) को मान्यता प्राप्त करने के लिए सीखना और अध्ययन करना आवश्यक है।

विद्यालय में माध्यमिक स्तर पर समस्या उत्पन्न होती है। छात्रों को गणित बहुत कठिन और सारगर्भित लगता है। गणित के लिए बहुत अधिक अभ्यास और कड़ी मेहनत की आवश्यकता होती है। उस स्तर के छात्र इसके अधिकारी नहीं होते हैं। जिन लोगों को गणित में अच्छी दिशा मिलती है, वे एसटीएम में गहराई तक जाने में रुचि रखते हैं। 

कुछ सैमुअल लोग यह नहीं समझ पाए कि माध्यमिक स्तर पर गणित में वे कंप्यूटर विज्ञान और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी में गणित अच्छा नहीं हो सकता। गणित की गहन जानकारी न होने के कारण वे STEM प्रोजेक्ट्स में बहुत पीछे रह जाते हैं। 

मैं विज्ञान शिक्षक के रूप में अपने विद्यार्थियों को गणित का महत्व सिखाता हूँ। सौभाग्य से मेरे छात्र स्टाईम कॉलेज में अच्छे हैं और वे सकारात्मक तरीकों से राष्ट्रीय निर्माण में योगदान दे रहे हैं।

Eating Habit and Culture.

 I am teaching in school. The other day I was talking to students in school. 

One student said "madam we Indians eat our food dal, chapati, rice, vegetables on dinning table. Chapati we eat with hand fingers. But while eating rice I use spoon. " .Other student Padma said"We South indians eat mixed dal rice with hands. We do not eat with spoon. Other student Chang Chinese) said "madam

 our stapel food is also rice but we use chopsticks 🥢 to eat that. We are comfortable with that".

I said" Dear student every country has its own  culture of eating 🍲. Each culture has positive points. It all depends on climate, weather and temperature of that country. I as indian prefer to eat dal roti, and rice with hand fingers. But I don't think involving palm of hand while eating is good habit. I involve my right hand while eating and left hand I keep free to displace bowl of eatables near me Or far from me. In this procedure of eating I find lot of satisfaction. Moreover my hand knows how much food my mouth can accommodate. These are  positive points I find in my culture style of eating Therefore I recommend to others."

I further said"chopsticks are good but when I eat rice with their help , it is convenient for me but it does not give me that satisfaction when I eat  my food with help of fingers of hand. "

Moral of story-Some Indian food give one lot of satisfaction when eaten with fingers of hand.

Artist with canvas of heart and spirit

 I am teaching science in Govt school. My friend Shradha is art teacher. For open house activity of school she organised big exhibition of different art which she has been teaching. It was all wow wow for our students whose hand is so clean and perfect in various art forms. Some painting were so good and real as if they

will speak very soon. There were painting with sketch pen and crayons. 

Many students have  taken water colour as medium. Other students loved to oil colours. Many students have chosen art collage as form of their expression. Many have put painting in form of digital collage. My science students have expressed many concept of chemistry as digital collage. It was fun to see different students involvement in different art form. 

I met head girl of school who was supervising students and helping Visitors in case they had some queries. I

 asked Nilima please tell me name off artist who used heart and spirit as her/his expression medium. Neelima was confused. She had no answer---. I said"Neelima a sincere teacher is an artist who uses her/his spirit and heart to make art with different talent of her/his student. 

Neelima had big smile on her face and said"right madam teachers are biggest artist who used hear and spirit as medium of expression of their sry form.

Opportunity to vote

 Other day I was talking to student about our country India democracy. Students who voted for first time showed me their finger marked with blue ink. I asked"what is meaning of getting your finger colored with blue ink".I said"it is not part of procedure of democracy only but something more than that. "

One student said"we are in process of selecting our leader".Other student said"but madam leader we select should have good vision of how to make our country grow in prosperity. "Another student said" Madam we should choose our leader who does not believe in corruption ".I said very good students the bases of good democracy is intelligent participation by every one".One student said" Madam free bee policy is going to make our citizen lazy"

This can only be implemented if everyone work with one's wisdom. I said" One should consider oneself lucky if one gets opportunity to vote for choosing leader of country. This unique opportunity is time to celebrate.The celebration is complete only when one gets right kind of leader who is working 24x7 for country. I wish all of us work toward this goal".

Moral of story - In democracy though it may seem getting fingure colored blue is significant but intelligent participation by every one for betterment of country should be converted to voting is very important.

