Life Altering Habits


I am teaching science in a government school. I am in charge of of #co-curricular activities of my school. 

Yesterday I was invited by a private school in the city to give a talk about Time to Change' to students of the school. 

I said " Friends making changes in one's schedule, working habits, #spending habits and eating habits is always a difficult process. It requires a lot of effort and determination on one's part to do so. When one wishes to alter these habits, time for Change."

 First, the simplest replacement that can be done in one's day-to-day life is to avoid taking #soft drinks in summer. I am not against soft drinks, but if one makes a habit of replacing them with #simple water, it is going to help in one's health benefits. 

2 nd replacement, which can be done in one's day-to-day life, is to avoid #eating processed food like pizza, buns and pasta, etc and replace it with # home-made food.

3rd replacement, which can be done in one's day-to-day life, is to avoid #sleeping very late at night. 

4th replacement, which can be done in one's day-to-day life, is to take  #dinner before 7 pm. This habit gives enough time for dinner to #digest in one's body. 

5th habit one must include in one's day schedule is to have honest dialogue with #Almighty. This activity takes out the dust deposited on one's soul. This also helps in # de-cluttering toxicity from one's personality. 

6th habit one must include in day-to-day life is to do #charity in the form of helping #needy persons by giving them money, advice or #right knowledge. 

7th replacement, which can be done in a day-to-day life, is to #greet people warmly who come to meet you. Respect #elders, even if you may have a difference of #opinion with them. 

8th replacement, which can be done one in one's day-to-day life, is to practice #gratitude towards persons who helped you in any stage of life. 

9th replacement, which can be done in one's day-to-day life, is to never show #ego in solving disputes or putting your viewpoint in front of others. 

10th replacement, which can be done in one's day-to-day life, is to never #beg for money, love or respect from anyone. One should always take care of one's # self-respect and work hard on one's #personal skills. This habit will make one strong and #independent

Moral- Replacing negative emotions from one's #personality with positive ones helps one in becoming a #simple, strong and # peace-loving person.
