Practical-Emotional-Person
I was teaching in school. One old student, Suresh, visited my educational aid lab in my school. While talking to me, he said, "Madam, when we were in school, we were close friends and always respected each other. #challenges that one is facing. Even at home always knew what challenges we were facing in #life. "
I said, "Remember, Suresh, at that time there was no what's up, #Facebook and # Instagram, and #email facility available. The only mode of communication for common man was letters. I distinctly remember my mother would ask me to write letters to my uncle, aunt every weekend. Amazingly distant relationships were maintained so well."
Suresh said, "This is not the same nowadays. Everyone is in #competition with one another. There is more #concentration on money than on respecting or #nurturing a relationship. I keep #wondering why it is so."
I said, "Suresh, people are following the practical approach. Through money, they are trying to solve maximum problems in life. Remember, it is the era of information technology. "
I further said it is good to follow new ways of living happily, but in my opinion, if we as society make a money-sentiments balance approach and make bridges with each other, where each other could be countries. I think quality of life will be much better than what we are leading today."
Suresh smiled and said, "Madam, you are very right, the best is to make bridges, not walls."
