My Ph.D student Harsh used to tell me"Madam I prefer to study in the library,". From my(teacher) point of view that’s a great reason.
The real reason was also there. It might be that boys are also studying in #library and my student Harsh wishes to chit chat with them.
My friend Usha was appointed as PGT to teach sanskrit by school administrator. But her appointment was for one year. Good reason was administration wanted to know if Usha was capale teacher.
Unfortunately my friend Usha's job was terminated after one year, and in place of her a junior teacher in her school who has just completed B.Ed through correspondence course same year was appointed permanent PGT sanskrit teacher in school. This was the real reason to #terminate my friend’s job after a year.
Real reason is not bad, but real reason is different from good reason.
When someone says, “We need to hire this guy as Hindi teacher in school. He’s got A, B, C skills and he is good in english also that’s a great reason.The real reason the guy in question is married to administer's cousin sister. The real reason might not be bad. But there’s Always a real reason that’s different than the good reason.It is good if we could find out the real reason.
In essence, a good reason is the explanation you give, while the real reason is the deeper, often unspoken, driver behind the action.
For every good reason there is probabily to design truth for lie. In other words there is a better reason to tell the truth.
From your personal experiences you will see that a person always has two reasons for doing any activity, which a person can put it in two category 1.Good reason 2.Real reason.
Best is if person can know about good reason and real reason.
Moral:If possible accept real reason and move forward. if some how you are not convinced with real reason and you think that it is not good reason, just forgo same and look for other opportunities in life and work for them.
