Fear of Decision Making

I am science teacher in government school. My friend Krishna joined #Bachelor of Education course just after doing B. Sc(Hons) Chemistry. While most of her friends joined #M. Sc course. 

She was in #confused state what her friends will be thinking about her decision. Why did she join B. Ed course. She did #teaching for two years in school. After that she went to do master of science degree in university-Delhi. Again she used to get confused when many people asked her "why did you leave your teaching job".She was so #hesitant to tell people that she is interested in #higher education. On the contrary she was always #confused what her friends will be thinking about her decision. 

After doing M.Sc, Krishna again joined school teaching. She decided to get married. Again she was confused what my friends will be thinking about my #marriage decision. 

The other day one of my senior teacher advised Krishna  to stop #worrying about what will people think about her decisions. She said"no body has time to peep into your life. Each one has got her/his set of problems to handle in life. All are trying to find #solutions for same". When Krishna entered in her forties she gradually left this #insecurity of what will people think about her decisions she took in life. In her fifties Krishna was free from this type of #insecurity. She felt proud in taking a certain #decision in her life. 

Moral-One should take decision in life according to one's #circumstances. One should come out of #fear of what people will be thinking about one's life.

I am science teacher in government school.Its month of March.Season of #spring has arrived.In my fruit garden every where one can see #yellow leaves spread like yellow spread sheet of nature.My respected mother in law is also sitting in fruit tree garden.Her #yellow colored sari is also showing welcome to# basant.

I am science  teacher in government school. I wrote small article about yellow basant and pasted on school #notice board to educate my students.The same I am listing below for my #respected readers.

I said "dear Gardner please do not pluck yellow leaves of fruit trees of my garden,they will #automatically fall."

I said"dear students please do give some time to your #grand parents at home.Talk to them ,like these #yellow leaves one day grand parents will also stop talking"

I further said' please let grand parents spend as much they wish to spend.As one day suddenly your #grand parents will walk out of their own life.They will leave everything for grandchildren to enjoy".

One student said"madam I always let my #grandparents speak.I never tell them that please do not repeat your conversation.Madam we know one day they will stop talking"

Other student  said"Madam I always take blessings of my #grandparents when I come to school.I know madam these blessings are very precious and valuable"

Another student said"I always share everything eatable with my grand parents as I know madam soon the time is about to come when my grandparents may refuse to eat everything offered by me to my #grandparents."

I said "Very rightly said dear students.Your #grandparents are golden- ager.For trees yellow leaves are their golden ager.They are treasure of society garden. "

Moral- Yellow Yellow are not dirty fellow---. They are extremely precious jewel of garden

Every Problem of Life has Some solution

 I am science teacher in government school. I am also a member of #counseling service team. Many students discuss with me their personal #problems. Up to my surprise every student is facing some #problem or other. I always refer to my students  to counseling service. I feel it is good school has provision of counseling service which #help many student some way or other. 

I always advise my students not to get #frightened. Just face problems and try to get solution to problems with your #analytical power, with help of friends or #counseling service. 

I said "dear student you can't buy joys in life nor you can #sell your problems. They are not like #financial transactions. "

I said 'Every problem of life has solution. It may not be #perfect solution. It can be best possible #solution. One must retain #patience. Accepting the particular solution bring #happiness in life. Happiness comes with #patience. "

I further said "dear students there are many #problems in life. #Format of every problem is different. Don't keep compiling problems dear students. Please keep finding best possible solutions to  problems as and when they arrive. Time is #important factor to be taken care. "

Do you believe in Aloneness

 I am science teacher in government school. Every year I happen to get some #introvert students in my class. I as teacher always make some #extra efforts to make them socialize with other students of class.I have student --Suresh in my class. When ever I get new #books for my #science library ,I  take his help for numbering of books etc. He is very fond of #science books.When ever he  gets time,he  very fondly visits #library and read books .

 I also encourage Suresh to do  #story telling of what ever he  reads in book.Initially it was very difficult for Suresh to #face his own class students but gradually he is  improving .In #PTA meeting Suresh's father himself told me "madam my son has improved a lot".I said to Suresh's father"Sir, Suresh used to be #lonely child of my class.He refused to be #friendly with other students.Gradually through his good reading habits I persuaded him to become #story teller.Now he has come out of his #loneliness.But he prefers to be #alone and work.This #aloneness activity of sitting in library and helping me arrange books of library has made him #confident student of class"

There are other students like Suresh who are #lonely.They are not able to #socialize with friends. Rakesh is also lonely child,but he is good in#fine arts.Through his fine art activity he is able to beat his #oneliness.Many students come and talk to Rakesh about his fine arts project.During this process he has come out of his #loneliness and is happy with his #fine arts.But now there is a difference.He is not #lonely but he feels happy in his project while he is #alone.That makes him practical and #strong child.

