Moringa Trees

Moringa oleifera, commonly known as #Moringa, is  fast-growing tree. Its #positive point is they are #drought resistant, which is due to climate change, if there is drought in that specific place where moringa trees are #cultivated. These trees will remain #healthy.

Another plus point about the moringa tree is that its fruits and #leaves are full of nutrition and minerals.

Nowadays, one can get #moringa cookies and moringa tea. Moringa roti made from moringa leaves is very popular in #Asian countries.

Climate is changing very frequently, and #moringa trees can sustain themselves in odd climate changes.

Looking at the unexpected climatic changes the world is facing, it is high time we should #concentrate on #cultivating the moringa tree, especially when we foresee that #seasonal crops will not survive. Moringa fruits are used in Indian sambhar preparation and are very fondly eaten with #idli and rice. A good pickle is also made from #moringa fruits.

Powder of dry moringa leaves is very good for #helping high blood pressure patients.

Moral- Moringa tree is hot #temperature and drought resistant. It is very good for #human health. Therefore, it is good to make ample use of it in #food preparation.

Home schooling

Whenever I meet parents at social gathering, I find every parent has some problem with school where the child is studying, in the sense that some schools emphasize too much on co-curricular activities too much. In those situations, parents feel that fundamental subjects like maths and science are allotted less time in school. To cover up that shortcoming of school, some parents send their kids to private # tuition after school. With these #arrangements, students get very little time to #play around. Many students are not #happy with these arrangements.

To solve the above #said difficulties, many parents go for  homeschooling. They form a group of parents who love to bond with kids. These parents observe their children's potential and concentrate on same. Home schooling has flexibility of timings. In-home school holidays are also assigned with the availability of parents and students.

If students find some maths-science topics #difficult, then individual teaching is given to each student. Some topics in #chemistry, like acid, base and salts, are taught by fun elementary #science experiments. Students are encouraged to #debate, do #discussion and ask questions in #subject matter. Parents try their best to answer their #questions as far as possible. Home school does not allow parents and students to do social talk in the allotted time.

If need be, some students can attend community college classes in a particular subject. Students are given exposure to documentary films and are encouraged to #stage drama about assigned topics.

Parents in homeschooling teach from the heart, they are fond of #bonding with students.

All points discussed above prove that home schooling may seem #difficult, but its built-in philosophy makes it more #promising. In some sense home homeschooling helps students more than #formal school teaching. Do you also believe in home schooling?

Moral-Home schooling #flexibility timings make students parents interaction #effective. Parents teach with #sincere efforts. Students start believing in #self learning. Whenever they find #difficulties in subject matter, they consult parents who are interested in #helping them. They get good help from #parents.

Is Saying Sorry Defence Mechanism

Many people use  the word "sorry" during day-to-day #conversation is very #popular among people. When someone says sorry, that person owns #responsibility of making mistake. Nobody is perfect in this world. Everyone shares their own struggle. During the process, one #makes mistakes example some sometimes in giving information. Sometimes not prompt in replying #queries being asked.

It is good to say sorry for owning one's mistake. It will be good if one further asks how I can rectify my mistake. This kind gesture creates goodwill and an opportunity to learn good lesson of not repeating the same mistake.

Some people are a little different; for them, saying sorry is routine. They think that by saying sorry, they can pacify the situation and hence can move forward. They never work on that mistake they did so that it is not repeated. In other words, saying"sorry" is defense mechanism for them. They think this is a practical approach to life.

But I think it is better to work on oneself and not to repeat the same mistake. Learning from # mistakes is #treasure that one gets from various #experiences of life. Saying sorry is an opportunity to #learn by being humble and showing positive #sentiment to others that I am embarrassed for my mistake. If you are using the word sorry for defense mechanism, you are making a fool of yourself, not of any other person in life.

Peer Pressure

I am a science teacher in a government school. I have seen students under #peer pressure improving. But some students under peer pressure could not speak out about # wrongdoing. Best example I have seen when some students under peer pressure start #smoking.

These students are busy hiding that nobody should come to know that we are smoking. So half of their #energy goes into #hiding their # wrong doings.

Few students have improved in their day-to-day activities. With their friends, they #eat healthy food and do #body work out every day. Peer pressure has converted them into good individuals.

