People Pleasing

I am a science teacher in a government school. I am in charge of the co-curricular activities of my school.

Another day Rakesh student in class 11th of my school asked"Madam is people-pleasing a weakness or strength of a character? Madam, I do understand that people pleasing persons in all circumstances try to please x person, they try to #control what someone else thinks of him/her".

I said "Rakesh generally people pleasing activities are not thought to be a good thing.  The logic behind this thought is people pleasers tend to neglect their own needs to please others. They eventually become a #doormat that others walk on. "

I further said"People-pleasing activities may initially bring positive praise and acceptance, but over time it can have negative effects on individuals and their #relationships. Persons who rely on the “people pleaser” will also become #dependent on them. In the process, dependent persons also lose their identity. Their relationship no longer remains happy and strong."

Rakesh said"Madam It stems from a desire to be liked, avoid #conflict, and gain approval, but can lead to negative sometimes. But it is a strength when it comes from a genuine place and cause of wanting to #help others."

I said " May be true. But according to me saying "no" is key to getting out of the cycle of unhealthy people pleasing."

It stems from a desire to be liked, avoid conflict, and gain approval, but can lead to negative consequences like burnout, #resentment, and a loss of self-identity.

Moral- people-pleasing activities have no limits and boundaries. Therefore people pleaser persons become #confused and lose their identity in due

People-pleasing is a shortcut to getting things done in life in a short time.  Pleasing activities have negative consequences like burnout, resentment, and a loss of self-identity and individuality.

Poem Way to live happy

  Please sit erect,

With no stress on the spine,

And hold the body weight on your shoulders ,

For as long as you can ,

Has power immense .

And if you are able to fix your gaze,

Between the eyebrows ,

While feeling at least one inner point,

Such as the heart or navel centre ,

During your daily practice,

It begins to change the biochemistry,

Of the body and even the brain cells ,

And their structure,

It's a discipline wonderful ,

That can help quicken our evolution journey.

Friends but the first few minutes,

Can appear tough ,

Because all the active thoughts,

The suppressed, Or dormant ones,

Rise in waves.

As you practice,

You gradually learn,

How to direct your life ,

Energy within,

Creating a rhythm unknown,

Of life,

When we live in this world ,

of projections and dreams

This is way of Meditation

Dear child.

Child Inside is your Treasure

I am a science teacher in a government school. I remember my grandmother used to tell me "My child you will always find a child inside you throughout your life. Please never let this child in you go away."
At a young age, I never understood my grandma's statement. Now I understand her statement and remember her so much in my life. I always tell my students "Everyone starts as simple #innocent child. You are again a child in old age. As you are dependent in some form or other for your day-to-day activities. "

Rakesh my student said, "How does one manage life between initial childhood and childhood nearing the end of life"?
I say "Dear students in between these above-mentioned stages you hide your childness. You become a responsible person for your created family. You have to let go of many negative #emotions to run your family. And as you remain busy doing a good job at work front."

I further said " Dear students you have to sacrifice many things to let your life be meaningful and wonderful. This time is really #stressful. With your hardworking dedication and positive attitude you can make it meaningful."
I further added"Dear student most important in life is to let child #inside you come out to play now and then. This inside child in you when play outside, # energises your life. Makes you creative in life.Thibringsng #priceless joy to life."

Rakesh said, " Madam how to make child inside active." I said " There are many small activities you can perform to let the child inside you come out. I am listing small activities examples to help you understand the same."
 1. Dancing while doing chores.
 2. Singing in the shower.
 3. Adding a touch of creativity to your work like storytelling to kids or family.
 4. Creative writing also helps the child inside you come and enjoy.
These small acts can make a significant difference in reconnecting you with your inner child. My students were happy to learn this small helpful knowledge. I found many students who were preparing for the JEE examination started doing creative writing.
Students said, " Thanks madam for helping us to come out of stress by making children inside us active."
Students in my class had enough energy to fight stress. I as a teacher was happy to see my students with enough energy to fight stress of a competitive national exam. Even I found the little child inside me was happy.
In digital language we can say "The child inside is a unique APP inside you that helps you come outside of stress and difficult situations in life."

Your inner child addresses patterns of behavior and emotional responses that stem from your childhood
Moral -Always keep the child inside you remain active and safe. Understanding and connecting with your inner child can help you understand yourself better. https://www.sciencerhymes.com.au/blog Sukarma Thareja

Maths of not Being Happy

In my dream, I met some of my old friends. During the conversation, I found each of them is in a different  #profession and each of them is #unhappy for some reason or other. Since I have been a maths teacher.

I tried to summarise my #dream experience  in the form of a summary of #equations which I am listing below in form of  equations.

My friends in

College

Unhappy due to #placement --(1)

: Corporate jobs

Unhappy due to #work load----(2)

government  job

Unhappy because  due to #corruption----(3)

My friends in

 sports   :

Unhappy due to #neoptism----(4)

   Higher studies :

Unhappy due to Low #stipend ---(5)

Some friends are not happy with their love life   ----(6)

Unhappy due to #inter caste marriage

---(7)

My unemployed friends

Unhappy due to

Issues like politics, power abuse,  parental and #societal pressure frustrate people----(8)

This dream made me to think hard but I soon realised its is time for me to go for school assignments.