 Other day I was talking to my student. One student was so much excited about artificial soft ware he said"madam with science technology and artificial soft ware around one can get results over night"

I said"please don't be confused that is not realistic statement dear student. Even with good Artificial intelligence software of science technolgy one gets good results overtime not  over night. There fore please be consistent in your hard work and work with honesty  and patience to get desired results. "

Recipe to make Good Friends

 The other day I was talking to my students. One student asked me very valid question. Madam how to make good friends. Please tell us recipe to make good friends. 

I said"students I will give you small but effective recipe for same. To start with give importance to everyone who so ever you meet or interact. Irrespective of one you meet is small, big or rich or poor. Gradually you will observe some friends will stand with you in your thick and thin circumstances. Consider them as your good friend. Other friends will not stand with you in odd circumstances. They are friends whose behavior teach you many things in life. 

Moral of story-please give importance to everyone in life.

How creativity bring happiness

 I am school teacher. It is always fun to do creative activities with help of students. Which ever activity we organise in school like debate ,poem recitation or essay writing I always had pleasure of assessing creative enteries

I have read that creativity in any field improves happiness and well-being of person. Creative experience triggers the brain’s reward system, which produces dopamine, a neurotransmitter and hormone that elevates mood, motivation, and focus. One will just notice the pure joy of creating something. In my experience when I do science arts writing my heart gets filled with gratifying experience and I have unique experience of wonderful joy. 

Moral of story- To get unique creative

 happiness one should explore and

 adventure in creative activities.

 Other day I was talking to my students one student said"madam birth is start of life, which one give first experience of "time" Tag but it has no prize written on it. 

Other student said "as one moves on with life, one does make beautiful  creative thing in form of work and utility".I said that is  "art of life" and it has tag of making strong health but certainly health also has no prize tag on it. 

Another student said" in life one make strong relationship "I said relationship also has no prize tag on it. "

Moral of story-Time, health, relationship has no prize tag but when one loose them one realises worth of same.

Regret-Anxiety-Gratitude -handle them

 I am teaching in school. The other day I was talking to my student Ankita. She said"madam I always feel that getting married at younger age was my fault. I surrendered in front of wishes of my parents. I should have expressed my true feelings to my parents, but somehow I didn't. ".I requested Radha please dont be anxious about her future, as no amount of anxiety can change one's future. Radha please concentrate on present and develop good habit of showing gratitude. This habit can change

her present. Radha followed my request. I am happy she is leading a happy married life. 

Moral of Story

No amount of regret can change past, no amount of anxiety can change one's future. But any amount of gratitude can change present. Please concentrate on gratitude and be a better person

Is Time important in life.

 I am teacher in school. I am very particular about problems, assignment which I give to students after I finish one chapter or important concept which I taught. That give me idea how to go about teaching my next lesson. 

Some of students like Rakesh, Anil and Radha I must say are very prompt in reporting home work assignment. Therefore I discuss the same and clear their doubts and that help me taking next step in teaching. 

There are some students like deepak, chanda they are not serious about same. 

When I ask them reason for not doing homework in time. They simply say"madam I didn't get the time"

I always advise those students that it is not a question of time. You lack in skill of utilisation of time. Please concentrate on utility of time. 

Moral of Story

It is not time that make person successful rather it is good use of one's time that make person successful.

Family Body soul

I was teaching science in school.In co curricular activity class,our guest speaker Mr Nandi talked to students about concept of  #body -soul-  peace.He also talked to student about karma theory described in Hindu epic #Shrimd Bhagavad Gita.All teachers were very happy as students asked so many questions about good- bad #karma.We thanked our guest speaker for excellent spiritual talk which enlightened students as well teachers.

Mr Nandi made me think hard about karma theory of Hindu epic Gita. I came back from school and before sleeping I wrote small poem remembering my  mother.Poem "Family-Body-Soul-Peace" I pasted the same on notice board of school for students to read.The same I am listing below for my esteem readers.

Family-Body-Soul

 

For my mother ,her family  is her soul .

Whole day she works without stop any,

For family and #extended family,

 Her noble deeds keeps her soul,

 In #equilibrium with her physical body,

 Her actions #propagates peace,

 In each family member soul,

She seeks blessings from God,

  Which acts as #catalysis positive,

Turns around prosperity,

 In life of each member of joint family,

Gives  peace of mind ,integrity,

and purpose of living to entire family.

Similarly May God initiate world peace,

In world family ,where all live,

 Harmoniously with   #neighbors,

Respecting all sentiments around them.