One should respect the request of #peers, but one must draw boundaries to do so. Using one's wisdom is a must when someone is working under peer pressure. One must #maintain one's individuality while working under peer pressure.

Factors important in life

I am a science #teacher in school. I said, "Dear students, time-heart-behaviour are three important #factors in one's life. I will give you an example of all three factors, "The same I am listing for my esteemed reader.

My friend Sudha went for a school interview. She knew very well that she was not going to be #selected as she did not have an education #degree. To her surprise school selected her for said position. Principal Madam said, "Sudha, you can teach maths and Sanskrit, two subjects, which #is a positive point for the school. So, friends factor #Time was in my friend Sudha's favour. That is the reason the school selected my friend Sudha. "

Another important factor which is important in life is good #heart. It depends on which #personality trait of a person you happen to give #priority. Therefore #naturally you will like the same person. Some of my friends like highly #qualified people. Therefore, their # hearts are like same. But for me person with a #good heart is very important  for me, therefore my #heart prefers the same

The third factor important in life is #behaviour, which is very #important. If your friend has  helping #nature and helps you in #odd circumstances. Same person teaches you #tricks of trade. Simple maths tells you that the person has #good behaviour and will always stay in your life.

Moral-Good behaviour is #treasure of a person.

Probability for high success in life.

I am science teacher in government school. My students some times ask me how come many people gain #success with their #virtues.

My submissions are following

I say"student #mantra for getting success in your #endeavour is not that #difficult. But friends don't be #lazy, be prompt in your #actions. This saves lot of your time and give you lot of #confidence. "

Second point I wish to emphasize is "Students to get success please observe #waves of situation and try to get fit into same. Sometimes if need arise contribute #positively so that waves get #forwarded. It may be little contribution from you but hope it will take #big form one day. "

Third point you must remember friends "assess that what kind of situation is #available to you. Get opportunity and try to #fly as much as high as possible. Never hesitate to get #opportunity. "

Friends if you #concentrate on above mentioned #salient points in #navigating your life. Success will come near to you.

Chemistry Leading its Full life

I was teaching  chemistry to my class in chemistry lab. I got a knock at my chemistry lab door. I got a knock at my chemistry lab door. A very pleasant angel-like figure came to me and asked, "Where is chemistry madam?"I said, " I do not know. That angel-like figure said," I am asking you this, madam, as I hear that chemistry has taken leave today. I know chemistry very closely; she never takes leave. There must be some urgent work for her to do, that's why she must have taken leave. I said to Angel, "Please don’t knock at this time on my lab door. I have to finish my class".

Angel searched hard for chemistry. Angel noticed the chemistry department was concerned about the health of a sick student at the university. So she was monitoring the antibiotics taken by sick students in the university health center. Chemistry was asking the health center staff about life-saving drugs, also.

Angel also found chemistry chatting with the university team that makes policies for the well-being of students.

Angel was happy to find how happy chemistry was to put good, balanced food on students' plates.

Angel also talked to chemistry and found that Chemistry is very proud of her discovery of the synthesis of fertilizer ammonium nitrate, which made food possible for every child in the world. She felt happy that#UNESCO and the world appreciate her(chemistry) for being generous –brilliantly.

Angel found chemistry while visiting the old-age home of the university. She was distributing beautiful synthetic polymer dresses very happily to those in need people her dear ones.

Chemistry said to the angel, "She is very grateful to the university administration for giving funding to teachers so that they could do high-level research in my (chemistry) deep-rooted nature. "

Chemistry said further, "She feels blessed that her humble bonding with the university trust for decades and centuries has helped in her personal growth. In world-class universities, museums, high-tech parks, hospitals, she feels very humbled when people thank her for giving a helping hand in the operation theater and classroom and research Lab and entertainment theatres, classrooms, defence and research labs.

Angel briefed me and said, "Madam Chemistry is visiting so many places, every moment echoes of blessing for her  (chemistry )are ringing wide.  Everyone has praise for the blessings of discoveries in chemistry with gratitude at heart. It may seem Chemistry is on leave today, but for a purpose---"

Angel suddenly disappeared; it was time for me to get up. My heart was filled with joy. I only wished alas, I could have talked to Angel for a longer time