Moral- It is OK if we are unhappy in life for something or other. But to remain peaceful in life we must appreciate what we have and let go of what we do not have.

Are you also unhappy as particular thing X you do mot possess.?Please be grateful for things you have i your life.

Micro Joys

My dear mother usedc to o tell me small little #stories at bedtime. They were so exciting that I used to ask many questions to her. Some questions she will answer other questions raised by me were never answered by my mother.

Below I am listing part of # the dialogue between me and my mother.

I said " Maa what all the big things you want to have in your life?

Maa  "Dear child I do not want big things in life. I want little #moments that touch my soul for example. I want a little mansion situated in the middle of a natural #garden where I can sleep with my family and see my #children growing."

I said" Yes Maa. Mansion with neighboring trees  where Sunrise to make us awake early in the morning"

Maa- I do not want well-maintained garden

I said " I love gardens where flowers, like us (children)  grow freely.

Maa - In such a garden I could stop and #smell wildflowers at sunset time

I said, "Yes Mom in the garden we can listen to your stories in the winter season by sitting around a fire."

Mom - I want to spend moments  full of love and joy among my family members, which touch my #heart and #soul

I said -"I was wondering maa, you do not want any #materialistic jewels for you."I

Mom - diamond jewels will give me and my family temporary pleasure, but the small joyful moments I wish to spend with you and #family may look like micro joys but are joy forever, for you and me.

I said" Mom your kids are so thankful to you for teaching us the art of expressing gratitude and contentment in our life. I will try my best to pass the same teachings to my kids"

The art of finding joy in little things is the practice of cultivating gratitude and contentment in one's life. People who actively seek out the positive aspects of one's surroundings and circumstances, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant are always on the road to success.

Are you in habit of finding little joy in your life?.Please  continue doing so.

Unique Maths of Relationships

I am a teacher in a government school.

I have many #friends who are teaching different subjects in my school. Some of them are my very good friends. At professional and 'personal levels. Some of them are just my friends. I #respect all of them.

Similarly, in my family, I am friendly with all of my sister-in-laws. I am also friendly with all the respected ladies in my  # neighborhood.

I wish to maintain a good relationship with all of them. I do not want to show them that I am #superior to them in any way. At the same time, I wish my friends would never feel superior to me in any way. I just want a good relationship with each of them till the last 'breath of my life. I do not believe in a degree of superiority or #inferiority complex in any sort of relationship #bridge.

Sometimes in my family Some relative(female) talk irrelevant  issues to me.I avoid the same to make bond of my relationship of same strength  as before.I agree it requires lot of patience  but I do it as this the way out.In terms of Mathematics language this is the only solution. to my problems which has unique boundaries

I simply respect all my relationship bridges. That gives me a lot of happiness and #pleasure when I happen to meet any one of my friends.

Do you believe in saving relationship  bridges if so act with wisdom as it takes fraction of second to broke relationship  bridge. Please also see to it that no body take your this merit in negative sense and try to exploit it.

Moral - Maintaining good bridges in every relationship gives one #peaceful life.

I

Getting too much Involved in Others Problems

I am a science teacher in a government school. My senior teacher Kamla Ji has one daughter Radha. Kamla Ji is always worried about her daughter Radha. Her studies and her job are two issues Kamla Ji is always thinking about.

I said " Kamala di don't be up set about Radha. You are observing she has improved so much. She is doing so well in her job. Unnecessary you are worrying about Radha. It is taking a toll on your health. Kamla ji there is a thin line between 'when to worry' about Radha and when to stop doing so. Please do not mix both issues. Your such doings are going to have an impact on you as well as on Radha."

I further said" Kamla ji Radha is in good hands. She is blessed with #supportive in-laws and a cooperative husband. Let her grow in her family and in her profession also."

I further said " Kamalaji we have to be careful because there’s a fine line between supporting others and trying to “fix” others' problems. If you ever try to fix other people’s(daughters) problems or make yourself responsible for their happiness that is not going to help them. Let Radha handle her day-to-day problems herself. This process  will make you and Radha strong and wise."

Kamla ji said "Dear madam your observation is right. I have a problem with my nature. While 'observing others' problems I get #absorbed in the same. This has an impact on my energy levels. They get depleted. This is not the right approach in life. With your kind support dear madam, I am trying to improve myself in this aspect. I am thankful to you dear madam for showing me the right path ".

I am so happy for dear Kamla ji my senior teacher for #accepting my suggestion.

Supporting others to solve their problems is different from fixing their problems. In fixing a problem process you are taking direct action to solve others problems. This way you are not giving others opportunities to learn themselves.

Are you trying to support your dear ones. Please help in solving their problems. Please do not try to fix their problems.
