Keep Quiet

 I teach in government  #school.Many of my students  spend much time #watching Entertainment Chanelle like #Tik Tok and #You tube.

These students are always in their world.I often request them it is good to spend time on #Entertainment  channel. But they should spend time on their #academic activities also.

Some of my students  spend good amount of time on #exercise. They believe that #exercise  make them smart and #active.

But my sincere advise to #each student is to listen more and #talk less.Students who talk less and listen more are able to #crystallize their thoughts properly.Good listeners are #successful  persons.

Moral.-Everyone is blessed with #one mouth and #two ears .Therefore  best is to #listen more and talk less.

Unique Wisdom

 I was school teacher in government school.I really believed in #sharing good experiences  of my life which could impart #wisdom to my young #taughts.

Many  teachers  of my school did not believe  in my #global way of teaching.They were of opinion  that  teacher should #confine herself to only subject matter and concentrate only in #finishing syllabus assigned to #teacher.

My #passion as teacher was to give some unique wisdom  to my students through  #extra Co curricular activity  so that they become better citizen of our #country.

I will make collection  of small #stories and assign each student a particular #story to be told to students after #prayer assembly. According  to me though story I give children  for #story telling is of 5 minutes.But its '#moral implication  are so  #big.Children #enjoyed this activity  very much.

This activity had such big impact on students  that many times I meet my old. students  they will #compliment  me and say"madam we can not forget your #short moral stories told by our school mates #under your #guidance.We are  thankful to you for same."

Grand parents Magic

 I am a blessed child as I learnt a good value system from my #grandparents.

I teach science in a government school. I am in charge of co co-curricular activities of the school. The other day, I was talking to my students about how precious grandparents are.

I said, "Students, my grandmother was an early riser. She used to go for a walk in the morning. Whenever I would get up early, I would accompany her. My grandfather taught my brother and me how to do Surya Namskar. Significance of Surya Namskar I know now. I practice the same as and when  I get time."

I further said, "My grandfather taught me how to write letters in Hindi and the English language. He would make me and my brother do #creative writing. The best part he would check our writing every day. That training taught me and my brother about the grammar of Hindi and the English language. He would teach us where to put a comma, a semicolon and a full stop. Sometimes my friends used to come to my house to learn creative writing from my grandfather. It was big fun #learning from my grandfather  in the presence of my friends."

My student Karan said, "My brother and I always felt # secure at home in the presence of our grandchildren when my parents  were out for some particular  work."

I said, " Students, please do realise that grandparents are the grace of the family. They give emotional and cultural backbone to the family."

My student Suman said, "My grandmother used to make #wonderful snacks for the family. Those snacks were delicious. Now myself my brother and I miss those snacks  so much."

My student Rekha said, "My grandmother  used to provide guidance, wisdom and family tradition to me and my brother."

Radha said, " Madam, my grandparents were so good at providing care to us. Their unconditional love has impacted my personality. "

Rakesh said, "Grandparents are #grace and strength of the family. We must learn from their #valuable experiences. "

Moral -We must respect our #grandparents.  We must learn from #teachings of grandparents. The teaching of grandparents is are treasure for grandchildren.

How can one be Irreplaceable for an Institute

 

I teach science in a government school.

Our school has very good supporting staff. Mr Munna Lal is in security staff member at my school.

He has many good #stories to his credit. Mr  Munna Lal is given one room in the school by the respected principal, Madam.

Munna Lal ji is #responsible gentleman. He is the first person to come to school. He is fond of the greenery of the school. If sometimes the gardener of our school forgets to water the plants, Munna ji will do the same very happily without any # complaint.

He takes care of  #cleanliness of the school. He notes down the number of furniture pieces found broken in different classrooms. He reports the same to the principal, Madam.

Munnna Lal ji always believes in #saving water. He reports about leaking water taps to the principal madam. He makes sure that not even a single outsider enters the school without the principal madam #permission. 

He is respected by each member of the school for his fair treatment of each one in school.

Department of Education of the state has awarded Munaji for his #exemplary services and behaviour as a dedicated supporting staff member of the school.

He always sits outside the classroom/principal madam office if some teachers,principal madam are working after school hours, thinking that they might need some help.

He always helps the teacher/principal madam in handling unruly boys of the school. 

