Let me go

My cousin Asha lives in a foreign country. Her parents used to live in India. Asha will call her parents every month. With time, Asha became busy with her in-laws' family and children. She used to call her parents on the phone after two months.

One Sunday, Asha called her parents on the phone. It so happened that her #mother picked up the phone. Up to Asha's surprise, her mother was in a totally different #mood. Asha was confused to hear what her mother was talking about on the phone.

Asha's Mother said, "Dear Asha, I have come to #end of my life journey road. I am so happy you are doing well in your life. Please keep working hard #honestly".

Asha, "What are you saying, Mom? Why are you so different today?".

Mother said, "My life sun is going to #set very soon. Please stop worrying about me. Please do not #remember me very often. I know you are missing me. I request you, please do not #gloom when I leave this world. Rather feel happy, a noble soul is #set free. Remember the #love and heart-to-heart talks we shared."

Asha said, "Mom, you are in my heart, and even though you are so far from me, you are there every #moment  with me."

Mother said, "My child, you know that this #last journey I have to take #alone."

She further said, "Dear Asha, take care of your family. When you feel #lonely and #sick at heart. Please visit to dear friends who know me and share all the lovely #memories of things we used to do as mother-daughter duo. Please do not miss me. In doing so, you will not let me go #peacefully".

It was time for Asha to prepare to go to school. Alarm bell was ringing. Asha Woke up. At the same time, a phone call came from India, "Mother is #no more!. She is set for her #last journey".

Asha's ear could not believe her ears. Echoes of her words in her dream"#Miss me not, my child. Let me go #peacefully home."

A moral person's life journey is full of ups and downs. Everyone's last journey is unique in the sense that one has to travel #alone in that journey.

Revised Learning through Hardships

I am teaching science in a government school. Sumitra is our #old student. She came to school to attend the #alumni Association function. I was so happy to meet her after a long time. Sumitra is a special #student in the sense that she is married to the most sincere #IAS officer of the country. So whenever school has some #administrative problem, Sumitra's generosity always helps the school with some #amicable solution.

Sumitra said, "Madam, I am very happy with my life. My children are doing well in life. I have one big #regret in life that is after marriage, I resigned from a #good job(lecturer ship). I never thought any time to #increase my skills after marriage. If I wanted, I could have done so. I was #misguided by my own thoughts that I would get the respect of the chief guest's wife, then where is the need for #working hard? But madam, I no longer enjoy that. I regret that I myself lost my #identity because I was scared of facing a little # hardship. Now I know madam hardships make women #strong. I started enjoying my comfort zone. I remember you, Madam Sukarma(sukarma.thareja.knp@gmail.com ), so much. You strongly #advised me not to forgive my #identity and to make sure you add some #technical skills to your personality. Madam, I was ignorant and never thought of your advice #line of thinking. Time lost can never #come back. "

I said, "It's ok, Sumitra, one can never walk in time, which is #gone. Since you are relatively free now still you can still search for an #activity that gives you satisfaction. Please #work on that if possible."

Sumatra said, "Believe me, Madam Sukarma. It's so nice to do a # heart-to-heart talk with you. I have very few people in my life with whom I can do so. It has given so much #relief and peace today. "I blessed Sumitra from the core of my heart and wished for her a successful and peaceful life. " I was also very happy to be part of Sumitra's conversation, and I could make her a little distressed.

Day Dreaming diabetic Friendly dish

When I was a small child, I used to # daydream a lot. Sometimes I will #share my day #dreams with my sister. She thought # daydreams would not let #daydreamer focus on the goals of life.

Once at my aunt's house in #Gujrat, I saw #raw dates. I noticed nobody was able to #relish them as they are a bit #bitter in taste. While walking in the garden, I had a daydream about #raw dates. It gave me #creative idea that since raw dates are #alkaline in nature and have less sugar # content, therefore sweets made from them will be #diabetic friendly.

