Is change painfull

My two bright students work as primary school #teachers in a private school near their village.

 Many times, I exchange pleasant notes about teaching #profession with my students, Sita and Gita, on the phone. Once I got a phone call from Sita, she said,"I And Gita are facing a big #challenge in our profession. In a sense, the new management of the school wants us to give #digital presentation of our #lesson plans in front of the management #committee. " 

 I said, "I know Sita, you are not #digitally educated, so doing a digit representation is a tough task for you. It's a big change in your teaching # career. Please do not think that this change is painful for you. You are feeling it, so you are #resisting this change. I request that you accept the change. Please start learning computer from the nearby #computer center near your village."

 Both Sita and Gita accepted my suggestion to face the required challenges given by the school management. Within two months, they became digitally educated. They did their lesson plan presentation in front of the esteem management committee. Management made both temporary teachers Sita and Gita #permanent primary teachers in their school.

 Management was very happy with their #positive attitude towards learning. Sita-Gita were very happy and thanked me for #pursuing them to learn change rather than #resisting the Reframe negative situations in life into possibilities for personal growth and a positive future by accepting life changes.

Too much talking too much Expenditurre

I teach science in government school. Many of my younger friends believe in extra expenditure in life. They forget to respect hard-earned money. So their way of life becomes #chaotic and they never save money for rainy days.

 I am in charge of co-curricular activities of my school I say, "Students, please remember hard-earned money must be used with planning. Regarding using your hard-earned money, please use the 50/30/20 Rule. 

 This simple method suggests allocating 

 1. 50% of your after-tax income to needs (essentials like housing and groceries),

 2. 30% to wants (discretionary spending), 

 3. And 20% to savings and debt repayment. You can adjust the percentages to fit your specific situation. Further say"students please use your hard-earned earned according to above mentioned Rule. On the other hand, some of my young friends #talk too much without any reason. In this exercise, they lose good #relationships. People start avoiding them for the same. Sometimes people stop inviting you to their personal functions as they think you are dominating them. 

 Moral- It is not good to be in the habit of too much talking. This habit does not help in forming relationships. Similarly, spending too much money is not going to give you a peaceful life.

Laughter Therapy

Gone are the days when people used to question each other. Why are you laughing for no rhyme or reason?

Laughter is a serious and #essential👌  activity that produces hormones #endorphins, for well well-being of #human body.

The best is that endorphins are a very innocent  hormone that doesn't distinguish between fake and real laughter. Laugh takes out all stale air settled at the bottom of the lungs and gives the lungs fresh air, which is so good for #human body.

Based on this #philosophy, doctors use laughter therapy for #depressed patients. On the same line of thinking, all Yoga teachers always include laughter exercises as part of the Yoga program. 

Laughter improves your #mood and helps in the healing of many small and big #ailments

Moral- Please do not be #miser in doing Laughter #activities. Please help others also to make them laugh. Please do laugh with wide open jaws with friends and dear ones to get fresh air and #endorphins in the body.

Best version of one self

Best Version of Oneself 

 Students attend summer #camp, NCC camps, and science workshops. They get benefited from each camp and #workshop they attend. 

This does not mean that #attendance in these activities will certainly make one better in #personality. Students will indeed get a lot of positive #experiences in camps and workshops organised by the school. 

 Answer is no.These activities are part of the #life journey. But virtues learnt in these activities are to be #incorporated in one's daily life. This delta x improvement in positive #skills when summed up in total life, this #entire process will help one in making a better #version of oneself. 

 The trick is to keep adding #positive activities and keep leaving #negative activities in life at the same time. This is a slow #process but an efficient #process which gradually helps you in becoming a better #version of yourself. Element #gold when it gets heated, becomes more pure. Similarly, #personality of one gets better when he/she work on positive #skills in life.

Flowing Thoughts

Thoughts are like flowing #water,

 If you add filthy Thoughts to clean Thoughts, They will become gutter #drainage ,

 If you add Fragrance of respect, 

 Gratitude and #love to #clean thoughts,

 It will become pious river mother #Ganga. 

 The best is to spend every moment of life, 

 With good positive thoughts, 

 As life may end, 

 But good sweet #memories, 

 Of pleasant thoughts leave, 

 Everlasting impression with loved ones, 

 And #environments.

Longterm Marriage

 When my wife and I married we dreamed of romance, fairy tale love and living happily ever after.

And we enjoyed that for a while, as newlyweds, until the realities of married life set in.

We were young, finishing school and trying to make enough money to survive. Life was busy and stressful. And sometimes we clashed.

But we loved each other and had committed to stick it out for better or worse. So when things got worse we worked on making them better until they did. And we were happy again.

We built our life together and then came our kids. That brought whole new stresses. Sleepless nights, endless doctor visits, clothes, school. Trying to fit their busy lives into our already busy ones.

Sometimes things got strained and we clashed.

But deep down we loved each other and had committed to stay together for better or worse. So when things got worse we worked on making them better until they did. And we were happy again.

Eventually, the kids left home. We became empty-nesters. We though it would be just like it was when we started out. Except it wasn’t. We weren’t two starry eyed young lovers anymore. We’d both grown up and in many ways changed.

We’d lived our lives and communicated so much through and with our children that for a while it was like we were strangers. We were both different people. And sometimes we weren’t sure if we were thrilled living with this new person.

Frankly, that initial empty-nest period was the toughest of our marriage. And for the first time I understood how people after 20 or 30 years of marriage get divorced. It’s like we were strangers living in the same house.

Yet, we deep down we loved each other and had committed so many years before that we would stay together through better or worse. So we worked on making our relationship better.

We talked. And sometimes we didn’t.

We argued. And sometimes we just wanted peace.

We cried. And sometimes we laughed.

We eventually navigated our way back to better and discovered happiness again.

Long term marriage is an arduous journey for most couples. It is always changing because you are always changing and life is always changing.

It’s filled with failures and victories. Joy and sorrow. Times of feeling in love and times of feeling, well, not so much.

But when it works it’s the greatest way to live.

I’m glad that we made that commitment to each other and God so many years ago.

And that when times got worse we always worked to make them better.

Because they always did. And we always found happiness again.

Moral -You only make marriage best if you work on it when it’s worst.

Meaning of Beautiful

Many of my  #brilliant female student often talk about #beautiful jewelry, #garments and their sales in the market. Unfortunately, their concept of Beautiful things is limited to #materialistic things.

I always educate them and say, "Friends, Beautiful things do not necessarily have the highest degree of #beauty. Accordingly to me, beauty is #experiences, like working in a state-of-the-art science lab. Beautiful are meeting #peaceful personalities who are calm in every circumstance.Beautiful green #gardens which have all sorts of natural #flora fauna present in them, which are rare to find in this #digital world."

One student said, "Madam, you are right. For me experience of doing #creative writing or expressing my creativity in #visual form is the most beautiful me. Feelings of creative activity I do, can not be described by me in words."

Moral-Taking different  #experiences in different  #phases of life are the most beautiful things in life.
