Stop Worrying if People Talk at Back

I am a science teacher in a government school

Another day during co-curricular activity class my student Asha came and said "Madam I am disturbed, my friends talk behind my back as I come in public transport to school. All this talk about me behind my back is because all my friends come to school by school bus therefore they think they are #superior to me."

I said" Usha just don't be scared if your friends talk at your back. Coming to school by public transport is a big #challenge. You have to wake up early so that there is enough time to wait for transport, you could catch public transport. It is a positive indicator that you are so disciplined."

Usha said "My friends take it in #negative way. They think Usha is financially weak, therefore she is suffering emotionally and physically."

I said " Usha your friend's thinking is screwed up. Everyone spends money according to one's #priorities. There is no question of being rich or poor."

Usha said "My friends try to impose their way of thinking on me "

I further said"There are many reasons your friends think differently from you. They highlight their #insecurities, fears and doubts. Their talking does not reflect your worth. But Usha take my words, your friends talking behind your back will ultimately fail, in front of your strength, and #determination which are unshakable."

Moral -People who talk behind your back can't define your #destiny. Their criticism can't dull your spark and determination, for you are a shining star, radiant with purpose passion, and potential.

Talking back can build distrust in relationships, creating a negative environment, and hurting the feelings of the person being discussed.

How Intelligence and Success are Correlated to Success

I am a science teacher in a government school.

Ram and Shyam my two students were preparing for the joint entrance (JEE) test to engineering degree course. Both had joined famous 'coaching classes' for the same.

Ram was in some aspects better than Shyam in handling problems of Physics. Chemistry and Mathematics. Everyone expected Ram to clear JEE in the first #attempt. Shyam's teachers were not sure if he would make it to clear JEE with flying # colors.

As luck would have it though Ram cleared JEE, but his rank was not so good that he could get the engineering branch of his choice. Ram was not happy about it. So he decided to appear for JEE next year to improve his JEE #rank.

Shyam was also disappointed with his performance in the JEE examination

Shyam said "Madam I wish to appear for JEE next year also. But unfortunately madam I am not that intelligent in #comparison to other students. "

I said "Dear Shyam please go ahead and appear for JEE next year. Please give your hundred percent."

I further said "Dear student intelligence is not directly proportional to #success. There is something much more to it. I will talk to you about those factors sometime later."

Next year Ram and Shyam both cleared JEE with flying colours. I as a teacher was so happy for my both students Ram and Shyam.

Shyam said "Madam this year when I was preparing for JEE, I remembered you so much. Success is not directly #propotional to intelligence."

I said "Dear Shyam other than intelligence, factors which contribute to success are accepting insults due to failure in #positive way, not getting scared of #rejections, and long #painful hours and nights of hard work. You had all of them in your # mindset. Therefore you got such a bright success in JEE. I am happy for that."

I further said "Shyam success is a multifaceted concept, and other factors like personality traits outgoingness, confidence, communication skills, drive, hard work, and social skills can be given a special name in the language of Mathematics 'proportionality constant' also play a significant role.

Moral: Persons who do not care for harassment or insult even when the chances of their success are only one percent, sure to get #success.

Love Transformative Power

I was talking to my students in the 9th class. They are a curious learner.

I said, "Students please give me examples of emotions that hurt you in life."

Rakesh said, "Rejection and loneliness hurt me."

Mahesh said, "'loosing dear ones hurts me."

Ratan said "Some of my friends remain confused, they say #love hurts them. But madam according to me love is #healing emotion."

I said "I also strongly #believe love does not hurt, it heals all negative emotions. Love makes our lives wonderful and peaceful. It has the power to #transform life in better and best possible format. It can cover up our all past hurt. Love has a unique power to heal wounds caused by negative emotions, provided one gets nurtured by unconditional - true love, which is #rare to get."

Lucky people get nurtured by true and #unconditional love. Experience of being loved gives everyone an understanding of how to love #heals the pain in life. Love helps individuals to connect with others with #compassion.

Moral- In essence, love has transformative power. Love #encourages everyone in a positive direction.

Love cultivates compassion and understanding, and helps individuals to connect with others.

Feeling of love and connection, among people contributes to a more just and compassionate world.

Recognizing Patterns

I was teaching maths to class eight. I was teaching students how to complete a series given to them in #progression. I told students that pattern recognition of the series was the only way to complete the series.

One student said, "#artificial intelligence(AI) is also based on pattern recognition."

I said "You are right dear students, because of AI use, collection of #data is very important for any happening or event."

I further said" In day-to-day life, we are creature of #habits. Some students are in the habit of making stories to prove themselves right. Even if they know in their heart what they are doing is not right. Their bad habit creates bad patterns in their day-to-day life routine."

I further added" From your daily routine, students please find patterns of bad habits and replace them with good ones."

One student said "Madam! We can replace bad habit patterns with good habit patterns that #align with the person we want to become."

Another student said" Some of our friends make excuses to protect bad patterns .in their day-to-day life. Instead of making excuses best is to start taking responsibility for wrongdoing." I said" Dear students Instead of cribbing be grateful. "

Another Student said "Instead of making excuses to protect bad pattern behavior, best is to confess #mistake and start working to replace it with healthy pattern.

I further said" Dear students Human brain is fine. It can't help but look for patterns and find #structure in the information coming their way. Therefore please be vigilant and try to get #information from patterns present in data or behavior of human beings."

The outermost layer of the brain of mammals can recognize patterns.

Mangoes soaked in water

Small soaking Jesture

I am summer fruit ,

I am delicious king of fruits ,

Along with lovely taste,

I contain many nutrients wonderful.

People soak me in water ,

For at least half an hour,

Before consuming me, It's not a tradition,

Many health benefits ,

Associated with my soaking .

I contain phytic acid ,

It is anti-nutrient and, Damages health ,

When I go into the body human,

I hinder the absorption of nutrients. Friends Remedy is to soak me,

In water for half an hour to reduce,

The level of phytic acid, Present in me.

Soaking also increases,

My hydrating properties,

Which can be very beneficial for summer.

Harmful pesticides and fertilizers ,

Present on my peels,

Can go to human body ,

While they eat me,

Also get cleaned With me soaking in water.

Therefore friends soak me

for at least half an hour

Before eating; in water

Guess dear who am I,

Yes right I am your,

favorite delicious Summer fruit mango.

Friends come and all,

Do one jesture small , Soak me in water for , Half an hour, Before eating me ,

And enjoy my taste, delicious .

Is Failure no Good

A myth that failure is not good in life. It so happens sometimes, that one curses oneself thinking that hard work in doing a particular work was not enough that one encountered failure. The fact is one faces failure many times in life, while the frequency of facing success is much less than the frequency of facing failure in life. That is the sure way to learn many things in life.

I tell my students never to get confused in life if they encounter failure in life. As a student of science consider failure as a Catalyst for personal growth. Consider it as a learning opportunity. Always make it a point to practice self-compassion when you encounter failures in life.

Moral- Never get upset by facing failure in life. Failure teaches the hardest lesson of life.Navigate setbacks and continue moving towards your goals.
