Expecting Sorry

I teach science in a government school, and I am in charge of the curricular activities of the school.

Two Sisters #Sita and Gita are students of class 9th in my school. Once Sita was upset, and her sister Gita and her friends told me, "Madam Sita is upset as she has # fought with her sister Gita. "

I called Sita and asked about why she is so upset. Sita said, "Madam, I am upset my sister Gita started #fight and she knows she is wrong, in spite that, my sister never # apologizes and says sorry. '

I said, " Dear Sita, it's ok if Gita does not apologize to you. But you should remember that when you are expecting #apology from Gita in the process, you are hurting yourself # emotionally. In the process, your revolt feelings are acting like #poison to you. That is affecting your #health and mood. You are losing many things. Therefore, I sincerely advise you never get into this #mess. Her apologies are not going to help you in any case. Therefore, I sincerely advise you to keep yourself #calm. "

Fortunately, Sita acted on my # advice and told me Madam, your advice is best.

Moral-Expecting sorry from the other person is #futile exercise. In this exercise of expectations, one # hurts oneself emotionally and gains nothing.

A person dies who has register dies,

There are medicines #natural,

like ,doing Eco- walk and making laughter,

in sunlight and fresh air,

Appreciating green lush #nature,

Deep breath #pranayam exercises.

Wise people appreciates,

That relatioship healthy,

between man to man

is #best medicine.

Making strong bridges ,

between man to man ,

nation to nation is #strong medicine

And gives pleasure to giver and taker.

Making walls between man to man,

Nation to nation is #bad medicine,

And gives displeasure to giver and taker.

Meaningful connections contribute,

Significantly to a person's

overall sense of happiness,

and satisfaction with life.

In essence, while they are not,

A literal medicines ,

Supportive relationships ,

Act as a protective factor powerful,

For both health mental and physical.

Making the statement,

That they are the #"best medicine"

An apt and common metaphor,

Used for well being of life.

Friends please do not be hesitant,

To use best,strong and natural medicines,

For well being of life.

Learning From Have Nots

Humble people,

Gratitude they express very humbly,

And remain thankful to #almighty,

For good things and #prosperous life,

Granted to them by God Almighty.

To Almighy,Down-to-earth persons,

Express their gratitude humbly,

For the offered # setbacks,

All #troubles and limitations,

Not having everything,

They #desire in life.

They believe all these have nots,

Have given them the opportunity,

To #learn, #grow, for improvement, infinity,

Strengthen them through the blessings of the Almighty.

When Stuck in Between

I am a science teacher in a government school. My friend Mira teaches mathematics at my school. Her marriage is fixed by her #parents. She is in a state of #anxiety, and at the same time, she looks a bit confused also. She tells me, Madam, where I am and where I #want to be, I have no idea."

I said, "Dear Mira, just #relax, my friend, there is endless,#boundless in between what you are and where you want to be".

Mira said, "Madam, I feel #uncertain between my past and future."She further said, "Madam, there are so many #uncertainties. Will I get a job after marriage? Will I be treated kindly at my in-laws' place? Will I be able to adjust to new circumstances?"

I said, "Dear Mira, please do not try to figure out everything about #future. I advise you to take this moment by moment. And things themselves will get #clear. I agree some things may be #difficult for you. But I am sure many things will be #easier for you. Some way of working at your in-laws' place will make #absolute sense to you, while others may #leave you with lots of questions. Gradually, you will find answers to many #questions."

I further said, "Dear Mira, I assure you from my #experience of life, all your #experiences and anxiety may have #mountains and #valleys. When you add all those in life, they will create a #landscape, where somehow spiritual forces and blessings will make you through with all these #anxieties and everything will fall in the right place. Therefore, my friend please remain positive and stop having anxiety for the same".

Non- Linear Life

Non-linear life- Relationship Bridges

Relationship bridges involves actions like active listening, handling conflict constructively, and being willing to go beyond your comfort zone to strengthen the bond. This metaphor can also be applied to repairing damaged relationships ("mending bridges") or simply strengthening a connection by showing mutual interest and respect.

In one's # non-linear life path, one forms precious#relationships also. While nurturing these #relationships, these bridges take strong, concrete shape.

Please don't make walls in relationships as the world moves in #circles. Please do not be miser in nurturing these relationships with love, affection and #good intentions. One never knows what you are giving in making #relationships bridges may come back to you in no time in the same format completing