Crochet Activity and Mathematics

 I am school teacher in government school. During week ends in evening I with my children go to park.There are five senior citizen ladies, who are very good in #crochet work.Some time I consult them for complex secrets of crochet art.Actually word crochet is derived  from french word #croche which means a hook.A long hook is used to weave yarn by making# loops of yarn in art of crochet.

I some time discuss with my #maths teacher how crochet art can help younger children to develop concept of #mathematics.

I said"crochet is a challenge for our brain.Brain remains attentive as for making #patterns either one increases stitches or decreases stitches .This activity makes new pathways(neural) in brain and help in retention of memory.It is an art which help in# reducing anxiety and makes one's mind calm.If one wishes to achieve mental relaxation then one should learn art of crochet. This wonderful activity also gives one sense of achievement."

One student said"Madam my granny used to teach higher maths to 11-`12 class.She used to tell her students that with help of crochet art one can  make #hyperbolic surface in hyperbolic space.#Hyperbolic surface can be built through crochet art by increase of stitches  or decrease of stitches. On paper making hyperbolic surface is difficult.Crochet activity can be good teaching aid for creating hyperbolic surface." Are you also helping your students making hyperbolic surface through art of crochet?

Moral-Crochet art teaches kids geometry fundamentals.It makes students alert and focused.

Best Coffee of World

I am science teacher in government school.There was a #science conference in science college in Indonesia.

I, with my friend Radha along with my friend went for #poster presentation in science conference in Indonesia .At conference place we met educators from Europe.They said"in India in villages we find some thing unique. They paste #cow dung over walls of their hut to make it #strong and cooler."

Other gentleman said"other unique thing I found is #cow urine is used as medicine in certain ailments"

In conference break fast we were served with #KOPI LUKAW. Kopi in Indonesia means #coffee while LUKAW is Indonesian cat like furry animal.It is called #civet cat.

An Indonesian educator said"this is a special and best coffee produced by our country.For its #unique flavor it is very famous all over world. Actually coffee  beans are not beans.They are part of #coffee fruit shown in figure above.Civets are fed with healthy coffee fruits and #poo of civet cat is cleaned and turned into coffee."

Our other friend from Indonesia said"actually animal civet cat# intestine secrets special #enzyme and in the process acid of intestine interacts with beans and makes beans #smoother,soft and less sour in taste compare to ordinary coffee beans..Civet poo is washed and #cleaned properly and then roasted at  400 #fahrenheit temperature and then grinded to convert it to famous kopi lukaw."

My friend from Bali said"in INDIA also many companies are trying to produce Kopi Lukaw"

I said"As our educator friends from Europe find use of cow dung and  cow urine very unique similarly we Indian find preparation of kopi Lukaw very unique."

Our friend from US said"though in US we drink kopi Lukaw very fondly yet there are many question marks to its preparation.Some of our scientist friend argue that we are #punishing civet cat by putting it in cage.More over this procedure is disturbing $environment cycles and equilibrium."

I said "lots of food we love eating or drinking are weird-but we do not stop them from eating if they taste good".

Our friend from US said"though in US we drink kopi Lukaw very fondly yet there are many question marks to its preparation.Some of our scientist friend argue that we are #punishing civet cat by putting it in cage.More over this procedure is disturbing $environment cycles and equilibrium."

Tava Roti is Better than Direct Flame baked

 

I teach science in government school.

I asked students "what is name of gas used in your house stove.? What are its limitation."

One student said"Madam we use natural gas in our house stove.When natural gas burns it releases unhealthy amounts of pollutant in form of particulate matter ,nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide."

I said"Roti or chapati are most unique and #fundamental food available in India.They are special in sense they are prepared for lunch and dinner in many families irrespective of #social status."

Another student said"madam roties look very good as they are rolled in round shape from #wheat floor."

I said"some persons make roti and bake directly on #gas stove with help of spatula.Baking of roti is completed till it gets #brown puff.In this process of baking roti #temperature goes till 500 degree centigrade.At such a high temperature process of #pyrolysis takes place.There is more emission of #nitrogen dioxide and #carbon dioxide from gas stove.That destruct many #proteins,nutrients and fibers from roties.Including roties made by this procedure in diet of any person increases risk of #cancer.There is risk of #lung and #heart diseases."

I further added"there is another #procedure of making roties which is much better than previous one.In this procedure #tawa(shown in figure above) is made use of for making roties.Roti on tava are flipped and cooked on both sides.Temperature is #uniform and optimum on tava surface.Moreover there is no possibility of occurrence of process of #pyrolysis .With tava arrangement emission of nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide is less.Hence tava roti is more nutritious compare to roti made on direct flame.

MORAL-It is better to make tava roti, It has low fat contents and is very nutritious.