If by chance Mr Munna ji was on leave, the whole school felt the pinch of his absence. Principal Madam says," Mr.Munna helps the school  to such a great extent that sometimes the school feels Mr Munna ji is irreplaceable."

Moral - If one wishes to be above ordinary persons, one has to be #different from others.

Dont Fear

 Dear girl, please don't  fear,

Even of degree iota,

Before entering vast sea,

Of the #marriage institution.

Please  don't  look at back path,

 On which you travelled comfortably,

  With your parents, sibling,

 And loved ones.

Now in front of you is vast,

Ocean of marriage  institution,

Please enter this path,

With faith and hope.

Please don't fear,

You will not disappear in it.

Dear girl, way to go back,

Is very difficult. 

Learn from the river,

It always moves,

 forward toward the ocean,

And never think of going back.

Dear girl, learn,

From the brave front of the river,

Take risk and enter ocean,  

Of the marriage  institution, 

With a lot of faith and determination.

Like rivers mingle in the ocean,

 Please do same for institution  of marriage,

Become a strong foundation,

  Of the marriage institution.

Be ready to play a role,

Of dear mother to lovely children,

And give full support,

To dear #husband and in-laws' family.

Like a river that sacrifices its identity,

And takes new identity of ocean,

Come on, girl, you also become,

 part of new family.

Weave, your unique fabric,

 Around that new family,

 And in due process,

Attain your #new identity.

Moral-Never hesitate to enter in new phase of the marriage institution. Be firm and determined. Make your new identity.

Dr Ganesh

 Dr Ganesh  is one of good general #physician  of our small city.

Fortunately I have taught him at school.Dr Ganesh  was very good in creative writing. I still  have his written #creative  pieces  in my collection. Sometimes I do paste them on school notice board to inspire present  students.

Other day I happen to meet Dr Ganesh at birthday  party.Up to my surprise  he looked tired.That observation  compelled  me to think hard.

I talked to Dr Ganesh on phone and said" Dr. I humbly request you to start your creative  writing.That is back #bone of your positive energy  which will give you strength in your humble profession.This creative writing will make you charged in your professional  life."

Dr. Ganesh agreed to my request and made fine balance in his economy-profession and arts(creative writing).This #balance gave him positive energy and distressed  #him off and on from ups and down which he faced in day to day life. Dr. felt continuous flow of positive  energy in his personality. This balanced approach showed him different  #excellent shades of life.

Other day I received phone call from Dr Ganesh and he said"Thanks madam to you for suggesting  me for making fine #balance between  profession-economy  life and Arts activities in life.I can feel positive  change in my life."

I as teacher was so so happy for my #brilliant ex student(Dr Ganesh). My heart was full of positive  emotions  for him and my flow of #blessings  started flowing in infinite way.

Moral-Balance between professional and social life is best way to lead wise creative and peaceful life.

Make Your Child Pride

 Primary education is the right time for students to learn about Reading, #writing and mathematics.

When children are in primary school. Parents should expose their children to a variety of activities, from sports and music to creative arts or gaming. This helps them #explore their passions, discover their unique talents, and build confidence by mastering new skills.

In case of language learning, parents should help students/children know where to put a semicolon,  comma and a full stop while constructing a #sentence. When should students put capital letters or small letters while constructing sentences? Students/children should learn in which tense(present, past, future) they are #writing. Making children learn language  skills in primary school is very important. This skill makes students/children confident in each sphere of life.

This activity, when #supervised by parents, makes students feel pride in their class.

This habit of supervising students/children at a young age in language writing by parents makes them full of pride. Command of good language under #supervision of parents can help children/students in building good #communication skills and personality. 

I teach science in a government school. I am in charge of the co-curricular activities of my school.

 Sometimes I make students/children write small paragraphs about a science experiment conducted in the science lab. The most important goal of the same is to let children get written pieces #corrected by parents. This is the foundation of home schooling. 

When children/students' written pieces get corrected at the school level, it may so happen that each student may not get micro #attention in writing skills. That arrangement is not going to help teachers in personality building.

I request parents and say, " Parents, please do not leave this #responsibility of correcting the written creation of children to the school. School does help students in many other activities of children. Please work with children and make them proficient  in communication skills through writing."

Moral -A stitch in time #saves nine.