I went to the kitchen and mixed milk with small pieces of #raw dates and also mixed some #dry fruits and boiled the milk mixture till it #thickened, and with the help of coconut powder, I made a sweet laddoo. Everyone relished sweets. I said, "Aunty, this sweet is #diabetic friendly as the sweet #content is less and #organic in nature.

Everyone was surprised by how I got #idea of such a good #recipe. I said, "All this is because I daydream. "

Moral- Daydreaming makes one very #creative and #productive.

Eclipsed Relationships

I am a science teacher in a government school. In my # extracurricular class, I asked my students, "What do you understand by #developed/developing the nation?"

Students came out with many interesting #answers. One student said, "A developed nation has a good #economy, #average income per resident is reasonably good. "Another student said," Madam, #infrastructure in developed nations is run by #advanced technology. Robots do much work in factories. "

I said, "Dear students, today I am going to talk to you about another dimension of a developing/developed nation. #India is not considered a developed nation because there is vast income #inequality among citizens of our country. Moreover over there is a lack of #educational opportunities for citizens. "

I further said, "In India, there is a growing trend of people migrating from villages to #urban areas.

There is a lack of employment opportunities among qualified citizens; therefore, in a family unit, #husband and wife are not able to find jobs in #same cities. This arrangement is making #split in families. Children of these families grow up with #different value system. Due to the same reason, children of one family are #residing too far away from their #parents. Due to these arrangements, there is a feeling of insecurity among citizens. Sometimes  you find relationships  are eclipsed.

All above mentioned questions make one think what do we mean by a developing/developed nation.

How to find work-life balance in a developing/developed nation is a big question. To find A satisfactory answer to this question, we still have to find

Act of self creation

The language we cultivate within ourselves becomes the invisible architecture of our reality. Every thought we reinforce and every word we repeat shapes the perception through which we navigate life. That is why choosing our words consciously is not just communication—it is an act of self-creation.

The distinction between a fact and a frame feels much bigger than it first appears. A missed opportunity, a failed attempt, or a difficult season can remain a single event for years, yet the meaning attached to it often keeps growing long after the event itself is over.
The examples around discipline, success, health, and happiness all seem to point toward the same pattern: many of the struggles we carry are not only shaped by what happened, but by the story that gradually forms around what happened. A single setback can become evidence of failure. A difficult season can become proof that something is wrong. Over time, the frame begins to feel as permanent as the fact itself.
The line about asking, "Is this a fact, or is this a frame?" felt especially powerful because it creates a pause between the event and the conclusion. Sometimes that pause is where change begins—not because reality changes, but because we finally notice the lens we've been looking through.

Inviting Yourself

I am a science teacher at school. Our school organised a #national science exhibition. It was a big responsibility for the science department and #science teachers of the school. Many participants were coming from different schools in the nation. The school has to make #arrangements for the boarding of students and teachers coming to participate in the science #exhibition.

The school divided students into different #groups and every group was assigned different duties, like which rooms to be #allotted to which school. What type of food to be served in breakfast, #lunch and dinner, etc. Arrangements for #availability of clean water were at the top priority.

To make students prepare for said activity. I had a meeting with my #students. I said, "Dear students, #participants who are coming from different parts of the #nation are not only our guests, but we aim to get involved in #cultural exchange with them. We must educate ourselves on the good personality traits of our guest, like good habits, ways they are working on their science fundamentals, the way they are participating in their science labs, extracurricular activities, etc. All this will benefit you a long way in #life. The way our guest participants present #science experiment results through slides, one should sincerely learn the good format. In the end, I concluded my discussion by saying, "Remember, #friends participate are 'visiting to yourself'. So welcome them with an open heart. Make their stay comfortable. "

Our students agreed to the school's suggestions. All students #worked on plans assigned to them by involving themselves wholeheartedly in #science exhibition activity. Our #principal madam praised the students, teachers of the school for making #national science exhibition a successful event. Many # newspapers covered the event in #big way and published a report of the science activity. Students were #happy as they benefited in the # academic sphere and got a good platform for #social interactions.
