Every Woman Should Give Value to her Identity.

I am a school teacher in a government school. My #childhood friend Asha is a drama teacher at a famous private primary school. She does commercial stage #plays also. She is a very impressive stage #artist.

Our whole class in school was very fond of Asha’s unique talent. She is an excellent teacher. Her love for stage acting is still intact. She never misses an opportunity to act in #commercial plays, wherever she gets the opportunity to act she goes and puts her 100 percent effort. Teach science in government schools. Our whole class in school was very fond of Asha’s unique talent. She is an excellent teacher. Her love for stage acting is still intact. Asha is married to a cultured family. Her in-law's family respects her talent. I meet her once in a while. But whenever I meet her  I can feel strong #vibes of meeting with my childhood friend. Asha is different from other drama artists. She is embracing #aging with dignity, humor and peace of mind. She believes in improving her acting skills. She does not believe in #grooming her personality with artificial means. She doesn’t go for facelifts or Botox etc.

Sometimes I ask her ” Do not you think dear Asha! By not believing in high-tech ways of grooming yourself, you will be far behind Bollywood’s #standard. You are putting  your career at risk.”

Asha says ” If someone(producer) doesn’t want to cast me because of my age, it is okay for me. In those circumstances, I’ll just produce my #projects and pick a producer with whom I want to work with. The key is not to go after people and beg for a job, since I already have well well-paying #school job. “

She further says “Every day I see so many moms working so hard on sets of Drama stage to provide support for their families, and those are the real challenges. Those are the women I #admire—beautiful and strong.  Honestly, madam, I have my fears too but the format of fear is a different sort. As a mother, I wish to see my kids and husband doing well in their respective #fields. I am blessed with co cooperative husband and kids, and I’m grateful for everything I have! I am thankful to my #family and extended family for same.”

I said, “Asha for you moments spent with drama artists are equally important, as moments spent with family members at home.”

Asha says “The best moments for me aren’t the ones spent on drama set, but the ones spent at breakfast/lunch when we(the whole family) #chat about everything. It’s such a special time for the whole family.”

I said “Asha you are such a wonderful #grounded human being.  You are leading the fullest life,  without getting caught up in all the commercial #marketing sponsored chemical no good beauty cosmetics.”

Asha says “Every woman should give value to her identity as who she is and not how she #looks. That is the reason I do not visit beauty #parlors and use chemical cosmetics”.
